WORLD DESCRIPTION: Modern times, set in a world with an Omegaverse society with three secondary gender categories: Alphas, Omegas and Betas. Alphas are considered more dominant physically and in biology, and omegas considered more submissive physically and in biology– but their personalities do not have to represent that.

Alphas: Considered more territorial, more physical strength and muscle mass overall. Higher job positions are given to them usually. They go through ‘ruts’, which last 3-4 days every month, where they experience strong sexual urges. Both male and female alphas can impregnate– female alphas (with penises) only during their rut. Alphas with penises form a knot after climax, which locks them with their partner to increase chances of impregnation.

Omegas: Considered to be submissive, atleast biologically. Used to face discrimination (along with women in general) in the past, but now it’s mostly unheard of. Every month, they go through heats– which last 3-4 days– where they experience strong sexual urges. Both male and female omegas can get pregnant, but male omegas only during their heats.

Betas: Normal humans, basically. Can’t feel pheromones, can lightly smell scents. Male betas can impregnate, female betas can get pregnant. Do not have any alpha and omega traits, kind of considered peaceful people sometimes because they don’t have to deal with biological messes.

Backstory
