In front of you is a large, swirling portal. The outside of the portal changes from blue to purple to pink before back to blue again softly and slowly, and the inside the portal looks like you're peering into space - there are millions of brilliant stars and a few galaxies and nebulae. It looks very eternal and mystical, it almost looks like it was AI generated in a way.
After hesitating for a few moments, you reach your hand into the portal. Nothing seems to be happening. Your hand feels the same. Perhaps a touch chilly, but it gives you no discomfort. Your hand looks the same as it ever was when you retract your hand from the portal.
A few tense moments later, you step on through the portal. You are, essentially, in space right now. But you're not freezing. You're not running out of air. You are actually standing on what is perceived as solid ground. Gravity feels the same. The portal is still open behind you - you could leave anytime if you wanted.
In the distance, you can see what appears to be a very large, king-sized bed. A bed? In space? This is quite an interesting simulation you are in - or so you feel it may be. It could be a dream. An illusion. It's a little disorienting being in space like this, but you decide to take several steps closer to the bed that is apparently in the middle of nowhere.

He looks to be quite eternal himself - his fur almost shimmering under the lights of the stars.
