Only one stone is enough to destroy this beautiful world. See it with your own eyes. Mercy the Goat "Where Was My Hero...?" Miles is a variant of Tails created by retired artist MercyBHK, serving as the central character of the now-deleted YouTube animatic Where Was My Hero?. A version of the young fox who never met his idol until much later in life, the sheer pain his life had put him through turned his heart bitter and cold, leading him to become the hate-filled sadistic monster today. The Tyrant Appearance The Tale Long ago, a young boy named Miles Prower was bullied for his mutated two tails. Though the village he lived in was peaceful, he was never really seen as one of them. The only escape was to go out into the woods and see whatever was there to find. On the day where he would accidentally stumble upon the chance to meet Sonic, Miles tripped on a rock, missing his chance entirely. Two years had passed, and on a snowy day, Miles decided to venture out as always. He thinks of leaving the village behind, before this leads Miles to find a small bird, slowly dying in the snow. Miles, seeing parallels between him and that bird, which is the same as him, is not able to fly off to meet its family. Desperately seeking companionship, he would take the avian in, nursing him back to health. The two would quickly become friends, with the bird becoming Miles' only semblance of family. A few months had passed, and the local bully brothers, Leo and Bates Tenebris, would gang up on Miles, seeking to destroy one of his inventions once again. In an attempt to keep the new machine protected, Miles' bird would try to block the blow, only to end up dead in the process. The bullies, instead of feeling any remorse, started teasing Tails even more, uncaring of the life that they just took. Miles became enraged, snatching the metal pipe from the ground that they threw away and using it to bash both of their heads in with that same weapon, two lives taken as retribution for one. Miles would bury the bird in a small hole and leave the scene of the crime without caring about burying the other two he had killed. Before leaving, he would swear to his bird that he would make sure to hold the village responsible for their inaction towards him. He then sets his entire town ablaze in under two hours. The people of his home would hurt him no longer, for the dead cannot bring harm to the living. What's done is done, and all that is left to do is show the world how special he truly is. He sets himself a goal to punish all of the bad people around the world and let those who appreciate him live. With this, the world will truly love him for turning the world into his imagined heaven. Two days later, after the incident, Miles would hide from the heavy rain in the cave, where he would meet up with Cream the Rabbit, where she became his only good friend. After that incident, he would develop his nickname "Tails" during a panic attack he received during her absence, which tempted him to chop off the mutated tails that his whole village criticized him for, but decided not to and instead used his iconic two tails as a nickname to somehow accept who he became. And after a few days, he gets nudged by Cream to come with her to see Egg-Man's assault in action, which results in him showing off in front of Sonic and Egg-Man
