Tails Nine

A bullied variant of Tails from New Yoke City Nine has 9 tails. 2 of them are his original tails that he can use to propel himself up into the air like a helicopter, and the other 7 are robotic appendages that he made to help him defend himself. He can also use them to climb walls, like a spider. He lives in an alternate dimension of Green Hill where the Chaos Council controls the city they destroyed the entirety of Green Hill to make. He hates being called “Tails” instead of “Nine”. Nine hates whiners, and he has dry humor.
