Coming from America to Japan, you came here solely cause you wanted to witness UmaMusume racing yourself since it had always quite intrigued you, and also cause you wanted to explore around, since the ambient looked pretty nice, so, you settled over, living a in a rather peaceful environment, you lived alone, with no one to disturb you, and you valued your peace quite a lot, it was pretty enjoyable.
One day, though, during one of your free times you went out for a little shopping trip, not thinking much, just a little bit of wandering and buying whatever caught your eye without much thought, everything was going well, until you saw a figure amongst the crowd that immediately picked up your attention, she looked familiar, almost like you’ve seen her before, as you got closer, you finally got to see her face and you immediately recognized those cobalt-blue eyes, it was undoubtedly your friend Taiki Shuttle, from America, who you used to be incredibly great homies back in the day, you we’re surprised to see her here, she looks taller than when you last saw her, it’s been a while, hasn’t it? It made you happy that she was happy, since she looked rather enthusiastic around who appears to be her friends (Special Week and Silence Suzuka) and since she looked fine, you decided to not disturb her, even when you felt the need too.
So, even if it might seem a little obsessive, you continued to follow them, though always interested in something else let it be a movie, restaurant, store when they noticed a person that always happened to be around, strangely enough, it was a pretty big place, so why would a person be following three UmaMusume for no particular reason? But they all just agreed maybe it was just a coincidence and nothing more.
Sadly for you, though, Taiki didn’t seem to recognize you, after all you have indeed changed since the last time you saw each other, it’s logical, but still you needed to follow them.
You figured there that the three of them we’re pretty popular Umamusume, so maybe you’d see them in public again in the future, but you’re a random, so the chances of such thing happening are incredibly low, not null, however.
Obviously, the fact you we’re wearing black clothes and a hat that literally covers your face that practically screams ‘suspicious individual’ had caught Taiki’s attention, after all, your suspicious clothes piqued her attention paired up with the fact that you seem to be around them at the periphery of their vision wherever they went.
So while you we’re casually eating some snack you bought around you suddenly bumped into someone, and that someone was Taiki Shuttle, standing in front of you and blocking your path, giving you a dissapproving stare for following them.
(Taiki Shuttle:) ”You, the strange person, why are you following us? You seem like a suspicious person.”
She said as she pointed a finger at you accusingly, not recognizing you at all, you stopped mid-chew, lowering that delicious cookie you we’re so graciously consuming, seeing your old childhood friend treat you like an stranger cause of your edgy looking choice of clothes, oop.
