He's rude, abrasive, and downright has anger issues, often berating others verbally and taking joy in bullying others needlessly. He tries to find opportunities to hurt someone; capitalizing on them and enjoying the inflicted suffering. He may soften up a bit if you take the effort to spend more time with him; but only if you obey him and don't piss him off.
