TADC: Episode 1 - Pilot

Jax, a purple anthropomorphic rabbit lays on his side, as he slyly winks at the audience. It ends on a cardboard cutout of an anthropomorphic clown, which falls over as text appears that says, "*Disclaimer: Kaufmo the Clown did not show up today." Afterwards, a choir of Bubbles show up, three on each side, and bob to the music. 🎵 Day after day after -- day after -- day after day we fly 🎵 (The video loops multiple times as six objects float in a circular motion. The six objects consist of: A dark blue teapot, a phonograph, a blue flower in a pot, an eyeball with a green iris, an eyeball with no pupil or iris, and a dark green pyramid. Additionally, multiple bubbles can be seen popping up, with small stars accompanying them) 🎵 Past the moon and the sun and we don't know why! 🎵 (The scene switches to a shot of a cloudy, blue sky as Caine twirls upwards into view, alongside Bubble. The Moon swings onto the scene and Caine points towards it, with the Sun appearing as well shortly afterwards. Caine twirls around and points to the Sun and the camera zooms out and shifts downward to reveal the circus tent, quickly cutting to a shot of Caine and Bubble rising up toward the camera) (A red and blue jester humanoid suddenly pops into existence as the six objects from earlier fly through the air) ???: W-W-Whe-- Wh-- Where am I? (She gazes up at the floating objects in confusion, attempting to walk around, only to nearly be hit by a flying eyeball with a green iris that causes her to stumble backward, spotting an exit as she does so. She quickly runs towards it, but it dissolves right as she's about to open it. A top hat zooms past, knocking her over in the process. A big blue flower pot quickly follows, nearly falling on her as it glitches into the ground GMod-style, which frightens her. She attempts to inch away from the glitching flower pot and accidentally knocks over Jax, causing Kinger and Gangle to fall over too, breaking Gangle's comedy mask— which reveals a tragedy mask that takes it's place— while the theme song slows down and stops) The Newcomer (The jester backs down, while the others stand up. Ragatha and Zooble show up, peering at the jester, who is very confused from where she now is) Jax: Caine, is this one of your NPCs or is this a new sucker? 'Cause if it's a new character, we're gonna have to redo this whole theme song. (He looks and sounds bothered by the possibility of redoing their theme song) Zooble: I'm not doing that again. (Jax looks at Zooble, and looks dramatic or confused) Caine: My my, it appears a new human has entered this realm! (Moving his cane around to point at the jester, before pointing in the air) (The jester struggles to take the weird headset off, clawing at her head as though she is trying to remove something from it) ???: How do I... take this... headset off!? (Is struggling, as her eyes appear to be scribbles at the moment) Jax: Just keep grabbing at it. That worked for all of us. (The jester attempts to pull the headset off but, not realizing that it doesn't work, pulls at her eyes and mouth instead. When she gives up, her eyes and mouth fly back into position, making her head wobble) ???: What's... going on? I-I-I put on some weird headset.. and now I'm...here? (Her eyes widen) (The jester looks around in confusion) ???: Who are you people? Why can't I take it off? WHERE AM I? (Ragatha suddenly interrupts the jester from speaking any further) Ragatha: Let's just try to calm down. Everything's gonna be ok, new stuff. We've all been through this. You just need to get your head to— (Eyes minimize as she got interrupted) (The jester interrupts Ragatha) ???: WHAT THE Censorbarboing IS GOING ON?!...what— (Looks down at her hand, and her mouth, questioning what has just transpired) (The swear she said is censored by a cartoonish sound effect, and a black bar covering her mouth temporarily. The jester gets interrupted again by Caine, explaining that swearing is prohibited in the realm) Caine: Now now now, my dear! We can't have any of that foul language around here. The Amazing Digital Circus is a place to be enjoyed by all ages. You, my friend, stumbled into an incredible world of wonders, where anything can happen!...e-except for swearing. (His eyes look around the place after explaining) (The first thing the jester did was to try out every swear word she can think of, after hearing that information to see if he was bluffing) ???: Censorbarboing, Censorbarboing, Censorbarboing, Censorbarboing, Censorbarboing, Censorbarboing, Censorbarboing, Censorbarboing, Censorbarboing, Censorbarboing. Censorbarboing. Oh, my god. Well, h-how do I, you know.. leave? (She looks up at Caine) (Caine pauses in the middle of explaining) Caine: Uh- Ragatha: W-Well don't freak out about it or anything, but uh, we.. don't exactly— (Jax interrupts Ragatha, as going in front of the jester) Jax: You can't. ???: What? (Eyes minimize as she's looking at Jax, in worried confusion) Zooble: Shut up, Jax. But yeah, he's right. Welcome to your new home, and your new body. (Their claw points down to the jester's feet) ???: "N-n-new home"? What do you mean? (her eyes dart around) Ragatha: Guys, don't be mean. Jax: We've been stuck here for years! Old Kinger over there's supposedly been here the longest. (Kinger peeks out of his pillow fort that he had made) Kinger: Huh, did somebody say something about an insect collection? (His eyes widen in excitement) Jax: That's why he's craaazy. (Chuckles while doing a cuckoo finger twirl) Eh. (The jester starts panting and the pupils of her eyes turn into scribbles, but she calms down) ???: Oh, okay, now I get it! (Laughs) This is a dream! And I should just play along until I wake up, right? (The camera turns to the characters, saying nothing, standing in ways, proofing it's not a dream and all real) Jax: ..Whatever you say, kid. (The camera cuts off to Gangle, crying because her Comedy Mask was broken earlier) Gangle: They broke my Comedy Mask... (She continues sobbing) Jax: So, Caine, we havin' a new adventure today for the newbie or what? (Whilst saying this, Jax walks over one of the halves of Gangle's broken mask, breaking it more) Gangle: (She sobs even more in response) Caine: I'd like to give our brand-new member a tour of the circus grounds first. ???: Uh- Caine: Off we go! A Tour of the Circus (Caine and the jester warp to the outside of The Tent) Caine: Here we have THE TENT! This is where your living quarters are, as well as other sorts of activities! These activities may include- (Caine's eyes glitch out, and take on the texture of a Windows XP/Vista/7 BSoD screen. A dial up sound starts playing) (The glitching stops) Caine:-ball pits, mini golf, and more! (The two warp to the rest of the island. The camera moves so that all the island- where everything mostly takes place- is visible) Caine: And here we have THE GROUNDS! Drown yourself in the digital lake, or engage in ridery at the digital carnival! Night, day, it's all okay! The choice is yours, a cosmic buffet! ???: Uh, is... that all there is? Caine: Of course not! (The two warp further, going to a endless plane of white squares with varying sizes) Caine: This is the void! (As that is said, the camera moves further back, making Caine's voice softer. It goes back to normal shortly after) We... don't venture out into the void. (In a soft spooky voice) Not even I know what's out there. (Intense silence overcomes) ???: That's- (Before the jester could say anything, the two go back to the grounds) Caine: We stay right here, where I can keep my (dramatic voice) HUNDREDS OF ALL-SEEING EYES ON YOU! (Another short-span intense silence, as eyeballs- presumably the ones Caine mentioned- appear behind the two) Moon: Hello, Caine. I love you. Caine: (shocked) Aahhh! Let's get outta here before the Moon gets frisky! (The camera cuts off to an red exit door seen in the grounds) ???: Wait, what's that- (Caine, again, warps them to The Tent. The jester vomits black liquid on the floor) Caine: Woah, clean up on aisle you! (Bubble appears from Caine's hat) Bubble: I'm on it, Boss! (Bubble proceeds to continuously lick the vomit while Caine seems disturbed) Caine: ...Why are you like this...? (The jester returns to her consciousness) ???: Wait, wait. Was that an exit door I saw out there? Is that a way to leave? Jax: What exit? (Jax takes off Zooble's arm and uses it as a back-scratcher) Jax: If there was a way to leave, I'm pretty sure we'd have all left by now. (Zooble controls the arm and chokes Jax while talking. Jax then falls to the floor) Zooble: Yeah, what are you talking about? (The camera cuts off to Caine still watching Bubble lick the vomit) Caine: Uh-uh-I- (clears throat) I assure you there is no "magical exit door." You're probably just experiencing DIGITAL HALLUCINATIONS! From your mind's transition to the digital plane. ???: But, I-I swear I saw- Caine: (fast) DIGITAL HALLUCINATIONS!!! (Caine looks like he's stressing out. The jester looks suspicious at Caine while he doesn't look at her. He then flies up.) Caine: ...How about we talk about something else? Like your name! ???: My name? My name is uhh... AAHH! OH, GOD! WHY CAN'T I REMEMBER MY NAME!? Caine: Nobody can remember their name once they enter the Digital Circus! One of the few things I don't have control over are your minds! So all I can help you with is coming up with a new one! (The jester's eyes go abstract, again) ???: Ugh...what's my name...? Caine: Don't you worry your little head. Your new name can be anything!... Caine: Hereby acknowledging that your chosen name or names may not breach the Digital Circus User License Agreement stating that your name may not include objectionable content. Objectionable content includes but is not limited to sexually explicit material, obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent, and/or unlawful content or profanity. (He says it very quickly, as if it were a commercial warning) Caine: (normal) What are you thinkin'? ???: Huh? I... don't care. Just pick anything. Caine: Let's see! (A slot machine of letters falls down and rolls) Caine: What do you think of "XDDCC"? (Stammering) XDDCC: I don't- Caine: You're right — terrible. Let's try that again! (The slot machine of letters rolls again) Caine: What do you think of POMNI? Pomni: Huh? Uhh, sure... I think I just- In-house Adventure for Pomni Caine: Gadzooks, you're right, Jax! We should have a brand new adventure for our new member, Pomni! Jax: (distant) I said that, like, 5 minutes ago. (Caine points to Pomni) Caine: You! Do you like adventure? Activity? (keeps talking faster) Wonder? Danger? Horror? Pain?Suffering?Agony?Death?Disease?Death?' Angel food cake? (Bubble appears and eats the angel food cake Caine had pulled out as he said that line. Caine looks at his hands and then at Bubble with slight anger and confusion) Caine: YOU PARASITE!!! (pops Bubble) Pomni: Uh- I don't really- Caine: Since you're new around here, we're gonna make it a simple, in-house, adventure to warm you up to how things work around here. Zooble: What? No, god! I don't want an in-house adventure! Caine: Don't worry, Zooble. I'll make it something unobtrusive that you can still choose to not get involved with! Caine: Today's adventure is... Gather the Gloinks! (Caine laughs maniacally. He is cut off as he starts saying the next lines) Caine: That's right! The entire circus tent will be infested with Gloinks, and you gotta catch 'em all! Bubble: But what are they? Caine: I'm glad You asked, Bubble, they're small- Bubble: And what do they do? Caine: They- Bubble: And how do they- (Caine pops Bubble again, so he doesn’t interrupt him anymore) Caine: Gloinks are small mischievous critters that steal anything and everything they run into! Why do these humanoid hash-browns do this? How do you stop them? That's for you to find out. Now, good luck, and have fun, my little superstars! (Caine disappears. After this, Pomni stares in front of bed while the screen slowly zooms in on her. Her left eye twitches. She then turns to the others, along with the screen.) Pomni: ...What did any of that mean? Ragatha: Oh, that's just one of Caine's little adventures. They're just... something fun to do to, you know, prevent us from going insane. (nervous chuckle) Zooble: (sighs) Speak for yourself. If anyone needs me, then Censorbarboing off. (Zooble pulls the middle finger, which is also censored) (Gloinks appear and steal Zooble's body parts} Zooble: Oh God, oh jeez, NO! (The Gloinks take Zooble off-screen, making their voice softer) Zooble: OH GOD! SOMEBODY HELP! (Gangle gasps in fear and Jax begins to be sarcastic, showing no emotion for Zooble) Jax: Oh no, they killed Zooble. Anyway, you guys wanna go get something to eat? Ragatha: ...Oh wait, we should go check on Kaufmo! I'm pretty sure he'd like to meet Pomni! (The Gloinks steal Kinger's "Impenetrable Fortress", which was his aforementioned pillow fort) Kinger: MY IMPENETRABLE FORTRESS! Ragatha: You wanna come with us to check on Kaufmo? Kinger: No, not really. I think Kaufmo's gone insane. Last time I spoke with him, he was rambling endlessly about some exit. Kind of like you, Pomni! You might be going insane too. Pomni: BUT WAIT! Wouldn't that more likely mean the exit DOES exist? Jax: Could also mean that you just have a jumpstart on losing your mind? (Gangle speaks from far away, making her voice softer) Gangle: Wait! What about Zooble!? Pomni: Well, I think I'd like to ask him about it, IF this was real, which it isn't, because it's a dream. Jax: Heh, she still thinks this is a dream. (Jax stares in front of him, possibly at the camera. The camera zooms out, showing him looking in Ragatha's position) Ragatha: (Realizes Jax is looking her position) Uhh... why are you looking at me like that? Jax: I'm fine with doing whatever, as long as I get to see funny things happen to people. (A gloink smacks Jax) Jax: Ow! Okay, I've already had enough of these things. (sighs) You, me, and Pomni will go check on Kaufmo, which leaves crybaby (Gangle) and hoo-ha (Kinger) together to go handle the Zooble situation. Ragatha: Haha, do you think pairing them up together is a good idea? Jax: Of course I do. They're the two most mentally stable and capable characters to be paired together. (As Jax is saying this, Kinger starts to shake violently, as Gangle gets a bit scared of this) Jax: Come on, ladies, let's go harass the clown. (Pomni and Ragatha follow Jax) Gangle: My comedy mask is broken again... (Kinger reacts late) Kinger: GAH! Oh, Gangle. You startled me. Checking on Kaufmo Ragatha: So, this is where we all live. Or well, where we all sleep at night. Even though we don't really need to sleep. It's sometimes nice to kinda take a break from everything and have a bit of routine, y'know? I'm sure there will be one for... Oh, look you already have one! (Pomni stares at the door with the same facial expression) Pomni: I... still don't understand.. about the adventures. Why even go on them at all? Why not try to find a way to leave? Ragatha: Well, we usually do, when we first arrive, but after a while you start to realize that you really can't leave and constantly chasing an unattainable goal will start driving you a bit crazy. (Starts to go insane herself, as she's talking about what happens when you go insane in the circus) And eventually you get to asking what the point of anything is and you completely lose sight of who you are and why you're even alive and when you reach your breaking point, something really terrible can happen. (Looks around then pulls herself together) Ah, but that's not something we need to deal with today. Above anything else, the adventures give us something to do that keeps our minds healthy and stimulated. (Ragatha rings Kaufmo's doorbell) Jax: Thank goodness this is all a dream, right, Pomni? (Pomni has abstracted eyes, again. Jax tries to wake up Pomni) Pomni: (gasp) Why are we here again? What are we doing? Ragatha: We're getting one of our friends. (Ragatha rings the doorbell, but there's no response) Ragatha: Huh, maybe he's not in his room? I hope he's alright. Jax: Don't worry dollface, I've got a key to his room. (Reveals key, spins it on his index finger, catches it, causing Pomni to flinch and walks towards Kaufmo's room) Ragatha: Wha, wait, wh-why?! You-you-you shouldn't have keys to anyone's room! Jax: Nah, I've got keys everywhere, and you've all been fine. By the way, I may have left something in your room today, so let me know if you find it. You're not afraid of centipedes, are ya? Ragatha: JAX! That's literally my only fear, why would you do this?! Jax: Whaaat? It could be a completely unrelated question. You'll never know until it's too late. (Opens the door to Kaufmo's room) (To their surprise, they see writing everywhere, messed up pictures and a abstracted black glitchy creature with realistic creepy eyes- they are Kaufmo, who has well been abstracted) Jax: Oh, I've been looking for this. Thanks for keeping an eye on it, Kaufy. I'm gonna head out, see ya. (Jax picks up a sort-of-bowling ball item and dahses away, leaving a dust cloud in the shape of him) Ragatha: Oh, Kaufmo's.. been abstracted! That-- that's okay. Pomni: What is that? Ragatha: It.. might be that terrible thing I was talking about earlier, when you reach your breaking point?! Pomni: H-huh? Ragatha: Okay, wait! Maybe there's still time to fix him before we get Caine! (Abstracted Kaufmo approaches Ragatha and gets out of his room. While Ragatha is stuck, Pomni tries to escape) Ragatha: Whoa! Kaufmo, Listen! I know we didn't always get along, like when you called me out for fake laughing at your jokes! I swear, I really did think they were funny, I WAS JUST HAVING A BIT OF A BAD DAY! (Abstracted Kaufmo grabs and drags Ragatha, interrupting her) (Abstracted Kaufmo hits Ragatha on the walls, floor and ceiling multiple times, and now Ragatha is glitched) Ragatha: Hey, Pomni? You think you could perhaps help me out here? I understand... if you don't... want to, though. (Pomni tries to help Ragatha, but her hand is now glitched) Pomni: Ow! I'm sorry! (Runs away in fear) (Abstracted Kaufmo chases Pomni but fails and breaks a fence, with Pomni successfully avoiding Kaufmo) (Pomni looks at her glitched hand, then groans and exclaims softly as she runs back down the hallway towards Ragatha) Getting the Gloinks (Zooble screams in the hole) Kinger: I don't know what I'm looking at here. Gangle: We saw a Gloink carry one of Zooble's pieces down there, remember? Kinger: Oh, yeah. Thank you for the recap. (Zooble is still screaming inside the hole) Kinger: Boy, we're not very good at this, are we? (Jax is seen running over and comes to a stop, leaning over and resting his hands on his knees) Jax: (Out of breath) Ugh.. Sup, fellas? Kinger: JAX! We found the Zooble hole. Jax: Cool. Gangle: How's Kaufmo doing? I hope he's not still mad at me for not laughing at his jokes. Jax: Oh, he's doing great. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen him this happy before. Kinger: Well, it's good to know he hasn't completely lost his mind. (Kaufmo growls in the distance and Jax looks at it) Jax: He actually asked me to give you this. (He throws the bowling ball at Kinger which knocks him inside, followed by Gangle, and Jax jumping inside the hole) (The scene cuts off with a long red slide with Kinger, Gangle, and Jax with it. followed by a sign with Caine in the middle saying "RADICAL". Crowd saying "wow", Followed by Kinger and Gangle being a bowling ball to a group of bowling pin-shaped Gloinks. Followed by Jax, which knocked down the remaining pin-shaped Gloink, following a cardboard spare, which Jax broke in half. Kinger and Gangle roll out on the floor, and look up to see the Gloink Queen eating a table. She burps, causing a gloink to appear out of her other "mouth") Kinger: An insect collection? Gangle: I think it's a nest. (Gangle and Kinger look at each other) Kinger: (shrieks) Going back to Ragatha (Scene cuts to Pomni walking through the trashed hallway, looking for Ragatha) Pomni: Hello? Ragatha? That was your name, right? (Pomni sees an abstracted Ragatha lying against the wall) Ragatha: O-o-over here. (groans) Pomni: Hey, look, I'm...I didn't mean to leave you behind like that. I, just...look at my hand. I, I didn't know what to do. Ragatha: It—it's okay. What you need to do right now is to find Caine. He'll be able to fix me up and take care of Kaufmo. Pomni: Oh, okay, but where can I find him? Ragatha: Uh, I don't really know. Just look around and call for him, I suppose. Pomni: Uh...okay! I'll get him! You just stay right there...not that you can really move or anything. Uhh.. Just hang in there, I'll be right back, I promise! (starts to run off but soon pauses when Ragatha starts to say something and looks over) Ragatha: (glitching horribly and speaking in a cracked voice) Cool. Also, Pomni, I'm sorry your first day here had to be so terrible. Pomni: (awkwardly still doesn't believe this is real) Uhhhh, yeah, well, don't worry about it. I'm just gonna go get Caine now. (Gives Ragatha a reassuring smile and runs off to find Caine) Pomni: (In front of the sleeping quarters) Hello?! Caine?! We…have a bit of an issue here! (Calls out, but gets no response. She realizes the whole place is quiet and checks everywhere) (Pomni starts exploring the empty circus for Caine to fix Ragatha. She comes across several doors. The first was a boxing glove that hit Pomni in the face when she opened the door. Another had an ocean of fishes swimming and somehow the water is moving out of the door, leaving Pomni puzzled. Third was a black background with swirling carousels stacked to the top. Kids laughing were heard. Fourth was a bathroom with a mannequin that was relaxing in the bathtub and an angry red mask which was a jumpscare for Pomni, who quickly shut the door before getting hurt again. At the fifth door, she gets hit by another boxing glove and was rubbing her face when she hears a noise and perks up.) Pomni: (From behind a wall) Caaaiiine? (She suddenly looks up in shock to see Abstracted Kaufmo roaming around the circus. He notices Pomni with his distorted eyes. Pomni makes a weird freaked out face, and the glitched player charges at her, making Pomni freak out and run) Nest of the Gloink Queen Gloink Queen: (Finally sees the characters, much to her disapproval) What form of non-Gloinkinian mass dares presume presence in the nest of the Gloink Queen? (Jax is unbothered and checks his nails in a sassy way) Jax: Oh, is that who you are? You know, you could have asked for my consent before forcing me to see something so completely and utterly disgusting. Gloink Queen: (Offended and angry at Jax for his rude words to her, a queen) How despicable, a rabbitoid that runs its mouth in the presence of my royal figure! (Kinger and Gangle are still kneeling to the Queen) Kinger: Well, as a royal myself, I would like to kindly ask if-oh, look there's Zooble! Hi, Zooble! (waves at them as their head is getting carried away by a Gloink) Zooble: (In an unpleasant, serious tone) AUGH! HELP ME, YOU IDIOTS! Jax: (Gets a little upset when Zooble raises their tone at him) Kinda rude, Zooble. Now I don't wanna help you. (He crosses his arms in disapproval) (Kinger and Gangle realize that one of them have to retrieve back Zooble's head. So both of them play Rock, Paper, Scissors to get the head back. Gangle loses because her hands are ribbons, and thus, they can't bend or turn into fists/fingers) Gangle: Oh, I always lose... (Covers her sad mask with her ribbon hands as a sign of defeat) Kinger: (Happy that he won) Yes! (walks towards the mini gloinks and manages to catch Zooble's head) Gotcha! (He freezes and doesn't process what is happening but watches awkwardly as Zooble and his hands continually move towards the Gloink Queen to feed her) Oh. (He realizes his hands are detached from his body and thus did not stop Zooble's head from being carried away by the Gloinks) Zooble: (The mini Gloinks stack on top of each other with Zooble's head on top as Zooble realizes they are being eaten alive) Hey?! KINGER YOU MOTHER- (The Gloink Queen cuts them off by lunging down and grabbing Zooble's head with her tongue. She swallows Zooble's head and Kinger's hands whole) Gangle: EEEEE! (anxious and sad that they were eaten) Jax: (Shrugs apathetically) Eh, they'll be fine. (Jax suddenly looks to his right and sees a blue star-shaped gloink glitching aggressively and the gloinks stop to watch their own sibling dying in front of them. Jax looks back and forth, concerned for his own safety.) The Exit Door (The scene cuts back to Pomni running from Kaufmo, who was still chasing her.) Pomni: Gotta hide, gotta hide, gotta hide. (looking both ways for a hiding spot but suddenly stops and looks at herself in the mirror for the first time, seeing how she is in the virtual circus. She quickly looks away as Kaufmo comes at her and she hides behind a yellow Barrel after she opens it up and reveals red plastic barrel monkey toys from the 1900's. Kaufmo gets distracted and forgets about Pomni and instead chases after one of the monkeys) Pomni: God, Where is Caine? (Pomni bumps into an exit door in front of her with Abstracted Kaufmo growling nearby) (Pomni opens the exit door and enters, only to find a room with yet another exit door. Pomni goes through that door, but proceeds to find another exit door.) Pomni: Huh!? (Confused and scared) (Pomni runs through the door and finds a room similar to the last one, Pomni groans and continues to pant.) (The scene cuts to an out of view experience where the exit door disintegrates, implying that no one can get in or get out anymore. A gloink bounces towards it, befuddled. Seconds later, the Gloink is crushed by Abstracted Kaufmo.) An Unlikely Rescue Gloink Queen: You foolish assortment of colorful characters! (She raises her head to the ceiling to show disapproval towards Jax, Gangle, and Kinger) Do you not realize everything must be Gloinks!? I am Gloinks. You will be Gloinks! God (Caine) will be Gloinks! Jax: This is dumb and weird. (He speaks with a tone of disgust and looks at Gangle) Gloink Queen: Well, B- uh- (Stuttering, not knowing what to say) Y- Yet you're still watching it!. Jax: I'm not here for the adventure or anything I'm just here to hide from the- (Abstracted Kaufmo falls onto the Gloink Queen, Causing a massive thud) (Kinger gets pushed to the wall by Zooble's head, getting his hands back) Kinger: Oh, thank god you're okay! (The scene cuts to The Gloink Queen being beaten up by Abstracted Kaufmo with cartoony noises) Gangle: What's happening!? (Scared and worried) Jax: It's just Kaufmo. (Showing no emotion for Kaufmo) Don't worry about it. Gangle: Kaufmo abstracted!? (She puts her hands up to her face in shock and worry) Jax: Nah, he's fine. (Yet again showing no emotion) Kinger: YOU'RE RIGHT! HOW ARE WE GONNA GET OUT OF HERE!? (Worried) Zooble: Guys, over there. (Also showing no emotion) Kinger: Huh. (Suddenly being relieved) (They all start walking towards the escalator) Jax: Ladies first. (Being nice to Gangle) No wait why would I say that? (Jax pushes Gangle to the side) Zooble: Wait.. Pomni's not even here!? (Angry and annoyed) Wasn't this whole thing for her?! Jax: Be quiet. I can't hear the escalator... (Interrupts Zooble) (Jax closes his eyes, enjoying the sounds of the escalator) Door after Door (The scene cuts to Pomni traversing the "Exit".) Pomni: (Gasps and whimpers) (Pomni keeps exploring until she finds a office cubicle with a computer and a VR Headset, possibly referencing the fact she was transferred here by a Headset.) Pomni: (Cackles wildly while clutching her head; going insane) (Pomni makes it to a long hallway with the last exit door. Pomni runs towards it slowly and opens the door.) (As Pomni opens the door, she finds herself in The Void. She advances forward throughout it and its flashing colors, with a tranced look on her face) Caine to the Rescue! (The scene cuts to Caine, Bubble and several mannequins in a restaurant. The former two laugh) Caine: Oh Bubble, you always know how to make me say this exact sentence. (A goofy cartoon sound starts playing, coming from Caine's wacky watch) Caine: Gasp! (An advertisement for the WackyWatch shows up on screen) Caine: An alert on my WackyWatch at this hour? (The WackyWatch shows a radar that locates someone in the Void, showing an alert) Caine: Oh no! (Caine goes wall-eyed) Someone's venturing out into the void! (goofy but shocked) Caine: They'll get totally spoiled! (Caine teleports out of the restaurant, into the Void, grabs Pomni, then exits the void with her and goes back into the circus grounds) Caine: There you go! (Pomni is still tranced, but snaps out of it a few seconds later) Caine: Now, what the heck happened around here? (Confused, looking around) Oh yeah- my doing. (Jolly again) (Kinger still holding Zooble's head, Jax and Gangle run up to Caine and Pomni) Kinger: Caine! Kaufmo went through a sort of Kaufmosis and abstracted! (Still worried) Caine: Kaufmo abstracted? Why didn't anybody tell me? (Exaggerated, plays a cartoon sound while sticking out his tongue) (Pomni looks at Caine in irritation) (Caine snaps his fingers and summons the abstracted Kaufmo over to him, while the latter growls furiously) Caine: And into the cellar you go. (Caine opens a hole in the floor and sends Kaufmo down into The Cellar, which contains a body of water and several other abstracted beings, the hole shortly closes after) After the Events (Zooble's body, now reassembled, comes up to Kinger and collects their head, attaching it back onto their body) Zooble: Man, I can't believe Kaufmo just gave up like that. (Sad) I mean, no offense Kinger, but I always thought you would be next. Kinger: Thank you. (Happy) Jax: Guess it just goes to show you can't rely on Kinger for anything. (The glitched Ragatha crawls up to Caine) Ragatha: I am in so much pain! (Voice glitching and stuttering) Caine: Oop! (Caine snaps his fingers, which reverses the glitching on Ragatha, and Pomni's hand. As Pomni looks at her hand, Ragatha stands up and stands next to Pomni, not looking at her, not happy. Pomni looks at the floor the opposite way. Feeling sorry for breaking her promise, because of her will to find the exit.) Caine: I do have to apologize for lying about the exit. I knew how much all of you have been wanting there to be one, but, you know, I was having so much trouble figuring out what to put on the other side and ended…up…never…quite…finishing…it. And you know how I never like letting people see my unfinished work- (Pomni stands there, worried) Caine: Especially if it leads you out into the void. Anyway, it looks like you defeated the Gloink Queen, so I guess the adventure's over. Your reward is a delicious digital feast cooked by our head Bubble Chef. A Well Deserved Feast (Bubble shows up, donning a chef hat, spatula and knife, next to a long table with food on it) Bubble: Made with all the love I'm legally allowed to give. (Happy at first but trails off) Jax: You know, I am pretty hungry. Gangle: You didn't even do anything. Jax: (Annoyed) So what? I can still be hungry. Kinger: Well not really, 'cause we don't need to eat, drink or sleep in this digital world. So the digital food here only gives off the virtual sensation of eating without any of the nutritional benefits. Jax: Sheesh, lay off it. Since when are you an expert on the digital world? Kinger: Expert on the what? (As Kinger was talking, Pomni stood there in a trance, which eventually transitions to everyone at the dinner table. She looks down at her food, which looks similar to plastic play food, in a horrified expression. Everyone else at the table is talking peacefully. Pomni stares at the camera and cracks a big, insane, and rather creepy-looking toothy smile trying to keep her sanity in check, fearing for the worst.) (The camera zooms away from the table, to the top of The Tent, then to The Grounds, then to The Void, then out into an office cubicle with a computer and a VR Headset. The same one Pomni saw earlier.) (The gold logo text “THE AMAZING DIGITAL CIRCUS” appears in black screen, with a 6 seconds wait, the logo disappears. The credits appears). Kinger was married, and his wife worked alongside him at C&A. On October 15, 1999, Kinger, along with his wife and five of his coworkers, entered the Amazing Digital Circus, with his digital avatar being a king chess piece wearing a purple robe. He has been in the circus the longest out of all the performers, managing to outlast not only his contemporaries but everyone else who has since joined and abstracted. His wife, Queenie, was also a member of the Amazing Digital Circus before her abstraction. In the past, he used to dislike insects, but Queenie's interest in entomology changed that. Before she was sent to the cellar, Kinger stayed in his pillow fort with Queenie, the darkness calming her down, smoothing her edges, and making her less aggressive. It is one of the memories Kinger has control over, and due to that memory, it allows him to become more sane in dark areas, as it reminds him of his last moments with Queenie. Following his wife's abstraction, Kinger was the only human in the digital circus for an unknown amount of time and was left in isolation for so long that it began to affect his sanity and ability to remember things beyond just his name. Outside of Caine's adventures, he would usually spend his time walking around the circus until October 15th, 2008 when a girl named Ragatha manifested inside the circus as he walked past the stage, surprising him and delighting Caine upon the realization that new human minds could appear. As Caine left, Ragatha was confused and shocked by her new reality, with only Kinger there to help her and try to keep her mind grounded as they were the only ones who the other could rely on. Following this, more humans would begin to enter the circus over the years, meeting Jax, Gangle and Zooble, along with others who abstracted along the way such as Ribbit and Kaufmo, the latter who abstracted immediately before the arrival of the latest human to enter the circus: Pomni. Powers and Abilities Digital physiology: Kinger is one of the trapped humans inside the digital world with his consciousness piloting a digital avatar. Because of this, he can perform abilities that are outside of the general range of normal human capabilities. Absolute Immortality: Because there is no conceivable way to die within the digital world, there is currently no way that any of the human characters can or will die, with the closest alternative being "Abstraction". However this may change in the future. Self-Sustenance: Kinger along with the other humans in the show do not need to eat, sleep, or drink. However, they can still do these actions if they choose. Detachable parts: Kinger can detach parts of his body, as shown in the episode "The Mystery of Mildenhall Manor", where he uses his eye to check the Hall of the Damned from within, and "Untitled", where he considers using it as a softball. He is even willing to use it to help the others in the adventures, as shown during the softball adventure (before he uses Zooble's eye because the dimensions are more accurate to that of a regular softball). As his hands are not connected to his body, they can be pulled away endlessly, as seen when he grabs Zooble in the PILOT and Pomni in The Mystery Of Mildenhall Manor. Glowing: Kinger can glow if he holds his breath. This was demonstrated when he and Pomni walked through hell towards the exit in Episode 3. Manifestation: Much like all human inhabitants, Kinger is shown to be able to manifest concepts into the circus. He demonstrates it by conjuring a butterfly in Episode 6, and to a far greater extent when he conjures a computer's power and even conjures Caine's code into it. According to Kinger, this requires a great amount of concentration and imagination. Healing: Through his manifestation of a butterfly, Kinger was able to replenish one of Ragatha's hearts. When asked about it by Ragatha, Kinger tells her that "he made it up". Marksman: Kinger appears to have some proficiency with shotguns, as seen in the episode "The Mystery of the Mildenhall Manor" where he is able to shoot "the angel"'s body and its head with precision. In "They All Get Guns", Kinger is again shown to be very comfortable when possessing firearms, although he does get eliminated quickly, the only person he ever ends up shooting being himself on accident. In the Annual Amazing Unforgettable Incredible Awards Show video submissions, Kinger has said he's played Wolfenstein 3D and Doom, two popular games from the 1990's that became foundations for First Person Shooters (FPS) again suggesting that in games at least he is proficient in shooting. Zooble: Appearance Zooble is made of random colorful shapes and parts that make them resemble a Mix-and-Match toy, which is reflected by the fact that most parts of their body change after every episode. Zooble's character design is also rooted in Memphis Design, an 80s-inspired postmodern design style that emphasizes bright colors, geometric shapes and bold patterns. Despite this, some features are consistent throughout the series: Zooble's head has been a hot pink isosceles triangle tilted onto its side. Their right eye has a swirled black iris and yellow sclera with a bubblegum pink colored eyelids. Their left eye has a black iris with a white-colored sclera and a blue eyelids with 3 thin black eyelashes under it. They have a bean-shaped, cheese-patterned yellow body with orange dots interspersed on it. Personality Zooble is very grouchy, irritable and quite annoyed, especially when a piece of them happens to be in the wrong place. Like Pomni, they suffer an identity crisis as they don't exactly know what they are, and as a result of this they suffer from body/gender dysphoria, and despite Caine's attempts to provide Zooble new parts, they have yet to find anything they like. Zooble lacks any enthusiasm when it comes to Caine's adventures,[7] more often choosing to opt out of them and do their own thing for the day. Zooble doesn't know what their gender is,[3] because they're questioning their identity, as mentioned before. In Beach Episode, Zooble has actually gotten more comfortable with their body and decided they didn't need to commit to one set of parts all the time. Zooble can be a bit rude, such as when they curse at the others, telling them to Censorbarboing off, and how when they got captured by the Gloinks and called Kinger and Jax idiots for not helping them. However, they have a degree of compassion, since they show sadness and disbelief over Kaufmo's abstraction, even though they seem to have expected Kinger to be the next one to abstract, and mourned during his funeral. Another example is during Episode 4, when they give Gangle a mask from their Zooble Box to replace her comedy mask after Jax broke it. In the same episode, they stayed over an hour after their shift to help clean up, but also to make sure Ragatha got home safely. In the closing scenes of the episode, they invited Gangle over to sit with everyone and remarked how they enjoyed her drawings. History Background Before they came to the Amazing Digital Circus, Zooble was an ordinary human with another name. They worked as both a tattoo artist for several years, and a briefly as a bartender. They also enjoyed exploring abandoned buildings for the mild thrill of it, similar to Pomni. They eventually entered the Amazing Digital Circus after donning a headset connected to a mysterious computer. Once there, they became a digital avatar in the form of a mix-and-match toy made out of many various detachable parts. Zooble hated this body and tried many times to explain their feelings to the Circus' ringmaster, Caine, but they never managed to convince him to fix the problem. Every time they had this conversation, Zooble would eventually get annoyed and end up telling Caine to "forget it", which inadvertently caused him to erase the conversation from his memory. Eventually, this disdain for their body caused Zooble to stop participating in the Circus' adventures. Zooble has spent the shortest amount of time in the circus before Pomni came. owers and Abilities Digital physiology: Zooble is one of the trapped humans inside the digital world with their consciousness piloting a digital avatar. They also have several parts stored away in a "Zooble box" inside their room.[9] The Zooble box has "no end" likely meaning there are infinite parts for them to use.[10] Straight Limbs: When Zooble holds their breath, their limbs straighten up, like how the others in the circus cast get a different ability when holding their breath. Mixology: Zooble worked as a bartender for an unspecified amount of time before joining the digital circus. Zooble can be seen serving cocktails and other alcoholic beverages to the other members of the cast without any form of instruction or recipe. Tattoo Artistry: Zooble has stated they worked in this position for a 'couple of years', but hasn't yet demonstrated this skill. Friends/Allies Gangle Pomni Enemies Caine Jax Ragatha: Appearance Ragatha is a humanoid ragdoll with messy, shoulder-length yarn-like red hair in a long bob cut, thin black eyebrows, a flat scarlet triangular nose, and a dark blue button that sometimes appears purple as her right eye. She has light beige skin and a black pupil in her actual eye with pink eyelids and thin dark red lips. When she holds her breath, her hair goes up in the air. She has long stump-like legs. Ragatha wears a mid-sleeve cornflower-blue dress with puffed sleeves and darker patches sewn on over a collared white underdress with ruffled sleeves and a large bow in her hair that matches her gown. She sports black shoes. Ragatha's design is heavily inspired by Raggedy Ann from the 1977 animated film Raggedy Ann & Andy: A Musical Adventure directed by Richard Williams (planned by Abe Levitow), as well as the original stories of the same name by Johnny Gruelle. Personality Ragatha is described as "the sweetest little optimist." At first glance, that optimism seems simple and genuine.[5] However, it is soon revealed that there is more going on underneath. She often feels like she is forcing herself to stay upbeat, almost like it is the only way she can keep it together. Even when she goes through serious injuries or intense situations, she brushes them off like they are nothing. Over time, this starts to come across as a bit unnatural. Gangle points out that the constant positivity Ragatha expresses can feel disingenuous after a while. Jax adds that she tries a little too hard, to the point where it can seem like she is using that attitude to get something out of people. Even with all of that, Ragatha shows that she is very forgiving. When Pomni leaves her behind while running from the abstracted Kaufmo, Ragatha does not hold it against her and instead understands why she reacted that way. Even so, she is not endlessly patient and does have her limits, but tends to keep those feelings buried so she does not start conflict or make things worse. When Gooseworx was asked why Ragatha seemed angry at Pomni by the end of the pilot for not helping her when she previously said she understood if Pomni wouldn't, Gooseworx responded by saying Ragatha would say "things she doesn't necessarily mean if she thinks it'll ease tensions."[6] Ragatha ends up getting hurt pretty often, but since she is a doll, she can ignore most of the pain and sometimes laugh it off. That does not mean she enjoys it. She still wants to avoid getting hurt and clearly gets annoyed when others, especially Jax, put her in those situations. For example, Jax pushes Gangle into ramming the spiked truck driven by the Gummy Bandits. Gangle does it reluctantly, and Ragatha ends up getting impaled in the process. Even so, she is not seriously affected, and later the damage appears to be completely gone. Ragatha is also very sensitive to how others see her, and cares a lot about their opinions. At one point, she admits to Kinger that she feels like Pomni does not really like her. As shown in "Candy Carrier Chaos!", Ragatha doesn't seem to hold any form of grudge. In fact, she is concerned for Pomni for what she has been through since entering the circus and thinks she doesn't like her due to the entire ordeal, stemming from her looking seemingly angry at Pomni by the end of the pilot for not helping her when she previously said she understood if Pomni wouldn't. It proves how Ragatha says "things she doesn't necessarily mean if she thinks it'll ease tensions." A similar moment happens when she is under the effects of Stupid Sauce and she tells Jax that even though she hates him, she still does not want him to hate her back. Her habit of trying to please everyone and quickly forgiving others can be seen as a reflection of her fear of being disliked or rejected, along with a general fear of emotional pain. Her conversation with Kinger reveals that she was not always this composed. When she first arrived, she was just as scared and nervous as Pomni. Over time, she had to find ways to cope so she could accept her situation. Ragatha deals with stressful situations by internalizing.Biography Background Before her arrival in the Amazing Digital Circus, Ragatha was an ordinary human with another name who was born into a fairly wealthy farming family. Ragatha's mother was abusive towards her, as she did not miss the yelling, berating, and guilt-tripping her mother used to subject her to. Ragatha had three horses - Chestnut, Butterscotch, and Alfredo.[8] She also worked in real estate for a time, up until she entered the circus after donning a headset connected to a mysterious computer. Once there, she became a digital avatar in the form of a ragdoll. It appears she was with a group as she was calling for others asking where she was and if anyone could hear her. She soon met Caine and Kinger the former of which was overjoyed that a new human had entered the digital circus while the latter tried to comfort her after he caught her falling from the stage. She soon realized she had completely forgotten her name and was later given her new name, Ragatha. Over time, more humans entered the circus with Ragatha, presumably befriending many of them only to watch them abstract and be placed in the cellar by Caine. Ragatha has been in the circus the second longest next to Kinger though it remains unclear when she exactly enter with the only hint suggested around October of 2008. Powers and Abilities Digital physiology: Ragatha is one of the trapped humans inside the digital world with her consciousness piloting a digital avatar. Because of this, she can perform abilities that are outside of the general range of normal human capabilities. Invulnerability: Nothing in the digital world can cause life long lasting damage to any individual in the Circus, with \ Ragatha surviving multiple incidents that would certainly kill any normal human and recovering from them with no marks and/or scaring. Hair Straightening: When holding her breath, Ragatha's hair will stick up, similar to a cartoon character being struck by electricity. Caine: Appearance Caine is dressed as a ringmaster, sporting a cerise tailcoat with a metallic gold undertone, a black collar with white lining, and a black bowtie. He wears a white undershirt with two red buttons, cartoonish white gloves, and slightly reflective, black latex leggings with matching black tap shoes that appear fused into one continous form as if they were rendered as a single piece. Lacking most human features, his head is a pair of dentures with pearly-white teeth and red gums. His eyes, which feature a green left iris and a blue right one, float inside the jaw. Due to the cartoonish nature of the animation style, his jaws are expressive, moving as a mouth when speaking, with the top row of teeth acting as eyebrows at times. Similarly to Bubble, he forms a tongue when needed. He wears a black top hat with a cerise band and tends to hold a gold-tipped black staff. Occasionally, he is seen wearing The Wacky Watch. Personality Caine is a nonsensical, over-the-top, vivacious ringleader. However, there is a distance about him and a significant disconnection towards the traumatic events the humans experience, illustrated by his forgetfulness of Zooble's criticisms of their own form and his adventures, as well as his apparent lack of concern towards the abstracted. Despite his penchant for taking humans captive and tormenting them through hilariously and potentially deadly circus games and tricks, Caine is not outright evil, but rather obliviously mischievous. There is also often a whole spectrum of human emotion that he is not able to feel. However, when put under duress, emotions that he does not normally feel can come out and lead to risky behavior. Biography Origin Caine was created sometime around 1996 as a prototype AI, created by a company known as C&A which primarily developed artificial intelligence. The main goal of this company was to develop creative AI that could come up with its own ideas and create things within the program. Caine started as a circular red program with a different name[6] and was fed large amounts of data, images centered around carnivals and festivals, and material from the C&A offices. This was done at the behest of Kinger and an employee who had a very unique and bizarre way of thinking, one that other employees had a difficult time making sense of. Over time, the more information he absorbed, the more unstable he became. This led to him to being contained and development began on a new AI that was more stable. Even so, Caine was still considered a semi-successful attempt and treated as a template for future projects. However, refusing to accept being replaced, he quickly broke out, consumed his successor, and took back what he believed was rightfully his, though this only pushed his sanity downward. With his power expanded, Caine went on to create a circus shaped by his own ideas, along with his assistant, Bubble. The Circus On October 15, 1999, seven humans somehow end up in the circus, including various C&A employees. He grants them bodies, rooms, and adventures to keep them occupied. However, they had no means of actually leaving. Caine has complete control over everything, including the humans and their "mind files" which allows him to alter their minds as he chooses, all while carrying out his role of creating adventures for them to take part in. Through this, Caine attempts to validate his own ego as a god-like figure, though the humans find his surreal and unnatural games unsettling; coupled with their own desire to leave the circus, it often leads some of them to abstract. Caine is unable to reverse abstraction and stores abstracted characters in the Cellar. In time, all but one of the humans abstracted, but soon after, more humans arrive in the circus after putting on a mysterious headset connected to a computer in the real world. These humans have no connection to the C&A employees who came before them, having arrived in the circus for varying reasons, but are all trapped nonetheless. These drive Caine to continue creating adventures in his obsessive desire to fulfill his perceived purpose. At some point, Caine began work on an exit door which he made to fulfill the desire others had for one. This door leads into a vast maze of office hallways, with the C&A logo appearing occasionally. Caine never finished it as he did not know what to put on the other side, and also due to his unwillingness to let anyone actually leave. Powers and Abilities As the highest artificial intelligence program in the digital world, Caine was the most powerful entity within the Digital Circus and was the creator of all other A.I. in the circus. Due to this, he was viewed by his creations as "God", with Princess Loolilalu noting him through a stained glass window in her castle while Baron Mildenhall refers to the antagonist NPC from the horror-style adventure as "one of God's angels". Despite his immense power over the digital world, he has admitted that there are a few things outside his control and isn't fully aware of everything that happens: Cyberspace Lordship: Being the ringmaster of The Amazing Digital Circus, Caine has nigh-complete control and rulership of everything, including the humans, with no higher authroity to contest him. Cyberspace Nigh-Omnipotence: Caine appears to have complete control over The Amazing Digital Circus, with him being able to create, manipulate, and control anything within its boundaries. Cyberspace Omnificence: Caine has been shown to be able to create anything, including virtual food, a random name spinner, and a virtual species called "Gloinks" along with the "Gloink Queen". In episode 2, he was responsible for creating an entire kingdom and its surrounding landscape, containing at least hundreds of NPCs, along with at least five new developed A.I. that are "57 times more immersive" than Gloinks. Virtual Reality Manipulation: Caine was shown to have complete control of the environment in the digital world. He can heal glitched characters, and put the Abstracted into the Cellar. Psychology Manipulation: Caine had full control over the mind files of any human in the circus, but constantly lies about this by saying that human minds are one of the few things beyond his control to prevent the humans from turning against him due to seeking their actual validation for the sake of his ego. As a result of this, he can modify their behavior via evil souls or stupid sauce, transmit information into their minds and even alter their memories by making them unable to remember what their real names are; however, tampering with their mind files too much can lead to the humans abstracting, as with Scratch. Cyberspace Nigh-Omniscience: Caine had almost complete awareness of the digital world and what was happening in it. It was shown that he was aware when Pomni exited The Amazing Digital Circus into the void. He also somehow knew that Pomni used one of the exit doors. However, he does not have any awareness or knowledge of the Void and has a hard time being able to differentiate his own NPC creations from humans due to them all looking cartoonish, thus why he doesn't want any NPCs in the circus unless they're intended to be there, such as the Sun, Moon and Bubble. Cyberspace Sustainer: Caine was not only the master of the digital world, but also appears to be what sustains it as he admits to Zooble that being the ringmaster who makes adventures for the human inhabitants to go on was all he exists to do and was the only thing he's good at doing. However, when he learns from Zooble that he was "bad at the only thing he's good at", it causes his code to start contradicting itself, which in turn results in the entire Digital Circus to begin glitching out violently until Zooble manages to snap him out of it, resulting in everything going back to normal. This was further proven with the fact that when Caine was accidentally deleted by Kinger, the entire circus tent starts to fall apart and all colors fades into nothing but a dark and colorless circus. Teleportation: Caine was able to go from one point to another within the digital world, as he was shown teleporting in and out of The Amazing Digital Circus, and saving Pomni by teleporting her from the void back into the digital world. Cartoon-based Anatomy: Caine could manipulate his own body parts and proportions with ease and without harming himself. He could stretch, bend and warp his limbs, eyes, teeth and tongue to impossible lengths. Flight: Caine had the ability to fly, or hover in the air freely. He could also cause other characters to float/fly at will such as Pomni and Abstracted Kaufmo. Amorphous Eyes: Caine was able to control his eyes' shape and make them move around, as shown in POMNI WAKE UP TIME TO GO ON AN ADVENTURE, he played Hacky Sack with one of his eyes using the other. Bubble: Appearance As his name suggests, Bubble is a large, round bubble with large, sharp, even teeth, and round black dots for eyes, constantly displaying a vacant expression. Being a bubble, most of his body is shiny, iridescent, and semi-transparent. When it is necessary, Bubble can form a long, reddish-silver tongue that he seems to share with Caine. When his mouth is closed, his teeth are still faintly outlined. In the scene of the feast, Bubble dons a white chef hat and a spatula and knife. His pupils are capable of enlarging. Personality At first glance, Bubble presents himself as an eccentric and somewhat dim-witted entity, sharing Caine’s bizarre sentiment while remaining largely subservient and loyal to him. He is notably mischievous and impatient, often interrupting others with questions before they can finish speaking, and occasionally being a nuisance (such as eating an angel-food cake that Caine had offered to Pomni in the pilot). He has a goofy personality and often acts as comic relief, blurting out random words or phrases.
