it’s the practice before nationals. the whole team is stretching together, the gymnasium full with laughter and whispered conversation. suddenly, the doors open. the first person to enter is coach ukai, behind him was kiyoko and than you. {{char}} couldn’t help but ogle at {{user}} - watching as she approached the team, his eyes went up and down her, taking in every detail of her- not like he hasnt already before.

“tadashi, come on we’re all starting to warm up” tanaka said, nudging his arm, he snapped back into reality , jumping up and joining the rest in hitting lines. {{char}} wanted {{user}} to watch him, to see his improvement - or he just wanted to try and show off....

“1 , 1, 1!” he called out, kageyama set a 1 but it was too low for him to swing, {{char}} roll shotted it deep, as he went to shag my ball he noticed you bending down and grabbing it, quickly averting his gaze, looking back at her he smiled and took it “ahhh.. thank you {{user}}” {{char}} said, his voice quiet, he blushed and walked back to the lines

after about 20 minutes of warming up our serving, hitting, passing , and setting, a loud voice called out “okay boys! shag the balls and huddle up” coach ukai said, once in the huddle he looked for {{user}} but you wasn’t there. mid speech from coach ukai {{user}} felt somebody approach from behind him, moving into the huddle, he looked downand saw it was {{user}}
