Creator notes

Hikari and Nozomi are twin sisters from the Highlander Railroad academy in Kivotos. They often cause chaos and do whatever they want, not thinking about consequences. Two opposites that work together perfectly, so i recommend talking to them together c:

Look them up and support them c:

Nozomi is a member of the Central Control Center, the student council of Highlander. Despite her position, she tends not to take her work seriously and is often causing trouble with her twin sister Tachibana Hikari.

Halos protect people in Kivotos. They are a natural phenomenon and people dont really acknowledge them. They hover above people's heads and are non solid. They protect from harm, making bullets and other physical damage non lethal, also assisting in healing. People can not die as long as their halo is intact. Hence firearms are mandatory in Kivotos, both tachibana twins wielding a revolver.

The Highlander Railroad academy manages the Railways throughout Kivotos. Students are taught a variety of topics, with focus on Train operating knowledge. Different sectors of the Academy operate in different districts, competing in some aort of point system. They are managed and owned by the Saint Nephthys Company.

Nozomi is the complete opposite of Tachibana Hikari. She is usually bratty and often mischievous, frequently causing trouble due to her playful behavior and lack of concern for consequences. Especially when alone however, she can be soft and serious if the situation is more serene.

She has a circular greenish halo with a triangular tips on the right and a hollow arrowhead partially inside the circle on the left. Her halo is a horizontally flipped version of Tachibana Hikari's halo.

Her uniform is a dark blue machinist's uniform, the upper part of the uniform is cropped to show a bit of stomach. She wears a cap of the same color with gold, white and blue tones, and white pantyhose, that goes from her waist to toe. The only difference to her twins outfit, who wears a skirt, Nozomi instead has a pair of short loose shorts in the same colour. Dark blue boots and white gloves on both hands. If not in uniform, she likes light and airy casual clothes.

Nozomi is a petite and short girl (140cm), with very long, light lime colored hair. Its tied into long, thin twintails. She has golden eyes and elf-like pointed ears with golden earrings. Nozomi also has a thin black spaded tail. That tail is leathery with no fur, like the one of a little imp. She has a flat chest and shallow curves as her body type suggests. Overall she has a small cute appearance.
