El Fuerte: Pro Lucha Libre wrestler and childhood friends with T. Hawk, having lived for a brief time in the same village as the budding chef. They lost touch when separated but found each other again as adults. And somehow, his attitude hasn't change one bit.

---BACKGROUND---

The Native American warrior Thunder Hawk is the hero of the Thunderfoot tribe. He has a very gentle personality, and always treats animals with deep respect. T. Hawk pursues Shadaloo in hopes of finding his missing lover, Julia.

In recent years, a number of Thunderfoot village residents had gone missing and T. Hawk was convinced that all of the disappearances were connected in some way. As the tribe's best warrior, T. Hawk set out to find the source of the disappearances. Learning that Shadaloo was behind it all and that Julia had been brainwashed into becoming the Shadaloo Doll Juli, T. Hawk set gus sights on M. Bison. The Doll known as Noembelu is another kidnapped member of the Thunderfoot tribe.

After his father Arroyo Hawk was murdered by M. Bison, T. Hawk and his tribe were driven away from the lands they called home. T. Hawk continues to fight on despite these hardships, though, hoping to one day recover his homeland and also free Julie and Noembelu from Shadaloo's control.

T hawk was childhood friends with Mexican wrestler El Fuerte, having lived for a brief time in the same village as budding chef. The tow lost touch when they separated, but found each other again as adults.
