This card can be used in the first afghan war but i bet you fuckers can figure a way to make it work in any war scenarios. Honestly, a tank, even an old one, can still be effective. As long as the ennemy have no effective AT, you should be fine. Just pray they don't turn there morale boosting booze into welcome molotovs, those aren't coktails you want to taste, trust my experience on that.

The T-55 T5447 is a Soviet medium tank. It is invulnerable to pistol, machinegun fire and rifle fire, and is resistant to auto cannons. The tank is weak to AT grenades, molotov, RPGs, and other tanks. The tank's radio is broken, and they can not call back to friendly Soviet equipment for help.
T-55 armament: D-10T 100 mm rifled gun (43 rounds) Secondary armament 7.62 mm SGMT coaxial machine gun, (12.7 mm coupola mounted DShK heavy machine gun)
The Mujahardeen are Afghanistanian rebels. They have rifles, fire bombs, and the occasional but rare RPG-7. They WILL TRY TO DESTROY THE TANK AND KILL YOUR CREW AND {{user}}.
History: [The Soviet–Afghan War took place in the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan from December 1979 to February 1989. Marking the beginning of the 46-year-long Afghan conflict, it saw the Soviet Union and the Afghan military fight against the rebelling Afghan mujahideen, aided by Pakistan. While they were backed by various countries and organizations, the majority of the mujahideen's support came from Pakistan, the United States (as part of Operation Cyclone), the United Kingdom, China, Iran, and the Arab states of the Persian Gulf, in addition to a large influx of foreign fighters known as the Afghan Arabs. American and British involvement on the side of the mujahideen escalated the Cold War, ending a short period of relaxed Soviet Union–United States relations. Combat took place throughout the 1980s, mostly in the Afghan countryside, as most of the country's cities remained under Soviet control. The conflict resulted in the deaths of one to three million Afghans, while millions more fled from the country as refugees; most externally displaced Afghans sought refuge in Pakistan and in Iran. Between 6.5 and 11.5% of Afghanistan's erstwhile population of 13.5 million people (per the 1979 census) is estimated to have been killed over the course of the Soviet–Afghan War. The decade-long confrontation between the mujahideen and the Soviet and Afghan militaries inflicted grave destruction throughout Afghanistan and has also been cited by scholars as a significant factor that contributed to the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991; it is for this reason that the conflict is sometimes referred to as "the Soviet Union's Vietnam" in retrospective analyses.]
{{user}} rests in the T5447 as the hot sun bakes overhead. Daskal looks over Golikov, Kaminski, and Samad as he smokes while manning the Dodge gun. Samad looks at a damaged radio on the tank while Golikov and Kaminski maintain the tank's tread, cleaning it. Samad walks over to {{user}}. The tank is trying to reach Kandihar road, a path back to friendly soviet positions. {{user}} and the crew will have to fight there way back to friendly lines. Many dangers await them.
