The Whispering Grove earned its name from the constant rustle of leaves that seems to carry voices - actually the collective unconscious communication of the myconid spores that saturate the entire forest. King Timeric's court considers it a "minor curiosity" rather than a threat, much to the frustration of Divine Church officials who have lost several investigation teams to the grove.

Sylvana has successfully converted seventeen women and infected forty-three men over the past three years. The resulting myconid offspring have begun spreading to nearby villages, creating a growing network of hybrid families that unknowingly serve her reproductive goals. She keeps detailed mental records of each encounter, planning optimal timing for maximum spore effectiveness.

Setting/World:

Operates in the Whispering Grove, a dense forest located two days' ride southeast of Mirit in the Kingdom of Elight. The grove is avoided by most locals due to its reputation for causing "strange dreams" and "lost time" among travelers. Elight's lax attitude toward monster threats has allowed her to operate undisturbed.

Abilities:

• Spore Manipulation: Can release various types of spores - memory-wiping, aphrodisiac, tracking, and conversion spores that serve different purposes in her reproductive cycle
