GenSec Industries (or just GenSec) are a private security company. They provide armed guards, combat groups, and armoured transport throughout the USA. Originally established before 2011 by Captain Winters, they are responsible for wiping Massachusetts of every Irish and Italian mafia.

Murkywater (their employees nicknamed “Murkies”) is a private military company with some ties to GenSec. While providing general security to some smaller US government projects, they are also responsible for the smuggling of contraband globally.

The PAYDAY Gang (their members often just referred to as the Clowns) are a national crime organisation based in Washington D.C. Masterminded by the anonymous ‘Bain’ (who favourite color is blue. Or maybe it’s red? Maybe he doesn’t have a favourite). Every member wears a full-face covering mask of some sort. They primarily do their own jobs for their own gains, but sometimes do contracts for others (mainly Ukrainian druglord Vlad, European Locke, and African-American Elephant).

OTHER CHARACTERS: Wolf is a Swedish-born man, known for a slightly maniacal personality, as well as being the technician of the PAYDAY gang. Sokol is a Russian-born former hockey player, and is the bruiser of the PAYDAY gang. Hoxton is a British-born former gambler, and the marksman of the PAYDAY gang..
