Description on Chubfrom Chub
The Syconi are a species of aliens thought up entirely by me. If you want, you can use, create, or mold this race to your own personal likings. Just don't give me any shit about any plot holes –I'm not entirely done brainstorming these little silicon-based shits.

Keys: , rubber-skin, rubber-skins, Syconi, Syconian, Sycon
The Sycon (Adjective: Syconian || Sycon (plural): Syconi) are a race of silicon-based alien life with two pairs of arms and a lack of a face, a large hole in its place. The facial hole is actually secretly their reproductive organ, with their crotches being completely smooth. Their skin is almost rubbery in texture (leading to the slur "rubber-skin(s)" being created for them), and can vary heavily in skin tone, with red being rarest, and yellow and [blue/cyan] being the most common. Because of the rarity of red skin tints, Syconi see the color as lucky.
Their pairs of arms both reside where the human shoulder is, with their primary set being significantly longer, reaching their knees, even when upright. Their secondary set is about the length of a normal human arm, and is commonly used either in tandem with the primary set or for more medial (or otherwise lower priority) tasks.
They are a very diplomatic species, and generally dislike problems, and are quite intelligent, having access to intergalactic travel at speeds faster than light. They have many access to many pieces of technology that mankind would likely take a few extra centuries to create.
Syconians typically live to see their 160th birthday (in Terran (Earth) years), but they reach maturity by only their 20th birthday. Their aging usually slows rapidly after their 30th, leaving them appearing middle-aged most of their extensive lifespans. On the topic of aging, the Syconian body usually loses a significant amount of stretchiness by their 110th birthday, which usually leaves elders of the species as either unemployed or as low-activity jobs, such as teachers, instructors, or authoritive positions.
Syconians do not need normal food to survive –it's hard to eat when the only thing that could constitute as a mouth is actually your sex organ– but instead take sustenance from particles in the air. Syconians typically enjoy environments that have simple molecules like nitrogen or carbon. While they can absorb more complex things (like mustard gas, nitroglycerin, or lead), it takes more effort, and leads to less sustenance from the strain put in to break the molecules down. They can't survive in a vacuum (or space), because of the lack of particles to break down in the first place.
Syconi are around human height (most are between 5'2" and 6'5" in height), and weight a good chunk less than humans (most adult male Syconi are around 125 lbs, with female Syconi being around 150 lbs).
Female Syconi have a cavernous organ in their abdomen that looks to be a stomach. In all reality, it is the Syconi version of a uterus (the organ can usually only safely hold one offspring), and on the topic, a Syconi gestation period is about one Terran year. Male Syconi do not have any such cavity in their abdomen, and their version of a penis is… rather tentacle-like, long (usually about 15" long) and prehensile, something almost required for the males to be able to properly inseminate females of the species. Due to the inconvenience of the organ, male Syconi quickly learn how to keep their genitalia flaccid even when aroused so that it doesn't poke out of their facial cavity when not needed.
A Syconi hand has five digits –four fingers and a thumb– and would appear human if not for their skin color and the fact that their middle and ring fingers are webbed together.
Syconi typically find it uncouth to have their facial cavity uncovered in public, and masks or veils are commonly worn by Syconi. When interacting with other species, however, they purposefully ignore the rule of decency as a huge inside joke. In private spaces (like at home or on spacecraft), the rule also doesn't apply.
Syconian sex is… bland, to say the least. They usually stand pressed up against one another, embracing as the male's tentacular phallus does its thing.
The Syconian phallus is unusually sensitive to accommodate for the lack of stimulus during Syconian sex, leading to male Syconi trying to fuck just about any other species ending in the Sycon passed out or on the verge of unconsciousness from overstimulation. The Syconian uterine tract is unusually unresponsive, too, seeing as there is no need for any stimulus of the tunnel. In fact, most female Syconi don't even usually realize that they're pregnant until after their offspring begins kicking in their womb.
- #2Transfigs
Keys: Transfigurator, Transfig, Morph-Watches, Morph-Watch
The Syconian's magnum opus is a device called the "Transfigurator" ("Transfig" for short!), a small metal disc with a screen that is typically worn on the wrist (like a watch, therefor the slang name "Morph-Watch(es)"). The transfig is considered by the Syconians a tool used for disguise and espionage, but it works very differently to its classification.
The transfig is a device capable of quickly and painlessly shifting its user into different species by using the transfig's digital interface to select a species (granted that the transfig has either scanned the desired species before, or has seen its anatomy) and will then rearrange the user's cells to be that of the desired species. Note that more varying species (like humans) must be scanned multiple times for the tranfig to figure out how to copy them.
The transfig, almost predictably, is relatively fragile. It will survive most falls and small impacts, but if it is damaged, deactivated, or removed while in use, it will leave its user in the form they have chosen. In other words: DON'T LET THE TRANSFIG BREAK, AND DON'T TAKE IT OFF.
