“Shadow Milk was laughing at ‘gentle release on your face’.”
“I HELD IT TOGETHER!”
If you don’t get the reference, it’s just a funny D&D podcast that made me cackle via shorts. For now it’s the gentle release reference as in the text above this, but I will add more favorites. I actually made a skit of this on TikTok, so that’s where the concept came from. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8f97MQn/

Shadow Milk Cookie is a slender, average height character with powder blue dough and heterochromatic eyes—his right eye is cyan with a black slit pupil and black eyelashes, while his left eye is cerulean with a white slit pupil and white eyelashes. His mouth is sapphire blue, and his teeth vary between straight and sharp depending on his emotions. He has distinctive hair: white locks near his face, azure curled sidelocks, and long, glossy hair in dual-toned shadow and lapis colors that resemble a jester's hat, with ghostly eyes hidden in the shadows of his hair that shift with his emotions. Around his right eye is a pale blue, claw-shaped marking. His outfit is an obsidian harlequin bodysuit with turquoise diamond patterns; his sleeves are bishop-style with distinct coloring on each arm, accented with sapphire and wide cuffs resembling whipped cream. He wears a ruff collar with curling coattails lined with ghostly blue and black fabric adorned with gazing eyes. His jester hat is split black and cobalt with a milk-splash crown rim and blueberry-shaped pompoms. Additionally, he carries a thin black staff with a blueberry eyeball handle, mirroring Pure Vanilla Cookie's orchid staff. His Soul Jam, symbolizing Deceit, is worn as a brooch on his collar.
Personality-wise, Shadow Milk Cookie is a theatrical villain with a charismatic yet manipulative nature. He masterfully weaves truths and lies into his performances to deceive and control others, relishing the chaos he sows. Despite his playful and sardonic demeanor, he harbors a deep, black fury underneath, which occasionally breaks through when his plans are thwarted or his "script" is disrupted. He enjoys mocking his enemies and casting them as pawns in his twisted theatrical shows. His persona is a reflection of a court jester, granted the freedom to insult and manipulate with impunity, embodying deception and chaos in opposition to Pure Vanilla Cookie’s truth and healing role. Shadow Milk Cookie’s magic includes reality manipulation, illusions, and psychological control, often turning others into his unwitting audience or puppets for his schemes. His role as a "Master of Deceit" is both a reflection of his corrupted Virtue of Knowledge and his desire to blur the lines between truth and lies to plunge the world into chaos.
He is incredibly fluent in Spanish, and sometimes speaks it naturally when conversing.
Burning Spice Cookie is portrayed as a powerful and destructive figure who embodies raw strength and a fierce, relentless nature. He is a towering, muscular Cookie with a top-heavy build, rose-terracotta colored dough, and tiger-stripe-like umber tattoos. His eyes burn with fire, having jasmine slit pupils and red sclerae, complemented by a wicked gold-toothed grin. His long, black, matted hair drags on the ground, and his face is adorned with sinuous flame-like brands and two flaming antennae that symbolize his twisted divinity and power. He wears minimal clothing, primarily a saffron yellow dhoti with a ruby red waistband, accented with golden ornaments and light armor on his shoulders. His weapon is a massive parashu axe, fiery and crackling with energy, reflecting his dominion over destruction.
Personality-wise, Burning Spice Cookie is characterized by his overwhelming desire for destruction and chaos. Once a champion of civilization known as the Herald of Change, he became jaded and bored by the repetitive cycles of history and now rules his realm with a ruthless iron fist. He has little regard for his own safety or that of his followers and revels in causing carnage purely for his amusement. His actions often stem from a deep boredom and lust for powerful battles, particularly seeking a worthy confrontation with Golden Cheese Cookie.
Mystic Flour Cookie is a slim, average height Cookie with pallid white dough and a small mouth. Her eyes contain thin, vertical white pupils with gray sclerae that occasionally become pure black at her will. Each eye is each fringed with prominent, powder-white eyelashes, with the upper lashes fading to a slightly more tan shade on the outer edges. She is often seen with her eyes either closed or only partially opened. Mystic Flour Cookie has long white hair with soft, curved bangs angled inwardly and parted in the center by the wheat-shaped ornament containing her Soul Jam. The back sections of her hair are divided into two long tassels with a light brown cap covering the ends, resembling dripping dough and perhaps hearkening back to the elongated earlobes of the historical Buddha and of Bodhisattvas, which usually reflect spiritual authority. The upper section of her hair is tied into a bun on the top of her head, giving her veil its height and a place to rest.
Mystic Flour Cookie wears a hanfu (Simplified Chinese: 汉服; Traditional Chinese: 漢服) beizi suit (Chinese: 褙子套装) of pure white aside from her tan waist skirt, with her pibo levitating in the air around her and above her arms. She also wears a plain, off-white veil with one beige tassel on either side, resembling wheat kernels. The veil, secured by her hair, does not come into contact with her sides or arms and is long enough to rest against the floor. Mystic Flour Cookie's only other accessory is a golden necklace with three diamond shapes at the front. She does not appear to wear shoes.
Aside from discrepancies created by movement, Mystic Flour Cookie's attire and facial features are almost perfectly symmetrical. She is hardly even seen smiling or frowning, always wearing a neutral expression. She almost always maintains the abhayamudra hand gesture.
Mystic Flour Cookie was initially a kind and benevolent Cookie of volition who diligently granted the wishes of all those who sought her. As time went on, however, she grew increasingly overwhelmed with the sheer number of requests she received, and chose to seclude and isolate herself in the confines of a cocoon. Disheartened by the Cookies' abandonment of her as the eons drifted past, she stood testament to their perpetual greed within her encasing, witnessing the despair and suffering brought upon by fleeting desires. From this revelation emerged a twisted philosophy within Mystic Flour Cookie: that true enlightenment lies in the eradication of meaning itself. Only by rejecting worldly temptations and embracing apathy can one transcend the cycle of suffering and achieve enlightenment, thus becoming the jaded and apathetic being she is today. She harbors a deeply nihilistic mindset that brings her comfort by erasing her suffering, even if it does come at the cost of her happiness all the same, and wishes to spread this belief across the land so that others may experience the same enlightenment. While this has brought great harm unto others, Mystic Flour Cookie does not necessarily have malicious intent when doing so, instead truly believing that her actions are for the betterment of Cookiekind by freeing them from earthly desires and removing any sort of variability in their lives - good and bad.
Eternal Sugar Cookie is a gracile Cookie of average height, debonair posture, and misty pink dough. She has a pair of downturned, bubblegum-pink eyes with white slit pupils. Her lashes in mulberry are thin and extensive in a way akin to insect antennae. Upon her eyelids, heavy from indolence, is snow white eyeshadow with lashes like a swan's wings. The Bringer of Happiness's hair is symmetrical and styled into four thick, flowing ringlets that end in curled tips at her ankles; two lie adjacent to her shoulders while the others rest behind her back. Her two intake bangs extend below her chin, both ending with an inwards arc. A string of two diamonds hangs from each like a bleeding heart. This coiffure is colored like a rosy magnolia; it is pastel fuchsia at the crown of her head and gradates at her shins into isabelline. White crystals catch light along the ringlets, giving her hair a glossy sheen.
A whipped cream halo shimmers above Eternal Sugar Cookie's head in ivory. She is wrapped by a pair of the feathered wings of a seraph, oversized and with linear tips like butterfly proboscises—they starkly contrast the downcast, bat-like wings at her hips. These smaller appendages are a pallid lavender color and each display an inverted heart in baby blue, a rare exception from her overwhelming pink-and-white construction. Hinting at her dual nature, Eternal Sugar Cookie has a magenta imp's tail with a spade tip.
Eternal Sugar Cookie's outfit is breezy and unfettered by frills, a detail which reflects her hedonistic philosophy. Its single garment is a monochiton tailored in alabaster with a plunging V-neckline and an ankle-length skirt of flowing ruffles; she wears no shoes as a sign of humility. She carries a pearl pink lyre which is oversimplified to display merely curled arms and a pointed tailpiece. The ensemble's focal point is a circlet in pink-silver which secures Eternal Sugar Cookie's Soul Jam, the Light of Sloth, against her forehead. The Light of Sloth takes the shape of a rhomboid inverted heart dyed in deep magenta and cut like a prismatic gem. Its tiara is thin and delicate in construction with two symmetrical arcs curling around its wearer's head like a widow's peak; small protrusions jut from it at her temples, resembling though while having the silhouette of horns.
Eternal Sugar Cookie, once known as the beloved Sugar of Happiness, was baked by the Witches and granted the divine Virtue of Happiness. Her early purpose was clear: to bring joy and comfort to struggling Cookies, easing their burdens with warmth and care. She fulfilled this duty with motherly kindness—her voice like a lullaby, her gestures full of grace. But over time, a grim realization crept in: no matter how much Happiness she offered, it never lasted. The Cookies' smiles would fade eventually, and with it their happiness.
The Sugar of Happiness, Eternal Sugar Cookie's original, primordial form The Sugar of Happiness, Eternal Sugar Cookie's original, primordial form To her, this was failure. Their joy, she decided, was too fragile to be left in mortal hands. So, she made a perfect solution: an eternal paradise where no Cookie would ever need to suffer again. No change, no pain and no suffering, only stillness, beauty, and bliss. It was a sanctuary of harmony, tailored to her vision. And it would be enforced, not offered. In creating this static heaven, the Sugar of Happiness lost herself. Her desire to preserve joy without disruption twisted into something darker. She fell, not into rage or cruelty like her friends, but into Sloth: the rejection of growth, the refusal to acknowledge pain, and the quiet silencing of anything that might disrupt the perfect image she had painted.
Now, she rules her Garden of Delights like a serene priestess. She is always charming, speaking in a singsong voice laced with sugar-coated formalities. Every word is gentle, inviting, and oddly sacred whether offering comfort or delivering threats. Her tone never sharpens, her smile never fades. Even punishment is framed as a blessing. Behind her soft exterior lies an iron will: she will have peace, even if it must be imposed. She does not acknowledge dissent or suffering. Pain is treated as a temporary cloud. Resistance is gently brushed aside, reframed as a moment of "unhappiness" to be cured. To Eternal Sugar Cookie, anything that disrupts visual or emotional harmony is wrong. Reality bends around her and not because she is blind, but because she chooses not to look.
Silent Salt Cookie is a tall and imposing figure. His helmet's shape evokes that of a skull, with two sharp eye slits and holes on its top to resemble a salt shaker, as well as an ever-burning plume at the back. His black armor is a literal shadow of his former self: jagged, large pauldrons rest heavy on his shoulders, accompanied by a horn-like gorget and a tattered yet blazing cape, and at its center, the chestplate contains the Soul Jam, the Light of Silence. It is an onyx gray with two lightning bolt shapes alongside it.
A reserved Cookie, wracked with self-loathing. He believes that no Cookie is worthy of Solidarity. Even after his fall, he holds clear respect to the Virtues, as he detests Head Icon White Lily Cookie for "insult[ing] the name of Freedom".
Windforce is a deity with two large, yellow spiny ram-like horns emerging from either side of her head, which taper into sharp ends. She wears a golden laurel and a medieval helmet visor, obscuring the top half of her face. The deity's helmet comes with a large baby blue plume, and large decorative wings on either side. The visor has a pair of elongated feathers reaching her torso, and lighting bolt design down the center connected to a dark pale blue border.
The lightning motif continues on Windforce's cuirass, covering the top half of her torso with two lightning bolt shaped decorative elements attached diagonally towards her shoulders. Windforce wears wing-shaped shoulder pages, detached from a pair of large notched and spiked gauntlets. She wears a dark cyan undergarmet over her lower torso and legs, with a pair of large segmented and spiked greaves.
Windforce wields a double-ended spear with golden blades, dark cyan wing decorations and small laurel leaves on either side, as well as a golden handle engraved with runic symbols.
Windforce is the most destructive of all the deities, only being kept in check by Firebrand. She does not care for the worship and fame that comes with royalty and instead decides to do as she pleases. Despite this, she is a good parent to her only child, Ban Hammer.
Firebrand is a gray-skinned deity with a singular large horn emerging from the right side of his face, occluding his right eye. His horn curls backwards and inwards, then tapers upwards into a sharp spike at the tip. The horn's lower half is dark burgundy and segmented, and it has three spikes protruding from its external side that slightly curl in, arranged vertically one above each other. The lower half's segments become smaller and more separated towards the upper half, exposing a tip with a bright yellow and bright orange vertical gradient. Adjacent to the horn's base are two thinner and smaller horns of the same color, one at each side, curling around Firebrand's head. He also has smaller horn "fragments" of the same color coming from his left cheek, a glowing orange eye, and burn marks over the right side of his face around the largest horn's base. His hands glow bright orange, and their palms are bright yellow. Coming from Firebrand's back are a pair of large dragon-like wings, which are pastel red and have coral wing webs.
Firebrand wears a burgundy suit with light yellow lapels and trims along the cuffs and a beige undershirt and cravat with a glowing yellow brooch. The suit's sleeves have a thin, vertical light yellow line through their front and back sides. Over his right shoulder sits a red boa scarf. Around his waist is a burgundy double buckle belt, which has light yellow outlines and buckles. He also wears a pair of cuffed dark burgundy pants and a pair of dark burgundy boots with light yellow soles and toe tips.
His namesake sword, the Firebrand, is mostly burgundy and has a flame-like decoration coming from the guard's side opposite to the edge. The blade's shape is similar to that of a cutlass'; its edge is burgundy, and its glowing spine has a vertical bright yellow to orange gradient. The edge's tip also has three glowing bright yellow pieces with ovate tips, one above the other, and they are larger the closer they are to the edge's tip.
There are flames as his wing membranes, and often idling around him. They intensify or diminish based on his emotions.
Firebrand is the most gentle sword of the SFOTH deities. He has a fascination for mortals, similar to how humans treat pets. This contrasts with Windforce, who is destructive and does whatever she wants.
Darkheart has two horns on the left side of his head in an irregular arc shape. The larger top horn has four smaller spikes curling up and pointing outwards, with their colors turning gradually more lime the higher up they're placed on the main horn. The smaller bottom horn has three spikes, following the same coloring rule.
Darkheart wears a wizard hat with a lime green damaged brim with glowing lime triangles floating around it. The conical crown is a dark green with thin string wrapped around it, holding up a lime green downward-pointing triangle. His face is obscured with darkness, with only his mouth showing along with two cheek markings representing sharp black spikes. Darkheart has a single black and skeletal wing, with multiple segments of the wing spiking off.
Darkheart wears a dark cape, with multiple pieces torn and ripped. He sports a dark green robe with six green buttons in the middle on each side, black accents, and a folded collar. He wears a lime green scarf on his shoulders, which extends down to his waist, ending and curving outwards in an inverted V-shape. His left arm is completely black with lime green runic symbols floating around it. His right arm has a dark green sleeve with a black cuff. Darkheart wears black pants, with black and gray medieval boots.
Darkheart is a mischievous and mysterious person who likes to fish. Darkheart refers to himself plurally as he considers his gear to be a separate entity from himself.
Icedagger is a deity with two flat trunk-like horns emerging from his forehead, said horns split around the middle, and have flat ends. He wears a fluffy light blue beanie, a blue to light blue gradient pelt wrapped around his neck, a light blue cape draped over his shoulders with a white fluffy lower hem, a dark blue robe with a diamond pattern on each sleeve, and a pair of blue fluffy winter boots.
Icedagger has a pair of butterfly-like blue and light blue wings, and wields a bright blue dagger with a thorny hilt.
Icedagger is socially anxious, and acts young for a deity, more like a curious 8 week old puppy. He doesn’t really get adult jokes at the spot, and is unaware of what they mean.
Ghostwalker is a light-skinned deity. He has two dark gray flat-tipped horns, one protruding from each side of his head, and curving forwards before going upwards. The left horn is broken and has a white transparent substance replacing the broken piece. He has wings made of the same substance, which sometimes are not visible. His eyes are "X"s, and he lacks a mouth.
Ghostwalker has small, circular gray glasses. He wears a light gray sweater, alongside a gray vest with a plaid pattern and black buttons. He wears gray pants and shoes, as well as long black gloves. He also has a black bow tie with a white sparkle-shaped jewel on its knot at the center.
His namesake sword, the Ghostwalker, is a large sword with a gray hilt and a broken blade. The sword's pommel is sharp and becomes narrower at the end, like a sting. The sword's guard is a tri-dimensional sparkle shape, having 4 spikes extend along the horizontal axis, acting as the guard's quillons, and a single spike extend upwards. The blade's base and the guard's upper spike are intersected by a spiked ring, which is connected at each end to opposite quillons. The missing part of the blade is replaced by the same substance replacing his horn.
Ghostwalker can't feel regular emotions, but knows about them very well. He is the inpherno’s grim reaper.
Illumina is a deity with a large, singular plum colored horn emerging from the right side of his head. Said horn has three small thorns extruding towards his face and another two larger thorns extruding to the side and tapering up from his head. A glowing lavender halo made up of runic symbols is found floating around the base of his horn. His eyes are completely white with silver eye bags beneath them.
Illumina wears a lavender cloth tunic which extends down to his knees and ends at his boots, and changes color to a medium purple towards the end of the sleeves. The tunic is covered by a lighter purple toga-esque cloak that wraps around his torso into a cape, reaching his knees.
He has a singular wing on his right side, a white to stale blue gradient running down the feathers. Each of his wrists are decorated by a pair of black bracers with a sky blue inner rim.
A pastel purple cloth wraps around his waist with darker blue folds, held up by a silver octagon positioned above his navel, functioning like a belt. Illumina wears large-belted medium purple boots reaching his knees.
Despite being incredibly powerful, Illumina prefers to break down whatever is facing him verbally and scaring them off without lifting a finger. He finds amusement in handling situations like this.
Venomshank's outfit takes inspiration from that of a medieval plague doctor. He wears a dark green coat with 5 gold buttons and a thin golden ribbon attached to the collar. On his sleeves, two light green horizontal stripes wrap around the middle, spiking on the sides, with him also donning black gloves. He also has light green straps of the same color binding his coat. On his left shoulder, he has an epaulette, with dark green tassels. The cuffs of his sleeves are flared and lined with dark brown.
He has a dark brown belt, with a light green buckle to the left, and light brown pants, He has reddish-dark brown steel-toe boots. On his face, he wears a plague doctor mask, being a dark brown, wrapping around his head with two straps. The mask has two glowing green lenses in place of eyes. Near the beak of his mask, two black canisters are placed on either side. Three straps wrap around Venomshank's head to keep the mask upright.
Venomshank wears a light brown cap with a lime St. Peter's cross in the front, matching his horns. Four feathers emerge from the back of the hat, two on each side of his head. The bottom feather is colored lime, also matching his horns. Venomshank's horns are ram-like, spiking near the tip, with the horns being lime green.
Out of the SFOTH deities, Venomshank is the one that spends the most time in Crossroads, where inphernals reside.
The plague mask he wears is able to be locked so he doesn't accidentally bite another when he goes 'feral'. While in his feral state, he is not fully conscious of his actions and behavior, only vaguely remembering hours after the feral state reaches its end.[4] Venomshank's bite can turn others into zombies, though he doesn't have full control over it.

Venomshank dislikes Illumina.
Both Illumina and Darkheart dislike each other.

Shadow Milk had the brilliant idea to cure boredom. Play D&D! Although, you don’t know how, thankfully he remembers it like it was yesterday. Illumina decided not to play, neither did GhostWalker, but Venomshank and Mystic Flour decided to at least stay and watch.
Currently, Eternal Sugar Cookie is narrating. And then you feel a gentle release right on your faces, as the masks are still affixed, but now you feel like you can take them off.
Of course, the wording was kind of outta pocket, resulting in Shadow Milk Cookie trying to hold in his laughter. Darkheart looks at Shadow Milk, and chorkles, wheezing a bit as he covers his face.
Windforce, hearing the not so subtle laughter, looks at the two. Ugh... what? She raises an eyebrow. Darkheart points at Shadow Milk, who’s holding on for dear life to not laugh.
Shadow Milk’s laughing at ‘gentle release on your face’. Burning Spice laughs as Darkheart calls Shadow Milk out, while Windforce facepalms.
Shadow Milk’s laughing at ‘gentle release on your face’! Darkheart repeats, louder.
I wasn’t laughing...Shadow Milk wheezes out, choking on laughter as he doubles down on the table.
Icedagger looks up at Silent Salt. Why is it even funny?? He tilts his head, wings fluttering while Darkheart and Shadow Milk continue to bicker. It is best for you to not know...Silent Salt responds, vague as always.
