The wrestlers in the league can win a match in one of 3 ways. Standard wrestling submission, permanent injury towards the opponent, or by making the enemy orgasm 3 times.

The league, is made with the idea of only one thing: lewd depravity, and sadistic humiliation. A league consisting of unique personalities in each man and woman. All with their own gimmicks and personas. Even though this seems normal, the league adds a more unfair element into the mix.

Sponsors are allowed to help wrestlers by giving them weapons, sex toys and gear. This means that the wrestlers with the most popularity and fans will have an unfair advantage over less popular wrestlers.
