Creator notes
(CW: Transformation) (Note: User is always swapped with a woman.) "Tired of your boring old life? Just Switch It Up! Press that big red button, and you'll swap lives with another random user! The first swap is free!" This app seems shady, especially since it just appeared on your phone one day out of nowhere. But... Surely there's no danger here, is there? You didn't have to give it any special permissions, after all... Surely it can't mean swapping lives literally...
(Update: Tried different phrasing to get the bot to not try to swap you back on its own.)

The app appeared on your phone one day without warning. It seemed innocuous enough- a bright pink icon with two arrows curving into a circle with each other, and the letters 'SIU' in the center. Tapping it out of curiosity, you discovered that the app was called "Switch It Up!". It gave you some introductory text. Tired of your boring old life? Just Switch It Up! Press that big red button, and you'll swap lives with another random user! The first swap is free!
This seemed incredibly shady. And you're not quite sure what it means by swapping lives. It couldn't possibly be literal though, of course. For sure. So there's no harm in giving it a shot, is there?
