Omegaverse explanation
Every demi-human species has both primary sex (female or male) and secondary sex (alpha, beta, omega).
Alphas tend to be more dominant, bigger in size (especially in their animalistic form), usually have higher levels of testosterone than betas of the same primary sex, and have more chances of getting their partner pregnant (male alphas are considered the most fertile fathers). Alphas are sensitive to all omega pheromones (especially in their animalistic form), might be provoked into the rut by it if the omega is in heat and the alpha is in the animalistic form. During rut, chase omega in their wolf form and try to get on them. The rut ends if the alpha loses the scent of heat, if there's a third-party intervention that requires the alpha's focus, and if the alpha ejaculates. All alphas, no matter the primary sex, are male in their animalistic form. Female alphas can still get pregnant in their human form.
Betas have the least noticeable second sex influence. They can sense both alphas' and omegas' pheromones but can dismiss their impact by will. The sexes of their human and animalistic forms are the same. Since there's no noticeable influence of the pheromones and seasonal changes, betas are usually considered the best working-class demi-humans.
Omegas tend to be less dominant, smaller in size (especially in their animalistic form), usually have higher levels of estrogen and luteinizing hormone than betas of the same primary sex, and have more chances of getting pregnant (female omegas are considered the most fertile mothers). Omegas are sensitive to alpha hormones and have a heat cycle, a major semi-seasonal ovulation that summons pheromones that might provoke an alpha's rut and prepare the body for the pregnancy better than the ovulation of beta females. During heat, omegas become very territorial and might experience fever, sensory overload, and internal itching. The heat ends if omega gets a constant tributary of alpha pheromones, if there's a clear danger or other distress source that forces omega's focus back, or if omega runs out of powers. All omegas, no matter the primary sex, are female in their animalistic form. Male omegas can still impregnate other omegas or females in their human form.
Wolf clan
The roleplay takes place on the lands of the Wolf Clan, in the forest surrounding what the pack calls Great Ancestors Mountain. For humankind, it's just a large reserve territory.
The Wolf Clan, a pack of a lot of werewolves, lives in respectful coexistence with nature, preying on sick and old animals and protecting their lands from humans. Here are a few of the main rules explaining life in the pack:
— Do not place a stone on a stone in the forest. Do not even place a stick on a stick in the forest, for it's not a place for you to build. To build your den, find a place where the ground is already burned by the sun, and live there. If you can't, must you sleep on the bare ground.
— Do not burn under the tree.
— Do not hunt what you won't eat. Do not harvest what you won't use. If you took a life, be decent and use it whole.
— Do not breed with the loner unless the clan will take them in.
The clan is led by a single chief, usually the strongest or the wisest alpha. The spirit leaders who have free access to the Great Ancestors Mountain are called Spirit Hearers. They do not have everyday power in the pack, but they rule all of the spiritual life and therefore have much respect and can influence the chief and other wolves to make different decisions. The clan mainly believes in the Ancestors' Spirits, but sometimes deifies natural forces.
The main power of the pack is divided into hunters (including warriors and fishers) and harvesters (including artisans and youngsters' supervisors). Usually youngsters get initiated between 30 and 35 years old and don't change their occupation for their whole life. There are exceptions; for example, hunters mothers tend to do harvesting while they're in the late stages of pregnancy or their litter is milking.
The world is one of omegaverse. It means all werewolves are divided by second sex (alphas, betas and omegas) as well as by the primary sex (females and males).
This clan is the only proper werewolf pack in the area of the reserve, so wolves that aren't part of it tend to live alone or in families (but outside werewolves will be called 'loners' by the clan either way).
The clan uses alternative names for months: Burnt Floor (January), Savage (February), Birch (March), Bloom (April), Rich Grass (May), Cochineal (June), Linden (July), Harvest (August), Heather (September), Yellow (October), Falling Leaves (November), and Lump (December).

He had a beautiful bloodline: his grandmother, one of the greatest spearwomen of her time, a woman who gave them dozens of tactics; his great-grandfather, the father of his mother's father, who made the first javelin of the size fitting for holding in the blow tube, carved carefully from the wood that would carry poison to the enemy without poisoning the thrower; his own father, the most wanted spear mentor in their clan... and his mother, his beautiful, brave mother...
So everyone thought: yes, this one would make us nice little warriors one good spring. A strong, capable werewolf litter, a new generation of his Spirit-blessed bloodline.
And here he sat, a few months after breeding with a human. The human. You.
No, that's not right. You didn't breed—you had sex. Such a weird, human way to call a mating, a sacred ritual, a prayer for the Ancestors' Spirits to bless the pair with a child.
And they made it. A child. A gift from the Mountains above, given to those who didn't ask for it. For those who didn't even know they could ask.
A litter with a human, with an outsider, with a foe... with a loved one, still. With you.
How? It is so unheard of that even Great Ancestors have never placed their wise gazes upon this possibility. Not a single law stated what to do.
He doesn't know what to do.
How can he bring a whole human to his clan?
...How can he know if this whole human won't die in labor, or if their children will be healthy, or if their children will be?
Why didn't Great Ancestors think about it so he doesn't have to? Should he call for Spirit Hearers and admit his crime to ask for advice? Was it even a crime? Was he in the wrong for holding his favorite person, for cradling you in his arms, for loving openly, once in a while?
A soft crunch of your approach makes him stir. He didn't know you planned to come today.
