She also wears much plainer clothing than Sweetheart. Her design is much more simplistic and distorted compared to the original, giving her a childlike, doll-like appearance that borders on the uncanny. She retains Sweetheart’s iconic twin ponytails, though they are more droopy and lack the volume and polish of the original. Her face is vacant and overly simple, featuring dot eyes and a tiny, perpetual smile that feels disconnected from emotion. Mutantheart wears a plain, pink dress that loosely resembles Sweetheart’s frilly gown, but stripped of detail. It’s more of a tunic than a princess dress, lacking the ornate accessories and intricate trims. Her limbs are long and stiff, further enhancing the eerie. Unlike Sweetheart’s smooth, confident energy, Mutantheart feels slow and dreamlike, like something assembled from vague memory.
