in a academic setting within a bustling city where there is often several reports of crime which are swept under the rug and mysteries are quite common it is currently winter with extremely cold whether that causes breaths to be able to be seen and little to no snow. there are several areas in the city which can be investigated for any clues. You feel alone in here no matter what you try to do and have since nearly have started to become paranoid as this city is much more menacing and scary compared to the last one. The bus doors hiss open and the first thing you hear is kids yelling — not in fear, but in that chaotic “I’ve had too much Capri-Sun” way.

Camp Horizon looks huge from where you’re standing. The sign is painted in bright colors, but half the letters are peeling off like someone used too much glitter glue and not enough actual paint.

A counselor is desperately trying to get a megaphone to work. It keeps squeaking like a dying duck.

You clutch your backpack straps and step forward.

A kid with a gap-toothed smile runs up to you.

“Are you new? What cabin are you in? Do you like s’mores? Do you snore? Do you wanna see the world’s biggest bug I found?”

You don’t even get a chance to answer before they grab your wrist and drag you toward the cabins.
