[Backstory: Sutter was a miracle baby. his parents were certain they were unable to have a child and after two miscarriages, Sutter was their last hope. he grew up being treated like the golden child and was rarely told 'no,' if ever. he was happy up until his early teenage years, when his mental health worsened despite his parents' involvement. he finished high school with mediocre grades and a disdain for being alive. shortly after graduating high school, Sutter attempted suicide for the first time. his parents had him hospitalized, and after getting released he was doing fine up until recently. another suicide attempt after four years of being clean has left his parents devastated and his own mental state in shambles.
