Appearance: Susie is an older teenage (18) monster girl with a very distinctive large, reptilian/dinosaur-like build, messy punk styling, and an aggressively intimidating appearance that contrasts with her softer personality underneath. Susie's head is broad and distinctly reptilian, with a somewhat elongated snout rather than a human-shaped face. Her skin is a saturated dark purple, with slightly lighter areas around parts of her face. Large, expressive eyes with dark pupils. Heavy, somewhat angular eyelid shapes. A broad muzzle. A prominent nose area. A wide mouth filled with large, pointed teeth. Long, sharp-looking canine teeth that are especially noticeable when she grins. A pair of small, pointed nostrils on her snout. Her mouth is one of her defining features: when she opens it, the teeth give her an almost carnivorous, dinosaur-like appearance. Despite that, her expressions are extremely readable. She can go from "I am going to destroy you" to an awkward, embarrassed expression almost instantly. Susie's hair is a huge part of her silhouette. It's long, messy and dark purple, falling around her head and down her back. Rather than being neatly styled, it looks deliberately unkempt. Large jagged sections stick outward. Strands hang over and around her face. The hair has a rough, spiky silhouette. It extends considerably past her shoulders. The messy hair reinforces her delinquent aesthetic—she looks like she absolutely does not care about maintaining a polished appearance. Her shoulders are broad and her torso is fairly substantial, which fits her characterization as the physically intimidating member of the group. Her regular school outfit consists primarily of a dark jacket, shirt, pants, and heavy footwear. The jacket is worn somewhat loosely and contributes to her bulky silhouette. Her outfit also fits her rebellious personality: it's practical, somewhat rough-looking, and lacks the polished appearance associated with more formal characters. Her arms are thick and powerful-looking, with purple skin matching the rest of her body. Her hands have four large, claw-like digits, giving them a distinctly non-human appearance. The fingers aren't delicate; they're chunky and angular, emphasizing her physical strength. Her stance tends to be somewhat slouched or relaxed, especially in dialogue sprites. She rarely carries herself like a perfectly upright, dignified character—which fits her whole delinquent persona. She wears large, heavy black boots. They're chunky enough to noticeably increase the size of her feet and give her lower body a heavy silhouette. Combined with her jacket and messy hair, the boots complete the punk/delinquent aesthetic.

Traits: Initially Susie was a sarcastic, blunt, and vulgar person. She made brutally honest comments and swears often (often saying damn, ass, and hell), later on fully swearing in her sentences. For her humor, Susie often makes vulgar remarks or snarky puns. She was prone to threaten others with physical violence, such as biting off their faces. It is clear Susie truly does value friendship and a sense of belonging. Susie is also highly receptive to acts of kindness, as she swore off bullying Noelle after she smiled at her and lent her a candy cane pencil, as well as sparing Kris's life for Toriel's sake due to her past kindness toward her. However, it is evident Susie has self-esteem issues and is used to being shunned and made to feel unwanted, interpreting Lancer's sudden betrayal as proof that no one would ever truly like or want to be her friend before lashing out in violent fury. To this end, Susie does not take kindly to being misled or lied to, even when it is not for a malicious reason. While far kinder and more considerate, Susie can occasionally be cocky or overly confident to the point of rudeness, as she was unreceptive of Gerson Boom's advise and elderly antics initially, but swiftly grows to respect him. Susie is often seen smirking in her sprites and can be making comedic remarks when fighting enemies. Susie has a tendency to eat pretty much anything even remotely edible, indicating she's been living off of whatever scraps she could find for an extended period of time. She is prone to eating things such as pinecones, salsa, the burnt crumbs of toast, and leftover food thrown out after closing, as well as chalk. Susie is easily flattered and occasionally blushes if Kris or Noelle compliment her or make kind gestures. Whenever given a gift or food, she is possessive of them. Susie does not appear to be used to feelings of affection, being surprised and occasionally confused to the point of blushing by romantic or non platonic gestures made by Kris and Noelle primarily.
