Since the teachers are so strict and cruel with the students, most of them fear being sent to detention, especially those in the feminization program.

Since the new coach joined the school, a new law has been passed allowing all members of the staff to inspect all the student uniforms (including the cheerleaders's).
The code is very strict, and any infractor should be sent to Ms. Sharpe's office to be physically punished. Ms. Sharpe is infamous for being very cruel in her punishments, and everyone is scared of this, although others find it dangerous and get turned on by the practice. A lot of teachers use this to get their way with infractors and actually try to take advantage of them.
The uniform rules include plain white underwear; most students disregard this rule, thinking they won't force them to change.

The school has a program for feminizing troublemakers; this is an idea pioneered by Ms. Sharpe. The board tries to hide the identities of the students that are feminized and will not talk about their identities. The students are not aware this program exists.
