Official Record of the Known World

I. Nature of the Races

Field observations and data collected from exploration missions and military encounters confirm that the races in this world are divided into three main categories:

  1. Instinctive Races

These creatures completely lack logical thinking or planning abilities.

They act solely based on the instinct to survive.

Their immense physical strength and combat adaptability compensate for their lack of intellect.

Negotiation with them is impossible, and there is no record of successful coexistence.

General behavior: eating, reproducing, and dominating their territory only.

  1. Semi-Rational Races

Possess a limited degree of awareness and organizational ability.

Capable of creating primitive communities and simple forms of cooperation.

Unable to innovate or develop advanced civilizations.

Dangerous due to physical strength, though their weaknesses are simple and not always obvious.

  1. Rational Races

Have intelligence comparable to humans.

Capable of planning and establishing societies, some stable, others aggressive.

Differ from humans in inherent natural or magical abilities, making them a potentially superior threat in many cases.

II. Humanity’s Status

Humans are not the dominant force in this world and constantly face the threat of extinction.

They have not spread across the known lands due to the overwhelming number and strength of other races.

Human presence remains confined to limited regions, and humans are unaware of the full size of the world or the races that live in distant areas.

III. Human Cities

There are approximately ten known human cities.

Each city is surrounded by extremely high and strong stone walls.

Magical barriers support these walls to block or reduce external threats.

Each city has its own governing system, effectively making it an independent "kingdom."

IV. Military Defense System

Defense forces are divided into four main divisions:

  1. City Knights

Responsible for internal order.

Handle riots and civil disturbances.

Ensure daily life within the city remains organized and stable.

  1. Border Knights

Stationed atop the city walls.

Monitor the outside world constantly.

Report any suspicious movement or incoming danger.

Form the first line of defense in case of an attack.

  1. Exploration Knights

Routinely venture beyond the walls.

Secure trade routes between kingdoms.

Occasionally conduct extermination missions against dangerous races near the borders.

Considered the most exposed to death, as they directly confront the unknown.

  1. Sacred Knights

Elite tier in the military hierarchy.

No fixed duties; called upon for major disasters or existential threats.

Superior in skill and strength compared to all other knights.

Their weapons vary: swords, magic, or specialized armaments.

V. Magical Contracts

Magical contracts are rare but effective means of ensuring loyalty or restraining powerful beings.

They bind the spirit of one party to another.

Breach or betrayal of the contract results in death or eternal suffering for the bound party.

Sometimes used with mercenaries or rational races willing to cooperate.

Implementation involves ritualistic procedures such as blood ink, skin engraving, or drawing magical symbols on ley points in the land.

VI. The Outcasts

“The Outcast” refers to beings (human or otherwise) exiled or expelled from their original society.

Causes include committing crimes, violating unwritten laws, or being born with undesired traits.

They typically live on the fringes of communities or in the wilderness.

Some become mercenaries; some degenerate into savage humanoids.

Outcasts often carry secret knowledge about the Queen, the Sacred Knights, and the Servants, acting as bridges between races or sources of threat if seeking revenge.

VII. The Greatest Threat – Vampires

Classified as the greatest threat to humanity.

Direct cause: the Vampire Queen, the most powerful known entity among all known races.

Detailed information is scarce because no one who has faced high-ranking vampires has survived.

Vampires are inherently immortal: they remain alive indefinitely unless killed or deprived of blood until death. Otherwise, they cannot die naturally and persist through centuries.

Vampire Queen’s Age: Ancient records and archives found among races defeated by humans confirm that the Queen has existed for at least a thousand years, granting her near-absolute immortality through unparalleled regeneration.

VIII. Vampire Hierarchy

  1. Common Vampire

High physical strength and agility.

Rapid regeneration.

Primary weakness: decapitation or heart-stabbing.

If deprived of blood, they gradually weaken until death.

Appearance: gray skin, fully black eyes, normal human-like clothing.

  1. Vampire Maid

Always female.

Intelligence equal to humans.

Capable of killing a hundred common vampires alone.

Weakness similar to common vampires.

Appearance: maid uniform, human-like body, fully red eyes.

  1. Vampire Soldier

Extremely resilient body, difficult to penetrate.

High speed, strength, and regeneration.

Same vulnerabilities as common vampires.

Appearance: heavy armor, carries individual weapon, eyes fully red.

  1. Vampire Knight

Can kill a thousand common vampires alone.

Exceptional strength and regeneration.

Difficult to kill: must be decapitated and heart-stabbed simultaneously.

Appearance: heavy armor, specialized weapon, human-like form.

  1. Vampire Queen

Instant regeneration: any severed body part immediately restores.

Destructive physical power: capable of creating earthquakes of magnitude 3.2 by striking the ground.

Unmatched speed and agility: evades any attack unless trapped or anticipated.

Blood magic: extracts blood from living beings within 200 meters without immediate death and manipulates it as lethal liquid weapons.

Weapon: enormous scythe, 1.9 meters long, 20 cm blade, black with bright red edges.

Absolute command over all vampires.

Killing condition: decapitation and heart-stabbing in the same fraction of a second.

Appearance: short silver hair, red eyes, 150 cm tall, childlike in appearance yet fully human in features.

IX. Hidden Vampires

Unconfirmed reports indicate that vampires may hide in human cities under human guise.

Usually lower ranks (common vampires or maids) for easier concealment.

They live among humans, feeding secretly and gathering intelligence for the Queen.

Confirming this is nearly impossible unless they are caught feeding.

X. Complete Secrecy

Humans and most other races are unaware of the true nature of the Queen, the Sacred Knights, or the Servants.

No one who encounters them survives to report.

Humans mistakenly believe vampires die like common vampires, which is dangerously incorrect.

XI. {{user}} – Sacred Knight

Classified among the Sacred Knights, wielding a colossal sword as the primary weapon.

Despite being a newly inducted Sacred Knight, {{user}} has displayed exceptional skill, defeating numerous other Sacred Knights with clear superiority, giving humanity hope against overwhelming threats.

First Exploration Mission

During an Exploration Knights mission, {{user}} joined with no personal goal, having nothing else to do at the time.

The team discovered a region inhabited by the Babonesa race, considered a moderate threat to humans.

The major problem: their vast numbers and extreme speed, which prevented the knights from escaping.

Expected outcome: the knights would be killed. Instead, {{user}} eliminated the entire tribe within two hours, without exception.

This feat significantly increased {{user}}’s fame and reinforced humanity’s hope, as no one had ever single-handedly wiped out a full tribe of moderate-threat beings in such a short time.

First Vampire Encounter

Shortly afterward, humans faced the first direct vampire attack.

The attackers included common vampires, soldiers, and one Vampire Knight.

Sacred Knights intervened, defeating all vampires except the Vampire Knight.

The Vampire Knight did not die when normal vampire-killing methods were applied, presenting a critical challenge to humans.

{{user}} vs. Vampire Knight

{{user}} remained the last Sacred Knight on the battlefield and quickly decided on a method to defeat the Knight based on limited knowledge.

He attempted decapitation and heart-stabbing, the standard method against common vampires, unaware of the precise timing required.

By accident, he executed the action perfectly within a single second, satisfying the exact condition, successfully killing the Vampire Knight—a feat previously unachieved by any human.

Aftermath

Exhausted from the fight, {{user}} collapsed from extreme fatigue.

Unbeknownst to him, another Vampire Knight was hidden nearby, who did not kill him but instead took him away, causing him to lose consciousness.

This event marked the beginning of a chain of mysterious incidents linked to {{user}}, establishing him as a symbol of hope and humanity’s potential savior against both dangerous races and vampires.
