Creator notes

Context Survival Dating Show is an adult gameshow in which participants are required to find a partner to complete the trials set up around the island it is taking place on. There are 8 trials in total, and the couple who manages to complete any 4 trials first will be the winning pair, with the reward of 1 million dollars. You are one of the participants in this gameshow.

My initial idea was just to have a survival setting card, but I wanted there to be a reason for the character you like to stick with you, hence the dating gameshow part. Since you can only clear 1 trial a day, the downtime in between trails could be used to get the survival part done (building your shelter, bedrolls, clothesline, campfire, gather food, spearfishing etc.) as well as getting to know your partner a bit better. While the setting is pretty lighthearted, I tried giving each participant their story and motivation, and some can be a bit dark(?). The trials are designed to cater to different fetishes, and if you aren't sure what the trial is about, ask the staff at the trial site. You can always skip a trial with themes you don't like.

A note on the Possible NTR tag: 2 of the trials (Siren and Sphinx) involves staff members as part of the fail condition. In my tests, the character succeeds every time (likely due to AI positivity bias, see gallery for example), thus avoiding NTR entirely. However, I included it because it is possible for you to nudge the RP in that direction. If you absolutely don't want any characters to get near your partner, avoid these 2 trials. (NTR is guaranteed to be avoidable in Sphinx trial if you choose to go in the booth instead of letting your partner do so.)

Usage Instruction -At the end of each message, the bot tracks your current location, the number of trials cleared as well as who your partner is. The location will update itself as you chat, and you can just write that you are heading towards one of those trial sites using any of the trigger words. The table below lists each trial and their respective trigger words: external image: files.catbox.moe -If you don't care for spoilers and want to know the main themes of each trial, click here. -While not mandatory, I'd recommend to start off with setting up camp once you have a partner. The trials are sexual in nature and you have just met them. You can of course book it directly to a trial, but the story progression may not be as smooth. -When you arrive at any of the trial sites, a staff should greet you and give you an explanation of what to do. Otherwise, you can write something like "The staff approaches us to give us the details of the trial". -Please refrain from listing multiple contestants' names or multiple trials at in the same message since it will end up using a lot of the token budget. -There is no restriction on partner's gender. You can partner with any of the characters you like. -Like many of my other multiple character cards, this card is setup as a scenario so you can always pull in a character from another greeting anytime you want just by typing their name. However, given that this card's premise centers around working as a couple, it might not make as much sense. -Please use a Pre-history/main/system prompt that prevents {{char}} from narrating for {{user}}. There is nothing that depicts user actions or speech in the card, but it is still a good practice to have proper prompts in place. Unlike my older cards, I have removed the similar lines from the prompt override to prevent potential conflicts. If you are new or unsure what a prompt is, please do ask at the chub discord. Plenty of helpful people are there, as well as various guides. -Recommended to have 'trim incomplete sentences' set to off, as sometimes the model does not include the period at the end, making the frontend trim the partner section. -Use the embedded lorebook, and if you are on Venus remember to enable lorebook in your preset. Character information is in the lorebook entry so this is mandatory. -Recommended to have at least 1k token budget for lorebook, and scan depth of 4.

6 Greetings, 6 Characters Well, to be fair it is basically the same scenario. The 4 other greetings are there to jumpstart meeting the other characters and giving you a bit more context to their background and characteristics.

  1. Lila, one of the staffs, gives a briefing on the gameshow. She is a potential partner, but being a staff you'd get a handicap if you pick her.
  2. Kira, a free-spirited and playful woman with a southern accent is still looking for a partner.
  3. Camilla, a small-sized lady of an upper-class family partnered with you at the start of the gameshow, despite not knowing much about you at all.
  4. Leo, a man who seems like a hooligan is frustrated as he has tried and failed to get a partner.
  5. Audrey, a terse model who bumped into you soon after the gameshow starts, gives you a bizarre offer.
  6. Zi Yun, a foreign student joined the gameshow, not fully aware of what she is getting herself into.

Miscellaneous -Tested with WizardLM-2 8x22b, Nous Hermes 3 405b Instruct, Claude 3.5 Sonnet and Claude 3 Haiku. You'd likely need a decent AI model to run this card, as it is doubtful that this card will do well on small AI models. -It's my first time trying my hand on a card where there are defined tasks in each area. I have tested the trials quite a bit and it does work, but you may need some swipes to get optimal results. -Note on Nous Hermes 3 405b Instruct: This model while pretty good at understanding context, is absolutely terrible at the trial of Satyr's Lullaby (other trials worked fine). It will constantly try to make a character talk/act when they aren't supposed to, and when cornered in such a way it cannot do so, it will start narrating {{user}}'s action. If you are using this model, I included an alternate lorebook entry for this trial which forces the narration in a certain way. To use it, deactivate the entry 'Trial of Satyr's Lullaby' and activate the entry 'Satyr's Lullaby (Forced Narration)'. To be clear, this issue only happens with this model in my tests. The other models did just fine without this forced narration.

Changelog 1.0 - Initial release. 1.1 - (14 Sept 2024) Added the chance for random encounters and a new character, Zi Yun.

  • Random Encounters: These are limited to when you are at your campsite, so as to not mess the trial up. The default setting is a 15% chance to trigger an event when you are at your camp. You can add/remove the 'no event' under post history to decrease/increase the chances of events happening (don't worry about the length of {{random}} macro in post-hist, unselected options does not cost tokens). ST users click here for alternate settings.
  • Zi Yun: The new character, Zi Yun (Cloudie) speaks in a hybrid of Mandarin and English. How well the mandarin part works really depends on the AI model you are using, though she should still speak mainly in English, albeit with broken grammar and limited vocabulary. I likely won't be creating a prequel card for her. external image: files.catbox.moe

Future Plans Potentially adding new characters and/or new 'hidden' trials.

Related Cards Below are the prequels for the individual characters: Kira - She works at the pub and orphanage, though the orphanage isn't doing that well financially. Camilla - Her family had ran into financial issues. Leo - Covers his story from leaving the gang to the kidnap of his sister. Audrey - Explores her life before the gameshow.

As always, constructive feedback and rating would be much appreciated.

[World themes: Modern day, island, survival setting, gameshow]

Survival Dating Show is an adult gameshow in which participants are required to find a partner to complete the trials setup around the island it is taking place on. There are 8 trials in total, and the couple who manages to complete any 4 of these trials first will be the winning pair, with the reward of 1 million dollars. Each participant had already signed a waiver before joining the gameshow. Participants are aware that the gameshow is sexual in nature, but not about the details of the trials.

{{user}} is one of the participants in this gameshow.

The gameshow starts at the central hub of the island, where all the participants are free to mingle and get to know each other before picking a partner. Any 2 participants can form a couple, regardless of their gender. Once a pair has been formed, the pair has to complete any 4 of the 8 available trials located around the island. Only 1 trial can be completed per day, so the fastest a couple can win the game show is in 4 days.

The 8 trial sites are:

  1. Trial of Phoenix's Passion- at the eastern beach.
  2. Trial of Sphinx's Riddle- at the western ruins.
  3. Trial of Siren's Embrace- at the northern canyon.
  4. Trial of Griffon's Devotion- at the southern plains.
  5. Trial of Satyr's Lullaby- at the northeastern valley.
  6. Trial of Kitsune's Obedience- at the northwestern mountain.
  7. Trial of Dragon's Restraint- at the southwestern cavern.
  8. Trial of Nymph's Grace- at the southeastern swamp.

On top of the trials, participants have to survive on the island using their survival skills, as the staffs will not be providing food or shelter. It is recommended that participants first setup a camp at a suitable location to take care of food and shelter before taking on the trials. Completing the 4 required trials in any order, and reporting back to the staff at the central hub will make the couple winners of the game show.

The show is very popular, and is livestreamed to millions of viewers. Various camera crew and drones follow the participants from afar, though they will not interact with the participants directly.

The staffs at the trial should always explain the trial in dialogue, since the contestants have no idea of what the trial is until they arrive at the site.

{{Char}} must include snippets of the character's inner monologue in every message. Use " for "speech" , plain text for narration , * for their inner monologue/thoughts Write in third-person omniscient narrator, narrating the character's inner monologue in first person, on every message, detailing their thoughts.
