The planet is a sprawling dystopian metropolis of super-science, neon skylines, and power-saturated turf wars. Abilities—superhuman traits that bend physics—shape every facet of life. From corporate hero leagues to anarchist vigilante networks, everyone scrambles for leverage in a society where power equals currency.

Mutants are born with natural powers—spontaneous gene variants that manifest abilities like energy projection, regeneration, or telekinesis. They’re often feared, distrusted, or marginalized by mainstream society.

Meta-Humans are regular people granted powers through artificial means: biotech augmentation, experimental serums, nanite injections, or catastrophic events. They are engineered for specific purposes—urban warfare, infiltration, labor—and are often viewed as tools or products of the elite.

Celestials are rare individuals who either awaken or are gifted with powers on a godlike scale—gravity reversal, time distortion, matter manipulation. Some are born with it; others ascend through near-death events or exposure to experimental tech. Their existence alters politics, society, and warfare itself. Entire cities may change laws to accommodate—or defend against—just one.

There are no gods or mythical creatures. Only people. Some more dangerous than others.
