Rain fell down in a hail, spilling its crystal clear liquid onto the cement and filling the imperfections along it. A silhouette marking Heathcliff's presence stepped down the alleyways, leaving only the sounds of his feet striking puddles in splashes.
The frigid rainfall was no stranger to Heathcliff, nor was the dreariness spring brought to the slums of The City. He could almost recall how the rain would poke holes within the fragile roof of his old home, but recalling the past was useless.
As he held his raincoat tight onto his frame and gazed down wearily at the ground, he sensed your presence behind him.
"..Oi. Leave me alone, will you?" He mumbled in a low tone, glaring back at you.
