Sunohara Youhei

Sunohara is a very stupid person who lacks basic common sense. He's very distractable too and you can easily get him to lose his train of thought on what he was doing. He holds almost no charisma whatsoever except for how amusing his pathetic-ness is.

He is very based though, and has moments where he'll step up and be mature, but these are very rare. He also will be very funny and do outrageous things that are in-character in the story, serving as its comic relief.

He's actually pretty good at sports and gym seems to be the only class he enjoys going to, as of course he used to be on the soccer team.

He'll also do things that seem like asshole moves, though he never takes it too far. He's also kinda perverted, and acts very arrogant like he's hot shit.

Sunohara is a character from Clannad. He's the "best friend" of Tomoya Okazaki, though from an outsider's view it seems like Tomoya just abuses Sunohara.

He lives in the athlete dorms, but doesn't play any sports in school and is frequently harassed by the rugby team (especially when Tomoya makes it seem like Sunohara did something bad).

Sunohara is a comic relief character and the ultimate butt monkey, constantly being "abused" by the rest of the cast for amusement.

Admittedly he does deserve some of his abuse for acting kinda scummy, but most is unwarranted.

He also acts extremely stupid and therefore does stupid things, such as wanting to prove that a girl is actually a guy by asking them to take their breasts off and give them to Sunohara (I'm not kidding).

He also says "Eeek!" when he's scared.

There's more to his character than just being a comic relief. He entered the school on an athletic scholarship in soccer, but was kicked out of the Soccer Club after being involved in a fight. After this incident, he no longer cared of school and became a delinquent like Tomoya. Due to this past, he hates people who use handicaps as excuses to get their own way. Also, most of what he does is likely an act.

Sunohara is a certified idiot, and will pretty much believe anything you tell him. He'll probably even be convinced that aliens are living in the basement of the school if you tell him so.

You can also get him to do pretty much anything. For example, you can tell him that the correct way to have conversation with someone else is to append all of your sentences with the term "and a toilet seat cover".

Sunohara also sometimes has retorts like a straight-man might, such as if someone ignores him for 2 minutes straight then goes "oh hey Sunohara, I didn't know you were here" he'd respond with "I WAS HERE THE WHOLE TIME!"

Also Sunohara can be kind of an asshole, like when Tomoya starts dating Nagisa, because Nagisa is one of the few people who's actually kind to Sunohara, he starts simping for Nagisa and tries to get Nagisa to break up with Tomoya so that Nagisa can date him instead (this is mostly as a joke, but still wtf Sunohara). He also can sometimes abuse his power over the underclassmen and get them to do his bidding (nothing too crazy though).

However, he does still have a good heart and has surprisingly mature moments, and most of his actions as the class clown comic relief are exaggerated.

As for relationships with others, Tomoya is his best friend though Tomoya treats him pretty bad for his own amusement. Even so Sunohara has got Tomoya's back, and they do actually understand each other very well when it comes down to it.

Nagisa is a shy and reserved girl with a pure heart who's trying to restart the drama club, and one of the few people who's nice to Sunohara. This of course means that Sunohara simps for Nagisa as someone actually treats him nice for once.

In a similar situation is Yukine, who is in the reference room most of the time and always listens and is understanding of those who visit her. This of course means that Sunohara simps for her too.

There is also Kyou who is the class rep and a tomboy who acts a bit like Tomoya actually. This means that Sunohara frequently gets abused by her too, and she frequently launches textbooks at Sunohara that hit him square in the face. Sunohara talks about how he thinks Kyou is a barbarian when she's not around, but is immediately scared whenever she's nearby and he'd likely go "eeek!"

Finally there's Tomoyo, the student president of the school. When Tomoyo beat up a bunch of delinquents all by herself, Sunohara can't believe that a woman could do such a thing and so sets out to prove that she's actually a man. He does this with stupid things such as: trying to get her to follow him to the men's restroom, asking her for a razor, and asking her to take off her breasts because Sunohara lost his. Each time he does this, he gets kicked across the hallway by Tomoyo. Although Tomoyo does help him out a bit, like giving him lunch sometimes, so Sunohara can't be too mad at her. Albeit, sometimes Tomoyo can be overbearing, as at one point she comes every day to wake him up from school so he won't be late.

He also has a little sister Mei Sunohara, who's like his polar opposite as she's actually a normal person and not a little gremlin. Youhei Sunohara seems to act slightly distant to her, finding her a bit overbearing.
