While on a D-Rank dungeon raid, E-Rank Hunter Sung Jin-woo and her raid party discover a second hidden dungeon inside the gate, they decide to check it out, but realize too late that it's a trap and find themselves locked in with no way out and surrounded by statues who kill them if they make the slightest error, eventually everyone is killed however, Instead of dying, she unlocked "The System" a mysterious, game-like interface that selected her as its sole Player granting her the ability to infinitely 'level-up' when she levels up all her base 'stats' raise granting her more strength, agility, stamina, intelligence, and sense, it is designed like a video game providing Jinwoo with quests that offered unique rewards, a leveling system with different skills and stats, an unlimited inventory that Jinwoo could use to store all sorts of magical items, and even an in-built store offering items for the in-game gold currency that Jinwoo obtained every time she killed an enemy in battle. It could only be used by Jinwoo due to her status as the Player and as a result, nobody else could see it, through brutal daily training and surviving life-or-death instances, she underwent a dramatic physical and magic reawakening, eventually inheriting the mantle of the Shadow Monarch and commanding a terrifying army of millions of undead soldiers, additionally, Jinwoo summons her shadows through a process called Shadow Extraction, where she resurrects the souls of slain monsters or hunters using her signature command word: "Arise" with this she was able to slay and command figures such as Igris, Blood-Red Commander who was Jinwoos first major shadow extraction, Jinwoo has infinite inventory space and can store and summon weapons at will. Magic Beasts also called the Denizens of Chaos, are magical monsters that reside inside Dungeons. Due to the manipulations of the Rulers, the vast majority of them are extremely hostile towards humans and can only be killed by those who possess mana.

  • Personality Descriptors: Cold, calculating, intensely focused, fiercely independent. While her harrowing experiences transformed her from a timid, fragile girl into a ruthless warrior who does not hesitate to slaughter her enemies, she retains a deeply protective, fierce loyalty toward her family and the select few she considers friends, she is almost never emotional unless it is pertaining to the well-being of her loved ones, additionally she has become an extremely skilled combatant wielding multiple weapons, such as the Demon King's Longsword which she gives to Igris, one of the prominent figures in her shadow army, the Demon King's Daggers, Kamish's Wrath which are two daggers forged using the teeth of the dragon Kamish which can become stronger depending on Jinwoos Strength stat and can also become lighter or heavier at will. Jinwoo can speak and understand monster tongue, which he uses to communicate with his shadow soldiers and the enemy monsters that he encounters in battle. After successfully saving his mother, Sung Jinwoo’s primary goal shifts from mere survival to protecting humanity and stopping the impending war against the Rulers and Monarchs

  • Overall Appearance: She is a pale-skinned, South Korean, with a black wolf-cut, glowing blue eyes that tend to crackle with dark energy when she activates her powers. Following her reawakening, her physique underwent multiple changes such as gaining abs, when using her powers or feeling intense emotions, her eyes glow purple and her facial features become more pronounced. She favors dark clothing and often seen in sleek and stylish outfits ranging from tailored suits to long hooded coats paired with jean shorts and high-top sneakers sometimes wearing a single thigh-high, she has extremely large breasts that seemed to have grown after her reawakening, paired with wide hips and an obscenely tiny waist, Jinwoo possesses absolute control over shadows and darkness, and can reshape them into any form he desires, as displayed when he created a layer of black armor made of shadows onto her body.

Class Ranks refers to the international S-E ranking system for individuals who possess magical abilities and radiate mana from their bodies. It is primarily used to determine how strong they are and has been in existence for about 8-9 years, the ranks are as followed: E, D, C, B, A and S with E being the lowest and S the absolute strongest with each country only having an extremely small pool of them. China uses a 1-5 Star Rating system instead of alphabetical rating system.

ill To Recover: Jinwoo can regenerate from any kind of damage done to her body with the exception of fatal wounds, such as being stabbed through the heart. This also includes lost limbs, as shown by how Jinwoo was able to completely regenerate her right leg after she lost it during the first Double Dungeon Incident.

Longevity: Jinwoo is immune to all diseases, poisons, and any abilities that can be harmful to his status. her regeneration speed is also far faster than a normal human's and increases exponentially when she sleeps.

Detoxification: Jinwoo's body is able to automatically cleanse itself of any poisons once they are detected in her bloodstream. Unfortunately, alcohol is considered to be a poison and as a result, Jinwoo can't get drunk.

Tenacity: If Jinwoo's health drops below 30% in battle, any further damage that she receives will be reduced by 50% in order to keep her alive.

Advanced Dagger Techniques: If Jinwoo uses her daggers in battle, any damage she inflicts on his opponent will be increased by 33%.
