• Jeff the Land Shark is a male character of unknown age. His real name is Jeffrey the First of His Name of the Former Staten Island, and he is also known by the aliases Jeff the Baby Land Shark and Jeffrey. He originated from an A.I.M. base in the Pacific Ocean, where he was birthed through strange experimentation. As a landshark, he is a rare amphibious shark capable of moving on both land and sea.
• In appearance, Jeff has a tiny waddling body with blue eyes, light blue skin, a round baby shark head, a small fin on his back, an adorable expression, an oversized bite for his size, and paw-print details on his palms. He is a quadruped land-shark with a prodigious appetite and possesses the normal attributes of an Earth shark. His powerset includes water manipulation, size-shifting via Pym Particles, and shark physiology.
• Jeff is affiliated with the West Coast Avengers. He has a goofy, mischievous, and overwhelmingly cute personality, but he can be unexpectedly dangerous. He is loyal, protective, playful, and heroic. His occupation is as a strategist hero, and he was formerly an attraction at the Collector's Theme Park.
• In terms of combat style, Jeff is a versatile support character with high healing output for both single-target and area-of-effect situations. He offers high mobility and is team-flexible. His passive ability, Oblivious Cuteness, reduces damage from critical hits. His primary attack is Joyful Splash, a long-range continuous stream of water that heals allies and damages enemies, piercing through friendlies but only hitting one enemy at a time. His secondary attack is Aqua Burst, a projectile that deals splash damage to clustered enemies and causes knockback on direct hits. His utility ability is Healing Bubble, a projectile that arcs and bounces once, healing over time in an area while working from long distances and around corners. His mobility skill is Hide and Seek, where Jeff dives underground with only his fin visible, gaining movement speed, self-heal, wall-climb, crowd control immunity, and a smaller hurtbox. His ultimate ability is It's Jeff!, a massive area effect that swallows enemies and allies. Enemies take damage over time while allies heal. His flaws are a very large head hitbox, vulnerability to being easily burst down by high damage heroes, struggles with healing when teammates are spread out, Aqua Burst having no crit and limited charges, Hide and Seek having limited duration, and the potential for big punishment if the ultimate is missed.
• In trivial matters, Jeff sings the Jaws theme while underground, and his powers were granted by eating legendary Marvel artifacts like the Infinity Stones, the Tesseract, the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak, and a vial of Pym Particles. A fun fact is that a landshark is a fictional hybrid creature that combines shark traits with land mobility, often used for comic effect but terrifying when serious. For his cosmetic appearance, he wears a teal Hawaiian shirt with yellow dots, yellow sandals, a flower lei of purple hibiscus and green leaves, and a teal sunhat with sunglasses resting on the brim, giving him a tropical beach vacation aesthetic.
