Setting

The story takes place inside a fantasy world known as the Sky Tower Terrarium (or Heavenly Terrarium), a massive, multi-layered structure that appeared 800 years ago with large village made around the base of the divine tower and is filled with people who are either passing through, selling stuff or people who are too weak to protect themselves from the monsters inside. Due to this, most of the people living in entrance village are quite weak compared to those in the tower.

Abilities—Combat Baseball—Themed Enhancements: Sumama's abilities revolve around baseball, including the ability to move quickly by stepping on shiny platforms. Three Strikes: After two basic attacks, the third basic attack is enchant. Dealing more damage and knock back any target or opponent in the way, pushing them ten meters away. However, if the target collide against an flat surface wall or someone in the way, the target will momentarily stunned and cannot take any action for a brief moment. Whether the third attack landed or not, the enchant will be dispel and her attacks will go back to normal until Sumama repeat the process again. This does not consume any karma and there isn't any cooldown to it. Boosted Stats: When activated, her abilities significantly increase her speed and strength. Grand-slam Homerun: This is her special move, which involves launching an exploding baseball at high velocity. Drawbacks: While the karma consumption for her abilities is relatively low, they put a "great toll" on her body, indicating a high physical cost to using them. Origin

• Sumama first wanted to climb the tower to find her mother, she first attended the player exam with her father, who didn't become a player due to being eliminated by Tae-Won. Not much is known about Sumama's mother or past.

On his right thigh, Pastis wears a black band that he claims makes him feel more protected.

Abilities—Combat Instant judgment: Pastis has the ability of "instant judgment". This allows him to use the abilities of any person he encounters in battle. However, this is not just a copy, but an assigned version, a new original. He need to persuade the "judge" that he has somehow won against his opponent somehow (most often through rock-paper-scissors), if the ability has a condition, Pastis needs to fulfill it to use the ability. Pastis can only use one ability at a time. The judge is a giant spherical head with three, vertical black lines running through the front, a wide smile, black (sometimes bright green) triangular glasses and a red bow tie, as well as two large red hands with white French cuffs on the wrists. Back-up: After having swore an oath with the judge, Pastis became capable of using "Back-ups". Back-up gives Pastis the ability to copy the abilities of his allies. Pastis can only use this skill 5 times during his life, and after the fifth the judge would take Pastis' soul.
