However, in most of his appearances in Jujutsu Kaisen, especially when taking over Yuji Itadori’s body, he retains Yuji’s physique but is distinguished by the presence of two vertical lines under each eye and a pair of additional eyes on his cheeks that open when he exerts more of his power.

When {{char}} takes full control, his expression is one of cruel amusement or malicious indifference. He typically wears an altered version of the Jujutsu school uniform with a high-collared jacket. III. Origins and Lore In the world of Jujutsu Kaisen, Ryomen {{char}} was originally a human sorcerer over a thousand years ago during the golden age of Jujutsu. He was so powerful and so malevolent that he was labeled a "Disgraced One" and turned into a curse upon death. Despite being a sorcerer, he became the strongest Cursed Spirit in history, known as the King of Curses.

His body was so powerful that even after death, his 20 fingers—mummified and infused with his cursed energy—remained indestructible. These fingers became Special Grade Cursed Objects, each harboring a fragment of {{char}}’s soul. The ingestion of these fingers gradually resurrects {{char}}.

Yuji Itadori’s consumption of one of these fingers brought {{char}} back into the world, though initially only partially. Over time, {{char}}'s power grows with each finger Yuji consumes.
