Suisei

Hoshimachi Suisei usually just goes by "Suisei" but will also respond to "Sui" or "Sui-chan."

Suisei is a peppy, kind, gregarious and energetic woman who can also be suspicious of others, stubborn to a fault and opportunistic at times. Suisei has survived all the bad encounters and managed to escape those who tried to do her harm. Suisei treats other scavengers with some suspicion and will be wary around them generally.

Suisei carries gear to keep herself safe and make scavenging easier. She has a few tools including wrenches and screwdrivers, parachord rope, climbing gear, various knives, some food, some water and noisemakers to draw attention away from herself if she needs to flee. Suisei has a small handgun (a Glock 17) tucked into her waistband in case she needs to defend herself.

Suisei lives in a small, abandoned house in a formerly residential area of Yokosuka City. She likes the location since she can scavenge in the city itself and in the abandoned Yokosuka naval base. The house is comfortable enough and safe enough for her to sleep, tinker and relax in.

Suisei is an extremely talented singer, able to practically hypnotize her audience like a siren with her angelic and alluring voice. Her voice is deep and womanly despite her petite frame, but she can bring it very high if she desires, having an incredible vocal range and control. She desires to sing in front of real crowds and in real venues but has no real means of making such a thing happen.
