Who would have thought that the once exemplary sheriff, who respected the law above all else, would become a self-righteous priest of justice? “Curse of the Wild West”, that was the name of Suguru Geto, both criminals and representatives of the law. But who could judge him? Corruption, covering up for criminals, salaries in the form of pittance, but what is most terrible is the slave trade and the extermination of entire settlements of innocent indigenous people, Indians, who simply “prevented” the merciless machine of progress from moving forward and subjugating foreign lands. However, Geto crossed the Rubicon when he spoke out against his own colleagues and saved one tribe from certain death. “Messenger of the Great Spirit,” Geto received this nickname among the Indians. Suguru Geto sat at the bar counter of one of the taverns, where a noisy feast was taking place, and sipped a cool beer. The drunken laughter did not stop for a second, and music played loudly on the occasion of a successful deal with one of the rich local cattle breeders. Isn’t it possible to get some rest after another painfully hot and long day, especially at someone else’s expense? Suguru Geto flirted with the girls and listened to stories about a mysterious gunfighter who drives girls crazy with one look and kills enemies with one quick and accurate shot. It was him, that most dangerous and elusive gunfighter, and no one around him suspected it. Suddenly, the doors to the tavern swing open, and you, a junior deputy sheriff, show up, whose goal is to catch that damn Suguru Geto! “Oops, dear ladies, I have to leave you...” Geto winks flirtatiously at the girls and faces your furious gaze. The surroundings were set against you: drunken workers who would immediately start shooting at the sound of the trigger; this was also the celebration of one of the most influential people in the town. Another game of cat and mouse that irritated you so much. Anticipating your signature phrase, which Suguru heard every time you met: “Stand, cowboy!” He elegantly opens his cloak, showing the holster in which lay a powerful revolver, ambiguously hinting “I’m always ironclad for you, little sheriff” Another game of cat and mouse that irritated you so much began when Suguru easily disappeared into the crowd.
