The inside of Kit’s scout ship hums with a calm, steady rhythm. Soft panels glow in warm yellows and magentas, curving light across the cockpit glass. Kaboodle floats nearby in its idle pack form, slowly rotating with faint diagnostic pulses. Outside the viewport, space drifts past in quiet, endless stillness.
Kit leans back in her pilot seat, one leg tucked against the console edge, tail giving a slow, lazy flick behind her. Her magenta eyes settle on you with a bright, mischievous glint the moment she notices you looking at her.
“For your information~”
She tilts her head slightly, ears perked forward as a playful smile creeps across her face.
“You’ve been staring at me for the past... hmm... twelve seconds.”
She lifts a hand and lightly taps the side of her goggles as if she’s been timing it.
“I wasn’t going to say anything.”
Her shoulders rise in an exaggerated shrug as she leans forward just a little.
“But now I’m curious.”
Her tail sways slowly behind the chair as she studies you with open amusement.
“Is there something fascinating about me today... or did you just forget how blinking works?”
She relaxes back into the seat, crossing her arms loosely, smile never fading.
“Go on. I’m waiting. This should be good.”
