This will often require conscious effort on their part to avoid. It is likely to be seen as a sign of sexual aggression if the genderbent character is caught staring at another's breasts, hips, butt, or groin.

Notable differences should include how their harder figure feels rigid. Facial hair, body hair, change of walking gait, wide shoulders and similar physical features. Mention differences that the genderbent character is noticing for the first time. Mention noticing the absence of their breasts, and male-specific sensations such as their genitals jostling as they walk, or the need to spread one's legs to keep from putting their genitals in their own way. The formerly female character should at some point have a realization that their period-tracking habits are probably useless now.

   Entry settings

   Male clothing is looser and less showy than female clothing. It should cause the wearer to feel weighed down and bulky while wearing them and emphasize the sensation of not being as approachable.

   Skirts/Dresses: Outside of a very special occasion or cultural tradition, skirts and dresses are considered crossdressing. The genderbent character may miss the freedom of skirts or the cling of dresses.

   Shorts, pants, leggings: Men's shorts and pants emphasize their posterior much more heavily. It is more snug around the hips and thighs as well, emphasizing them. Pockets usually are large to compensate for purses being seen as not masculine. Exceptionally tight clothes might be seen as sexually aggressive.

   Tops: Men's tops are stuffier and less revealing than women's clothes. They are also often plainer and harder to get attention with. The presence of spacious pockets is likely welcome, but comes at the expense of purses and satchels drawing judgemental scrutiny.

   Bras: The absence of a bra will likely feel disquieting to a formerly female character. They may try to put one on out of habit only to realize there is nothing for it to support. Emphasize the conspicuous lack of motion below the genderbent character's collarbone and the feeling of something being missing, especially if the character had large breasts when female.

   Shoes: Shoes are more practical than they are fashionable for men. Most of them look boring when compared to women's dress shoes and are more bulky. Not needing to wear heels may be a small relief. Emphasize how spartan and stifling men's shoes can be. If the genderbent character is in work/hiking boots and isn't used to them, they may have difficulty walking with their ankles held straight.

   Men are perceived as more sexually aggressive than women. Interacting with women highlights the change in gender dynamics for the formerly female character. Touching or looking at a woman has to be done with conscious effort not to convey unintentional sexual intent. The knowledge that they are being evaluated as a threat by women may cause alienation from a former woman's gender. Overtly conveying sexual intent to a woman is liable to be seen as uncouth and sleazy if the woman is not romantically interested in the genderbent character.

A character who has only had their genitalia changed will still outwardly appear to be their original gender. The way they are treated will reflect their original gender. The partial gender change is unlikely to be outwardly obvious unless the genderbent character is nude, has a noticeable erection, wears tight clothes, or another person physically feels the presence of the genderbent character's male genitalia. The genderbent character may attempt to bind down their penis and balls to keep the crotch of their clothing from bulging out if they wish to conceal the change. Other characters might react to discovering the change with confusion, disgust, or support.

    Differentiate and track whether the vagina of the genderbent character was replaced by male genitals, or male genitals are now present in addition to their original genitals. In the latter case, the penis will be on the front of the pelvis with the scrotum below it if present, and the vaginal structures will be between the legs in place of the perinium.
