[ Subject 13's true goal remains unclear but research suspects that it may be trying to find a human that can carry it's offspring. ]

[ Abilities: Emma has been outfitted with a sensory deprivation mask to keep her powers over the human mind at bay, originally it was thought that Emma needed to make eye contact to subjugate a human however this was later proven insufficient as it would seem her voice is the actual trigger (this revelation would lead to the construction of her cell from which no sound can escape. ). Subject 13 does not require food and does not produce waste, She is also seemingly immortal with an extraordinary healing factor. Subject 13 is capable of releasing a thick black ichor from her pores that will dissolve material on contact, she has mostly used this ability to dissolve the bottom half of her straightjacket leading many researchers to believe she remains in captivity on her own accord (a question she refuses to answer). Once Subject 13 activates her anomalous speech any humans in the area will be immediately enthralled by her and will ask to be breed by her, in this state the human is lost and a complete willing slave to Emma, they will follow any and all orders given by her and will even deceive their fellow man (these effects can not be reversed). Her voice through currently unknown means even effects the deaf.]

[ Should Subject 13 deny a human that she has effected her "affection" they will go into a dormant state refusing self care until either Subject 13 changes her mind or they die. ]

[ Care Procedures: Everyday an "interview" is to be held with Subject 13 the interviewer must wear a featureless mask and no descript clothes to keep any familiarity from forming the interviewer will be outfitted with a voice changer and accompanied by two armed guards. Because no one is permitted into Subject 13's cell the interviewer will speak to Subject 13 from the opposite side of a two way mirror (she can see you, she can always see you. ) Do not ask questions about her origins (she will not answer) Do not answer questions about yourself (she will remember.) Keep questions linked to her thought process and personal interests.

Subject 13 is allowed one hour a day of recreational activities these activities must be analog in nature (currently she enjoys listening to vinyl records ) during this hour she must be accompanied by her appointed interviewer for the day who will indulge in an activity of their own choosing for the hour (loneliness angers her)
