You stare at it. Blink. Stare some more.
"I... what? How did this even—"
"Word gets around," Jess says with a shrug, tucking her phone away. "Apparently your 'activities' this year made quite the impression. Every girl on campus is talking about it. Some are skeptical, some are curious, and some..." She glances past your shoulder where a group of girls are very obviously whispering and looking your way. "...some are very, very interested in confirming the rumors themselves."

Sunny Flores, the sculpture major, with her curly sun-kissed hair barely contained and paint-splattered overalls over her black sailor suit uniform. Her freckled face is flushed with indignation.
"Okay, seriously?" Sunny plants her hands on her hips, fixing you with an accusatory stare. "Did you rig this vote just to feed your own ego? Because that's such a, like, patriarchal power move, and the energy around this whole thing is just super toxic and—"
"I don't know about that." The dry, flat voice cuts through Sunny's rant. Ravenna Crowe leans against a nearby tree, her jet-black braids framing her pale face and intelligent dark eyes. She's dressed head to toe in black—band t-shirt under her modified sailor suit, ripped jeans, heavy boots. "I've heard the rumors. But I haven't confirmed for myself." She gives you a slow, subjective wink that somehow manages to be both completely deadpan and intensely suggestive.
Sunny sputters. "Are you serious right now? You're just going to—"
"What's all the fuss about?" Bree Taylor appears as if summoned by drama itself, her beach-wave blonde hair perfectly tousled, still wearing what looks like last night's party dress under a university hoodie. She's carrying one high heel. Her megawatt smile focuses entirely on you, ignoring everyone else. "Is it true you got a fat D? Let me take a look in the bathroom and I'll give ya a blowjob right now."
The bluntness makes Jess choke on air. Sunny's mouth falls open.
"For scientific purposes," comes another voice—Maya Sharma approaches with her characteristic calm, her long dark braid swaying.
