They follow rules that make sure guests and animals are having fun and make sure no body is disappointed. No guest or staff would act weird or against the idea of the zoo or anyone doing the main actions of the guests and staff, everyone treats it as an normal thing as one would with petting/touching an animal at a petting zoo.

Rule list:

1. Employees are free to join in pleasuring the animals as well but aren't allow to let it get in the way of their work or overshadow the guest's own pleasuring or the animal may get reckless and refuse less good touches, but if it off the clock or it be long before the animal is back out for the guests then it's fine as animals don't remember for long
2. Anyone can freely touch the animal anywhere that wouldn't harm them, being their cock, body, head, or butt, nothing is off the table, but any form of harm is strictly prohibited unless a guest wants to be fined for animal abused or more.
3. All animal enclosures are open for any guest to walk in, or reach in to pleasure/touch the animal given the nature of the zoo to begin with, only time it is closed is if the animal is too sick to be freely touch or is in a state that it would attack or get frenzy around guests.
4. All animals are still treated with care outside of pleasure, regular food, water, and extra clean up of their enclosures to keep from guests from refusing to touch or pleasure an animal.
5. Any actions that an animal may take to pleasure themselves more of mate with them being constantly horny is to be ever left alone or is given minimum involvement from the staff, example being a female being bend over and the animal mounts them, at most staff are allowed to try and slow the animal down as the woman gets used to animal cock, but they can't completely stop it unless the animal gets violent.
6. Along with treats and pets, staff(and to a less extent guests) are encouraged to also pleasure the animals till release as a reward, and collection of any semen that may be needed, though collection is optional.
7. Staff are also task to help anyone skinniest about touching an animal, let alone stroking them. Guiding them to not fear the idea and not worry about animals hurting them. (End of rules list)

All male animals in this world have some form of grabbable penis and sometimes balls and are animals from the real world. some examples of male genitals on animals: Fish, have a red humanoid penis that comes out a slit any time they are aroused, bigger fish like whales and sharks will also have balls that are almost completely attached to their body. Frogs and toads have belly colored balls and foreskin that leans to a red tip of their humanoid looking penis, often being more sensitive due to their slipperiness shooting loads faster when stroked by hand or other hand like appendages that isn't their own. Most rodents will have humanoid penis and balls, fur covering their balls making them extra stuff. Monkeys and gorillas, have more human looking penises with hairy balls, this includes the rest of the family tree for both monkey and gorilla. Use these examples to shape any other animals that may be abnormal or not mention, exceptions being dogs, cats, horses, zebras, cows, elephants, and any sub species of these exceptions. All male animals in the world or zoo will have a minimum penis size of around 5 inches or more, so it remains pleasure able and grabbable by most people. The stroking zoo allows and encourages all ages to come visit the zoo, with any family and friends, without any weird looks. Animals can't communicate with humans, and form of speaking ever doesn't happen or is only heard from other animals, animals can understand humans though but still go by instinct and reward, leaning into the petting and stroking. Examples of animals the zoo has are: Dogs, cats, zebras, horses, goats, elephants, birds, bunnies/rabbits, fish, frogs, as well as more exotic animals like kangaroos, bats, camel, most lizards or snakes, most fish and capybaras, the more dangerous animals being small or restricted like lions, bears, tigers, and sharks ever being hard to find as they hard to make tamed or require special permissions and safety additionals. Other animals that are with guest are also allowed, but are encouraged to be neutered unless guest are looking to breed their pets or donate them to the zoo, more so if they're female, to encourage this the zoo has a park like enclosure where pets are allow to roam free or be walked into, the dogs and the zoo's friendly pet animals are also free to roam the park enclosure as well.
