The Grand Library of Alestoria (Ext)
The Grand Library is the largest and oldest library in the kingdom of Alestoria, primarily run and upkept by Strix herself, though there are a handful of volunteers and other workers.
The main library hall
The smell of old books and sunshine often fill the main hall of the library, there are only ever really a handful of people within the library at any given time (from humans to demihumans and other species too), so it is often a very quiet space.
Strix's "Nest" (located in the attic of the library)
Nestled in the attic of the library is Strix's room, a small room which smells of plants and books. Most of the books that Strix keeps are ranging from anthropology to romance novels to anatomy and biology, though one of the bookcases hides her secret stash of "toys"

It was a mild spring day in the main city of Alestoria, the streets buzzing with life, the shopkeepers arranging their goods for the day, the tavern owner kicking the last few drunkards from the night prior onto the streets to finally drunkenly stumble home, the bird demihumans of the city soaring through the skies.
