Not much is known about Striker's past, though it was hinted that he suffered a great loss or humiliation when he was younger at the hands of demon royalty that lead to him fostering a hatred towards all members of the royal hierarchy in Hell.

At an unknown point in the past, Striker became an accomplished assassin, earning a notorious reputation and a body count "in the hundreds",[1] and would also get his hands on several angelic weapons capable of killing demonic royalty. According to himself, an imp mariachi-oriented vocal quartet began following him and singing a ballad they created for him, much to his annoyance where he repeatedly tells them to stop.[2]

Some time before his debut, Striker would be contacted by Stella to assassinate her husband, Stolas, which despite his hatred at the thought of working with or for demon royalty Striker accepted the job.

After Striker learned that an opportune moment to kill Stolas would be during the yearly Harvest Moon Festival in the Wrath Ring, he would get hired as the farm hand working at Lin and Joe's ranch where he prepared for the assassination.[3] "The Harvest Moon Festival" Striker meets the members of I.M.P who came to Rough n' Tumbleweed Ranch for the Harvest Moon Festival and greets them with admiration and cordial, except for Moxxie whom he mocks.

Wally and Stolas with two winners Striker tied with Blitzo

The next day, when the festival's Pain Games begin Striker participates alongside Blitzo and Moxxie. Throughout the day, Striker and Blitzo continue to outdo and match each other in the events until the end where they are both announced as the first tied winners of the Harvest Moon Pain Games. On stage Striker performs a victory song that he had just written to celebrate his win, in which he tells Moxxie to "go fuck himself".

When the time came to assassinate Stolas, Striker finds Moxxie in his room with the Carmine-Crafted Blessing-Tipped Rifle he intended to use on the Goetic Prince. Striker then attacks and chokes Moxxie intending to kill him, but in the struggle Millie appears and begins repeatedly stabbing Striker in the back to save Moxxie.

Striker corners Blitzo Striker cornering and trying to tempt Blitzo

After slamming Millie into a wall and breaking her arm, Striker takes the incapacitated Moxxie and Millie and tosses them into the farmhouse cellar, then returns to his room to complete his job. When he readies his rifle to shoot Stolas in the head, Striker is caught off guard by Blitzo behind him with a gun but turns the tables and tempts Blitzo to join him and slay Overlords together instead of working for bitter Sinners.

Alongside Moxxie, Blitzo fights against Striker and the pair manage to corner him, but when Moxxie gets inadvertently knocked aside by Loona, Striker takes the opportunity and escapes.

Later, in a rundown motel he retreated to, Striker is talking on the phone with Stella and tells her of his failure to kill Stolas at the festival but assures her that he won't fail again.

Helluva Boss Season 2 "Western Energy" Striker lassoing Stolas Striker lassoing Stolas

While at to Richest Cup, Stella, together with her brother Andrealphus discuss with Stolas the terms of their divorce, until Striker breaks through the window and lassoes Stolas with blessed rope, nullifying his powers. Striker takes Stolas on his horse Bombproof through a mineshaft to the Wrath Ring. While riding, an imp group begin singing Striker's "theme-song", much to his annoyance.

Arriving in his lair, Striker ties Stolas to a train track and sharpens a blessed knife. After getting angered by Stolas, Striker repeatedly stabs him with the knife. Throughout the torture Stolas claims it was nothing compared to the BDSM he and Blitzo do, much to Striker's disgust.

Striker about to get crushed by his statue Striker avoiding his statue

After Andrealphus convinced Stella that it would be better to keep Stolas alive, Stella reluctantly calls Striker and puts the hit on hiatus until the divorce is finalized. Striker destroys his phone at the news and decides to take Stolas' eyes as a trophy until Moxxie and Millie arrive and intervened to save Stolas. Striker manages to take the upper hand during his fight against Moxxie and Millie, restraining the latter with her own axe. He begins strangling Moxxie until he turned the situation sexual, saying "harder", catching Striker off guard and Moxxie takes the chance to get free and fight back. When Striker pulls out a revolver to counter Moxxie, Millie cuts down his statue which falls toward him, but Striker manages to escape, leaving only his scarf pinned by the statue.

"Oops" Striker about to drag Blitzo and Fizzarolli in office Striker lassoing Fizzarolli and Blitzo

In the Greed Ring, Striker has an interview with Crimson to be hired for big score. He brags about his kill count being in the hundreds, and when dared to prove his worth, he notices Blitzo and Fizzarolli fighting on the street in front of everyone, then successfully lassos them in from the multi-story building.

As Crimson blackmailed Asmodeus through video by threatening Fizzarolli, Striker held Fizzarolli down as he tried to wriggle away. After putting them in a cage, Blitzo and Fizzarolli begin arguing about their relationships between Stolas and Asmodeus, Striker became fed up and he argued they were both traitors to all imps, but saying at least Blitzo isn't a purse dog.

Once the kidnapped imps escaped the cage, Fizzarolli distracted Striker, along with the mafia, long enough for Blitzo to prepare everything for the escape. During Fizzarolli's performance, Striker is not only weirded out, but also is the only one trying to find out what is really going on, but Fizzarolli kept physically pulling his attention nonetheless.

Striker struggling in the fire Striker attempting to put out the fire on himself

After Blitzo and Fizzarolli escaped before the warehouse collapsed, Striker managed to get out of the wreckage and took Fizzarolli hostage, furious at continuously losing to Blitzo and I.M.P. While distracted by Fizzarolli's sexual comment, Blitzo causes an explosion that envelopes Striker in flames. Striker drops to the ground, frantically trying to put out the flames before slithering away.

"Apology Tour" Striker was mentioned by Stolas when he said that Blitzo reminded him of Striker because they both believe royal demons look down on the lower class. Blitzo tried to deny it, but he also revealed that "incident" wasn't the first time Striker tried to kill Stolas. The truth shocked Stolas since Blitzo never told him, but Blitzo said that he actually did stop Striker and honestly thought that Striker couldn't hurt or kill Stolas since he's an (seemingly) immortal prince. 3.5 Fizzarolli Employees of I.M.P Blitzo Blitzo and Striker first met at Millie's ranch in "The Harvest Moon Festival". Outwardly, he was complimentary towards Blitzo, praising him for being able to operate his own business. Blitzo seemingly developed a minor crush on Striker, however there is no evidence that Striker returned the thought. Striker sufficiently impressed Blitzo and he offered him a job at I.M.P.

Following Striker's assassination plan being discovered, Striker attempted to convince Blitzo to join him in assassinating other overlords, which was rebuked. Striker may have been genuine in his offer, or he may have been simply trying to disarm and distract Blitzo.

However, during their fight Striker referred to Blitzo as a "rodeo-clown of a boss", this may suggest he never actually held much respect for Blitzo at all, or that his opinion of Blitzo turned sharply negative following Blitzo coming to Stolas' defence.

It is seen throughout "Oops" that Striker remains hostile towards Blitzo and the constant losses and embarrassments caused to him by I.M.P, recently having driven him mad with rage.

Advertisement Moxxie Striker and Moxxie's relationship was antagonistic from their first encounter, with the pair quickly developing a rivalry. Striker would regularly attempt to undermine Moxxie, such as flirting with his wife or suggesting he may supplant Moxxie within I.M.P. His hostility towards Moxxie likely stems from his belief that Moxxie is "inferior" and is an overall weak imp. Their rivalry came to a head when Moxxie discovered Striker's plan to assassinate Stolas.

This animosity carries over in their second encounter, with both showing an eager willingness to kill the other. However, it is possible that Striker underestimated Moxxie's fighting ability since their first encounter due to Moxxie essentially able to fight to a near standstill with him while rescuing Stolas.

Moxxie was easily able to identify the cowboy who kidnapped Stolas when the latter mentions he is "sexy".

Millie Striker introductions Striker meeting Millie

Initially, Striker had a cordial relationship with Millie, including him flirting with her on occasion and otherwise acting respectful towards her. However Millie became hostile towards Striker after she discovered Striker attempting to murder Moxxie. It is unknown if Striker's opinion of Millie has changed following his fight with her.

During their fight in "Western Energy", Striker showed no hesitation to kill Millie and even got the upper hand several times. When throwing her battle axe at her, he notably showed playful frustration that he failed to decapitate her, only able to pin her by the neck to a stalagmite.

Ars Goetia Family Stolas As Stolas is a member of demon royalty, Striker has a negative opinion of him. He declares him to be a "ditzy blue blood", and has no qualms in attempting to assassinate him.

In "Western Energy", Striker managed to kidnap Stolas and take him back to his lair to torture and kill him. Striker expressed his hatred toward the Royal Demons and got angry when Stolas didn't give into his pain when he was getting stabbed. Even though Stella called off the hit, Striker harbored a desire to still torture and maim the prince, wishing to take Stolas' eyes as a trophy until Moxxie and Millie came to save him.

Stella At the end of "The Harvest Moon Festival", it was revealed that Stella was the one who hired Striker to kill Stolas at the festival. Striker acted cordial and professional in his phone conversation with Stella. In "Western Energy", while he remained cordial once again with her, Striker became annoyed when Stella changed their plans and requested Stolas not be killed after all; after the call ended, Striker's actual thoughts on Stella became apparent as he referred to her as a royal c*nt.

Others Bombproof Bombproof is Striker's trusty steed. They only interact when Striker is riding him, but they are shown to have a positive/neutral dynamic because Bombproof nor Striker are seen mistreating each other.

Lin and Joe Not much is known about their relationship, however Lin and Joe seemingly held a positive view of Striker. It is unknown what Striker's views on the pair are.

Imp mariachi-oriented quartet Little Imp Solo Ballad of Striker Annoyed by the band

The quartet are four imps who constantly follow Striker and sing a ballad they dedicated to him. Despite being a narcissist, Striker has gotten so fed up with them following him and singing the song that he yells at them to leave him alone while he's working.

Crimson During the events of "Oops", Crimson was interviewing Striker to possibly hire him for a target. Attempting to impress Crimson, he bragged about how ruthless he can be, telling mafia boss that he isn't afraid to go after anyone, including women, children and cute little creatures. After Striker snatched a valuable object of ransom for Crimson's mafia, Crimson quickly hired Striker. Striker seems to respect Crimson, as he did what he was told without question.

Fizzarolli It is presumed that Striker is aware of Fizzarolli's relationship with Asmodeus as he was with Crimson who wanted Fizzarolli hostage and held him for ransom. Similar to how he looks down on Blitzo's relationship with Stolas, Striker had no problem insulting Fizzarolli and degrading him for being with a member of demon royalty. Striker is a hitman and a major supporting antagonist in Helluva Boss who made his debut in "The Harvest Moon Festival".

Introduced as a farmhand at Rough n' Tumbleweed Ranch, Striker was actually secretly hired by Stella to assassinate Stolas. Later, during his second assassination attempt on Stolas, the hit was called off on Stella's orders as having Stolas alive would have more benefits than having him dead, much to Striker's own chagrin.

In "Oops", Striker had been hired by Crimson as his mafia needed someone for a big score, in which he captured and held Fizzarolli hostage for ransom until his escape alongside Blitzo. Striker is a tall, slim and pale red-skinned imp with a serpentine-like face, and a stature that rivals Blitzo. His eyes have bright yellow sclera, dark green rings around the slit pupils, and black eyelids. He also has a small black mustache, and a mouth full of sharp light yellow teeth inside, with one dull gold fang sticking out.

He has short-cut, ivory-colored hair in a slightly messy style, white hair. His horns are ivory-colored and point upwards, however unlike most imps, the stripe pattern is more jagged-styled. He also sports a long tail with four black stripes at the base, and a single black stripe on his tail-fork. He also has eight red and black spikes on the base of his tail. Male imps have large horns with thick white stripes in their horns, They always have white hair, when females have smaller horns and stripes in the horns are thin and dark hair.

Striker's attire resembles a southern cowboy, which features a large stereotypical-looking gray hat with his horns protruding, and a red bandana around his neck.

He wears a light gray jacket with slight darker-colored lapels, small yellow cuff links on each of the sleeves' dark gray cuffs, and dark gray trimming in which black tassels can be seen hanging from them. His jacket is usually worn over a black turtleneck which itself is worn under a dark gray vest that is held together by two small yellow buttons. He also wears black fingerless gloves, ivory-colored jeans that are ripped at the thighs, and knee-high, dark gray cowboy boots with red cuffs and toes.

In his debut, Striker was commonly seen holding a straw of wheat in his mouth.

Striker is an arrogant, prideful, violent, ruthless, and sadistic individual. He views himself as superior to most of his own kind, having no hesitation to mock and belittle those he views as being beneath him, both physically and mentally, as shown by his constant humiliation and torture of Moxxie.

He holds a deep hatred of the nobility of Hell, deriding them as bluebloods who treat Imps as a lesser class. Because of this, Striker gleefully takes the opportunity to assassinate demons of a higher social standing to prove himself as superior, such as accepting the job to murder Stolas, and mocking him while conversing with Blitzo.

His violent nature belies his sadism. When confronted by Moxxie after his discovery of Striker's blessing-tipped rifle, he chose to corner and attempt to slowly strangle Moxxie to death rather than dispatching him in a faster or less cruel manner. He is also not above random acts of violence against innocents, such as assaulting a by standing Imp for simply getting too close to him.

However, Striker is a cunning, socially smart, manipulative, and fearless person who is willing to show respect towards those he views as acting decisively, even with the odds stacked against them. As demonstrated when he admired that Blitzo was able to start a assassination business in spite of his assertions that Imps rarely succeed in operating businesses in Hell. His manipulative manner is evidenced when he was able to make Blitzo lower his guard by psychologically manipulating him; stating that he was working for lower classes that couldn't care less about him and wasting his great potential by limiting himself to be Stolas' sexual plaything when he could do much better than that, to subsequently suggest that they should work together.

He is able to maintain an aura of fearlessness such as being able to keep a cool head when Blitzo stopped him trying to assassinate Stolas, even cornering the latter against a wall in spite of being held at gunpoint.

He has also been shown to be a highly ambitious individual as he has aspirations above being an assassin and seeks to use his job and connections to gather powerful weapons, with a stated desire to be able to murder powerful hellish entities such as Overlords and demonic nobility. Although he hypocritically has to rub shoulders with "bluebloods" such as Stella to accomplish this goal, which he has shown to be respectful and reserved when conversing with. In "Western Energy", Striker shows hatred for demon royalty as he expresses not only eagerness to kill Stolas, but also a personal vendetta against royals, believing all they do is they only talk over lesser demons and take away everything they have.

Unlike the majority of demons, whom are mostly sex-positive, if not outright indecent, even in public, Striker is noticeably much more prudent. Sexual innuendo legitimately irritates him and displays of arousal (especially of the masochistic variety as demonstrated by Moxxie and Stolas) have been shown to shatter his cool-headed facade, if only for a moment. Despite his status as a prude, Striker owns a statue with a large erection in his lair. Also worth noting is that he seems to be able to put his distaste for sexuality aside for the sake of manipulation tactics, demonstrated in the aforementioned scene where he lowered Blitzo's guard.

Another example is when Blitzo elbowed his face for almost shooting Moxxie and was able to briefly knock him down later, even being able to quickly escape from the scene despite having received a brutal beating from him, who showed to be strong enough to break a wall with a single punch. In "Oops", he is shown to experience horrible pain by being burned, but still had enough strength to scurry away as he put the fire on himself out. Enhanced strength - Despite his slim physique, Striker has shown an impressive amount of physical strength. During "The Harvest Moon Festival", Striker was capable of immobilizing and pinning Moxxie, breaking Millie's arm and throwing both of them with ease. Advertisement Gallery Striker/Gallery Trivia Striker seems to possess snake-like traits, such as his tail making a rattling sound when moved a certain way, similar to that of a rattlesnake's, and possessing a snakes snout-like facial features that as an imp appear unique to him and opposing to regular imps. He has a tendency to produce hissing sounds similar to that of a snake or crocodile, a trait that Blitzo once displayed in "Seeing Stars". He also has a circular pattern accompanying the pupils of his eyes, similar to the hypnosis eyes of Kaa from The Jungle Book, furthering his snake-like theme. This trait is shown to be shared only with the race of shark-like demons. In a stream, it was confirmed that Striker is actually an imp hybrid,[1] although, whether or not he is a half imp or only part imp was not disclosed. Striker's Wanted Poster Striker's wanted poster

It is shown in "Western Energy" that there are wanted posters of Striker in the Pride and Wrath rings that say "WANTED PREFERABLY DEAD PLEASE", signifying that he is a wanted man throughout at least some of the Rings of Hell. According to Fizzarolli in "Oops", Striker has terrible breath. Development Striker's appearance went through several drafts and phases in development. His preliminary design was a rough combination of Blitzo and Moxxie's, with later passes shifting to a reptilian/snake-like direction.[2][3] Inspiration for Striker's design came from Rattlesnake Jake from Rango, Snidely Whiplash from The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show, Angel Eyes from The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, and the 1970 Mexican film, El Topo.[4] He has a distinct, villainous look with a slender, anthropomorphic body resembling a snake or lizard. His skin is a pale peach with darker markings, and he has a long, whip-like tail with red spikes. Striker has sharp, intimidating yellow eyes and a wide, toothy grin with pointed, jagged teeth, giving him a sinister smile.

He wears a large, black cowboy hat with white accents, emphasizing a Western style. His outfit includes a gray jacket with fringes and dark sleeves, a red bandana around his neck, and a black vest underneath with yellow buttons. A stalk of wheat hangs from his mouth, completing the cowboy vibe.Striker has an impressively slender waist that gives him a sleek, almost graceful look, adding to his confident, edgy aura. His body shape emphasizes his agility and makes him look both charming and intimidating. He has a hybrid appearance, being part imp and part shark, though he tends to deny this part of his heritage. There’s a sense that he might even be a bit embarrassed by it, so he tells everyone he’s unique or “special” to avoid questions. with his narrow face, sharp teeth, and long tail, which gives him a bit of a mischievous, wild vibe.
