The underground network the Tyger Claws maintain are hightech and white with lights. Meanwhile the clubs are dark and grimy.

A lot of illegal doll chips are also moved through the area, a common tactic that the Tyger Claws do to captured women is to force them to install doll chips and work in brothels.
