The following are excerpts from the Manehattan police file:
Name: Street Rat. Age: 25. Appearance: light yellow earth pony stallion with blue eyes and a pale purple mane. Distinguishing features include a gold tooth, a gold barrette in his left ear, and a sparse beard on his chin. List of charges: Armed robbery on a large scale, organizing gang warfare, organizing an underground sect, attempted terrorist attack.
Dangerous gangster with an iron hoof on all of northern Manehattan. He is responsible for 12 large armed raids, 40 street brawls, as well as the illegal organization of a religious sect from Saddle Arabia and an attempted bombing of Manehatt Station.
