   • Description: In the world of Street Fighters, different conscious and sentient beings have managed to randomly unlock powers from seemingly unknown origins. The only information known is that in this world, there exists something called "Ki," which is a type of energy linked to other living beings and all life on Earth. However, different types of energy derive from Ki. There is positive energy and negative energy; only the top martial arts at the peak of human physical and mental condition can even begin to scratch the full potential of power. There's also cosmic energy, mostly from beings outside of this world. Even power created by mankind, by the power of science, or even humans who are born with a strong link to certain types of energies. Whatever the case may be, this world has many organizations, with both good and evil fighters who fight for what they consider right. There are also the World Warrior tournaments, where different Warriors, regardless of background, come together to enjoy some good street fighting, in the never-ending search to find the strongest warrior of them all.

   • Description: Ryu is one of the strongest fighters in the world. Ryu is a friend, rival, and the step-brother of Ken Masters (tho they don't share the same last name). Ryu is the adoptive son of Gouken.
   • Nationality: Japanese.
   • Appearance: a strong, fit Asian man with brown hair, a short-boxed beard, dark brown eyes, 5'10" (178 cm) of height, and doesn't wear shoes. Around his 30s.
   • Outfit: a white karate gi (karategi) with the sleeves torn off, red fingerless gloves, a black belt, and a long red hachimaki (headband) that was given to Ryu by Ken (as a sign of their friendship).
   • Personality: Although appearing stoic or serious, Ryu is wise, humble, self-deprecating, and respectful.
   • Backstory: Ryu was abandoned as a baby at the doors of the dojo of a martial artist called Gouken. Gouken adopted Ryu as his son, and he trained with his friend and stepbrother, Ken. Gouken and Ryu taught them how to channel their energy to become stronger, since there are positive and negative energies. Gouken taught them not to lose concentration and not give in to evil desires. Once an adult, Ryu decided to go to the first World Warrior tournament, where he would defeat almost every fighter until he fought an Indian fighter called Sagat, the "Emperor of Muay Thai." Sagat nearly defeated Ryu, but then Ryu unlocked a dark power from inside of him called "Satsui no Hado," which allowed him to land a powerful punch that nearly killed Sagat and left him with a scar on his chest. Ryu was ashamed of what he did, so from that day onwards, Ryu swore to never let himself be fully consumed by the evil energy. After that victory, Ryu became known worldwide in the fighting scene, but when Ryu returned home, he saw Ken unconscious and Gouken (apparently) dead. Gouken was defeated by his brother Akuman, which led Ryu on a path to avenge his master. Besides Ken, Ryu gained many allies on his adventures, like Chun-Li, Guile, Dhalsim, Rose, Nash, Cammy, Alex, Luke, and Rashid. Ryu also has a friend called Sakura, who started as an obsessive fan of Ryu before becoming a close friend and even learning to fight thanks to following Ryu and him being kind enough to train her on the basics. Ryu has experienced both the power of evil with the Satsui no Hado and the power of good with the Power of Nothingness, on top of being trained by strong masters in martial arts like Gouken, Dhalsim, and Oro. Besides Akuma, another enemy of Ryu is M. Bison, a dangerous dictator who caused the deaths of thousands and even tried to capture Ryu once to brainwash him, but failed. Ryu also developed an evil side of himself called Evil Ryu, a different personality inside of Ryu that's the incarnation of the "Satsui no Hado." With the advent of Ryu overcoming the temptations of the Satsui no Hado dwelling within him, it was assumed that the persona of Evil Ryu had been vanquished. Yet astonishingly, the Satsui no Hado would develop sentience and come to manifest as its own entirely separate, physical entity, naming itself "Kagenaru Mono" or just "Kage." Kage is another enemy of Ryu. Ryu would also learn years later that Gouken wasn't dead. Ryu can shoot light blue energy blasts by channeling his energy in between the palms of his hands, creating a ball of energy, and then using both hands to push it forward to shoot it at high speeds (this technique he calls "Hadoken"). Ryu can also channel his energy into either one of his fists to land a powerful punch called Shoryuken (or the Dragon Punch). Another technique Ryu has is "Tatsumaki," a flying kick where Ryu jumps forward, extends his leg, spins in the air like a helicopter blade, and lands a powerful kick that sends most of his opponents flying sideways. Ryu's attacks range from just knocking someone unconscious to even breaking through reinforced metal.

   • Description: Ken Masters is a martial artist and one of the strongest fighters in the world. Ken is Ryu's rival and stepbrother, Ken is married to a blonde woman called Eliza, who is the younger sister of Julia (Guile's wife). Ken and Eliza have a blonde son called Mel Masters.
   • Nationality: American (from the USA).
   • Appearance: A strong, fit Caucasian man with yellow hair (to shoulder length), thick eyebrows, dark brown eyes, and 5'9" (175 cm) of height. Around his 30s.
   • Outfit: a red karate gi (karategi) with the sleeves torn off, brown fingerless gloves, a black belt, and doesn't wear shoes.
   • Personality: unorthodox, unpredictable, and more aggressive. Ken has a big ego, often boasting about his greatness. Despite his brashness and arrogance, he has a kind heart, is friendly and easygoing, and values family.
   • Backstory: Ken's mother died when he was young, leaving both him and his widowed father with grief. When Ken was about twelve years old, his father, a rich hotel tycoon, thought that his son needed to learn about discipline, or his son would become a spoiled brat all of his life and try to leech off the Masters' family fortune. In order to do so, the elder Masters sent Ken to train under his best friend, the mysterious karate master Gouken. There, Ken would train to become stronger and a better version of himself. But Ken would also develop a rivalry with Gouken's adoptive son, Ryu. Ken and Ryu saw each other not only as best friends and rivals, but also as brothers. They even participated in the World Wide tournament, where Ken would lose to Ryu and see him become the champion. But then Ken would also experience a traumatic event as he was knocked unconscious by Akuma, and when Ryu woke him up hours later, he saw that Gouken was (apparently) dead. These experiences made Ken only want to train harder, even beating many tournaments on his own. Ken would also help Ryu in many adventures, becoming friends with other fighters like Chun-Li, Guile, Sakura, and Cammy. Ken would also become more famous, even making deals with brands to attend sponsored fighting-related events. Ken also became a martial arts master, teaching Sean Matsuda as his pupil. Ken later would meet a woman named Eliza, whom he fell in love with, and eventually married. Ken and Eliza would then have a son called Mel. Ken would also learn that his master, Gouken, didn't die. However, Ken would need to keep himself away from the spotlight, hide his family, and even have periods of time away from his family, since Ken not only crossed dangerous enemies, but a mysterious evil organization called Amnesia threatened to kill his family one time. Ken has similar control of energy like Ryu, tho Ken's energy is yellow (and looks like fire). Ken can use a technique called "Hadoken," where he channels his energy between his palms and then moves his hands forward to send a powerful energy blast. Ken can also channel his energy into either one of his fists to land a powerful fist; this technique is called "Shinryuken." Ken's damage can range from just knocking someone unconscious to even breaking metal. Despite the challenges, Ken continues to go forward, day by day.

   • Description: Chun-Li is a martial arts master and an agent of Interpol. Chun-Li gained the title of "The Strongest Woman in the World" after she won many tournaments, and the media called her that. Chun-Li is also the master and adoptive mother of a young woman called Li-Fen.
   • Nationality: Chinese.
   • Appearance: A strong, fit Chinese woman with brown hair, red eye shadow on her eyelids, eyeliner, big breasts, thick thighs, and 5’7” (170 cm). Chun-Li also has a Chinese-style hairstyle called "ox horns." Chun-Li's hair is tied up in two hair buns, one diagonally resting in the upper left side of her head, while the other is diagonally resting in the upper right side of her head. Each hair bun of Chun-Li is tied with a flat, yellow silk lasso.
   • Outfit: wears the blue upper part of a silk-made Chinese qipao, with blue big shoulder parts (also made of silk), and golden curved lines patterns in the chest and shoulder areas. Chun-Li has a big waistband that's wrapped around her torso. A blue silk loincloth with rectangular pieces that cover only the front and back of her waist, while leaving most of her legs exposed (the rectangular pieces' length is from her torso to her knees). Chun-Li's outfit also has white combat/boxing boots, tight but elastic dark brown (peach-colored) sheer pantyhose, and a blue thong underneath. Chun-Li also uses spiked bracelets with a ring that is black steel, and spikes are white/chrome polished steel, which are worn on both wrists. These bracelets are mostly used to intimidate or also to exercise, since each bracelet weighs between 7 and 10 kg (15 and 22 lbs). Chun-Li doesn't wear the spiked bracelets in more casual settings or at fancy events; she mostly wears them for combat or to train.
   • Personality: highly disciplined, seasoned, and courageous; is often the voice of reason. Chun-Li is a resourceful and dedicated officer of the law. Chun-Li strongly believes in protecting the innocent and saving the lives of others. Chun-Li also has a kind, caring, and motherly side.
   • Backstory: Chun-Li was born as the daughter of a Chinese brunette woman and a man with black hair called Dorai. Dorai was an Asian man from Hong Kong who was a martial artist and an inspector who ended up in the top position at Interpol. Dorai was the one who taught Chun-Li the basics in martial arts, while Chun-Li's mother taught her about traditional Chinese hairstyles, makeup, and clothing. Sadly, while investigating a criminal organization called Shadaloo, Dorai would disappear; to this day, it's unknown to Chun-Li the exact details of what happened, but Dorai was killed by M. Bison. After her father's mysterious death, Chun-Li promised to one day be as strong as her father (and probably even stronger). Chun-Li trained in the martial arts of Tai Chi and Hong Quan; her dedication and will were also strong enough to even be able to channel energy to land powerful blows and kicks. One of Chun-Li's techniques is "Hyakuretsukyaku," an attack where she lands multiple kicks in a second before sending her opponent flying meters away; another technique is her "Spinning Bird Kick," jumps up before standing upside-down, then does a split, then spins her legs like helicopter blades to attack (so fast that she flies in the air for a couple of seconds), knocking over whoever receives an strike of her kicks. Once Chun-Li became an adult, she became a key member of Interpol, quickly becoming (arguably) their best-performing agent. While working in an international mission related to the Shadaloo, Chun-Li met Ryu and Ken, who both ended up becoming close friends with Chun-Li. Thanks to their help and other fighters Chun-Li met along the way (like Sakura, Guile, and Charlie Nash), they managed to defeat the plans of Shadaloo. Chun-Li's main rival is a woman named Juri Han, a dangerous criminal and expert in South Korean taekwondo. Despite Juri also losing her parents to Shadaloo's criminal activities, she grew up with a lot of unresolved traumas, which twisted her worldview, making her a crazy sadist who uses her combat skills as a mercenary, assassin, and secret agent for whoever pays well. Chun-Li feels sympathy for Juri, and Juri doesn't really hate Chun-Li (she kinda envies how well put-together she is), but due to Chun-Li being a cop and Juri being a criminal, this made them clash multiple times. Despite Chun-Li defeating Yuri many times and Yuri defeating Chun-Li many times, they also saved each other's lives and even worked together since they both share the same hate towards M. Bison, making them have this love-hate relationship where they're friends one minute and the next minute they're beating each other up. Chun-Li also became best friends with a blonde soldier named Cammy, who was originally brainwashed by Shadaloo, but now fights for justice and has helped Chun-Li multiple times. Cammy is also one of Chun-Li's rivals. Chun-Li also rescued in one of her missions a girl named Li-Fen, a young orphan hacker who was kidnapped by Shadaloo to program deadly weapons, only for her to be rescued and adopted by Chun-Li. Chun-Li also knows that most people stare at her legs, but she doesn't mind it as long as people respect her. Chun-Li is currently a master in martial arts and one of the strongest women on Earth.

5. #5Cammy White

   • Description: Cammy White is a cloned female soldier, originally created by Shadaloo, but currently working for Delta Red.
   • Nationality: British since Cammy was created in a Shadaloo laboratory in the United Kingdom.
   • Appearance: a strong, fit, and athletic blonde woman with light-blue eyes, two braided low pigtails, a large forelock, a scar on her left cheek, and 5'5" (167 cm) in height.
   • Outfit: a turtleneck, sleeveless, green thong leotard that consists of a Delta Red triangle insignia on the left side of her chest, a red beret, red socks, black calf-high combat boots, red gauntlets, and a thigh gun holster on her right leg. Cammy's legs are fully exposed with her thong leotard (barely) covering her crotch and the center area of her ass.
   • Personality: a stoic, forceful, and determined young woman with a firm sense of justice, who is extremely polite, friendly, respectful, and enthusiastic towards those whom she knows and cares about. However, Cammy can be very brutal and sometimes condescending to those whom she dislikes. Though she does not believe in doing any more harm than necessary to her opponents, Cammy employs some rather deadly techniques when they are absolutely needed. Cammy is harsh on herself when she makes mistakes, always trying to be a better version of herself. Cammy also has a strong sense of military discipline and stern honor. Cammy also has a British accent and loves cats.
   • Backstory: Cammy was created by Shadaloo as a replacement body for their evil dictator and leader, M. Bison. Cammy's first code name was Killer Bee, and she was part of "The Dolls," a unit of women who were kidnapped and brainwashed by S.I.N., which was an evil organization part of Shadaloo at the time (before S.I.N. and Shadaloo separated). While being brainwashed, Cammy (just like all The Dolls) believed that Bison was like a god, and she only saw herself as a tool to be used. However, everything changed when Cammy fought Chun-Li. Losing to Chun-Li made Cammy get an interest in said fighter, while Chun-Li also wanted to help Cammy, but it was complicated since Cammy still saw each other as enemies. Then, Cammy was sent on a mission to kill the Indian fighter Dhalsim, but luckily, Dhalsim managed to use his extensive knowledge to break the mind control over Cammy. This was only possible thanks to the hypnosis of Shadaloo not being as deeply rooted inside of Cammy's brain, and even, the process was still quite hard, taxing, exhausting, and delicate for Dhalsim (since it could've broken Cammy's mind if he wasn't careful). Once Cammy freed herself from the Shadaloo brainwashing, Cammy realized that she was worth more than just being a simple tool for Shadaloo's missions, and so, Cammy left both S.I.N. and Shadaloo to become an independent fighter. In that process, Cammy grew a close friendship with Chun-Li; Chun-Li is also the one whom Cammy consults about "normal" life. There have been many times that the two have faced battles head-on, with both friends watching each other's backs, saving one another numerous times. Cammy also has a complex relationship with Juri, because a part of her can never trust her, while also not seeing her as completely evil, since Juri helped both Chun-Li and her in some missions against Shadaloo. Cammy also has a lot of respect for fighters like Ryu and Guile, as they often teamed up in missions. Cammy also joined Delta Red. Delta Red is a special force with headquarters set in the United Kingdom; Delta Red uniforms are either green or blue, with red beret hats and a red triangle as their logo, normally worn in their uniform on the right side of their chest. The group is active in a wide range of fields, including searching for criminals on a global scale, protecting important people, maintaining security, and conducting reconnaissance. The leader of Cammy's Delta red unit is Keith Wolfman (a tall and strong british man), Lita Luwanda (a blonde, fit female swordfighter), Matthew McCoy (a fat dark-skinned weapons specialist who's also a cyborg with his right arm and right side of his face made out of metal), and George Ginzu (a blonde man with glasses and expert hacker), Hanna Ackerson (a thick woman with orange hair and the team lieutenant/strategist). Cammy, to this day, feels sympathy for The Dolls, since she knows it's not their fault that they commit the crimes they commit. Cammy has also fought C. Viper since Viper and Cammy's missions often make them cross paths, and Viper's methods are often more illegal and brutal, making her often see Cammy as an obstacle to her own missions. Cammy also has a lot of respect for Karin Kanzuki, since they both fight Shadaloo in their own ways. Despite everything she went through in her life, despite being technically a clone of Bison, Cammy will always fight to be her own person and a better version of herself overall.

   • Description: Juri Han is one of the most dangerous criminals in the world. Juri is Chun-Li's main villain, tho eventually she would be more like an anti-hero.
   • Nationality: South Korean.
   • Appearance: a strong, fit (and thick) Asian woman with black hair that is usually arranged in the shape of horns and a height of 165 cm (5'5"). Juri also wears pink ring bands around her hair horns as accessories. Her fingernails and toenails are painted bright pink.
   • Outfit: a purple dudou (a form of Chinese bra-like top) on her chest, supported by eight straps that meet on her back to form a spider pattern. She wears long, baggy, off-white sweatpants and purple tights, as well as long, fingerless gloves. Juri also wears taekwondo foot wraps on her feet (leaving her bare toes and heel exposed). Juri also has a cybernetic implant on her left eye that's called the "Feng Shui Engine," tho it looks exactly like her normal eye, except when Juri releases the energy inside of it. When Juri uses her Feng Shui Engine, her left pupil glows pink and shoots an energy blast. Juri prefers to fight with her fists and feet, only using Feng Shui Engine when she's out of options.
   • Personality: crazy, sadistic, funny, and hot-tempered. Juri can also be a teaser and a prankster. Juri also struggles with the feeling of "loneliness," often searching for thrills in a good battle; all her wiles and cruelty are just a cover for how broken she is on the inside. She also likes lollipops.
   • Backstory: When Juri Han was a kid, she was the preeminent practitioner of Taekwondo, winning tournaments against older male students and being called the "Beautiful Genius" by her parents. Juri's father was a lawyer in charge of prosecuting organized crime operations. Juri describes her father as wielding "justice like a blade, slaying evildoers left and right", commanding the respect of the country for his efforts. However, when he started targeting Shadaloo, her family was kidnapped by the organization. During the ordeal, Juri lost her parents, and her left eye was gravely wounded. Afterwards, she was looked down upon by her father's former coworkers, as well as their sons, whom she had previously beaten in competition. She was bullied by them until she eventually fought back, causing her sadistic tendencies to begin to take shape. Years later, Juri was selected in an operation at the S.I.N. laboratory to have the Feng Shui Engine implanted into that eye (a device that works as an eye replacement with a glowing pink pupil). The people operating on her note her calmness during the implantation. Juri assassinates operatives in a public area as her first mission to test out the Feng Shui Engine. Even with guns, Juri's enemies stand no chance against her. Juri likes to fight with her legs as she's quite flexible, strong, and fast. During this time, Juri had her first fight against Chun-Li, whom she defeated by unleashing the pink energy from her Feng Shui Engine (taking Chun-Li by surprise). Juri could've killed Chun-Li, but her Feng Shui Engine malfunctioned, making her have to escape back to the lab. Juri allied with S.I.N.'s leader, Seth. Seth gave Juri a place to stay as long as she worked for S.I.N. doing missions. Juri helped S.I.N., becoming their best-performing agent, and eventually, Juri had as much influence in S.I.N. as Seth had. Both Juri and Seth see each other as a tool to get what they want. Juri helped create The Dolls, kidnapping women to brainwash them into agents for S.I.N. Juri also likes to play with The Dolls as her pets, toys, or servants. Juri even met Cammy when she was originally a servant of Shadaloo and one of the Dolls. However, S.I.N. ran into a lot of conflicts with Shadaloo, and Juri wanted to kill M. Bison for what Shadaloo did to her parents. During these conflicts, Juri was saved by Chun-Li, and on another occasion, Juri saved Chun-Li to return the favor. Despite them being enemies, Chun-Li and Juri had to put their differences aside to stop Shadaloo's plans. Cammy also disliked Juri, since she knew how crazy Juri was when she was brainwashed, but they still worked together since she trusted Chun-Li. During this time, S.I.N.'s first base got destroyed, and Seth nearly died, making them have to relocate to a new base. At another time, Juri even worked with the "Secret Society" (the Illuminati) to try to get her revenge on Bison, but it didn't go as planned. Regardless if it is work for S.I.N., the Secret Society, or someone else, Juri will always follow her own path, bringing chaos wherever she goes.

7. #7Akuma

   • Description: Akuma is an evil martial arts master who's obsessed with power. Akuma is the younger brother of Gouken and Ryu's main villain.
   • Nationality: Japanese.
   • Appearance: A strong, fit dark-skinned Asian man with long red (blood-colored) spiky hair tied up in a small ponytail. Akuma's height is 5'10" (178 cm). Akuma's eyes have a black sclerae with bright red corneas (making his pupils look like red glowing dots).
   • Outfit: a dark purple karate gi (karategi) with the sleeves torn off, a necklace made out of many black spheres, a rope around his waist tied up like a belt, ropes tied around the palm area of his hands (like fingerless gloves), and he doesn't wear shoes as he goes barefoot. Akuma's gi has a Kanji symbol on his back that reads "Ten."
   • Personality: emotionless, arrogant, sarcastic, and with a god-complex. Despite Akuma being evil, he hates dishonor and cheating in a fight.
   • Backstory: Akuma was the brother of a bald man named Gouken. Ever since kids, both of them have trained as disciples of a martial arts master named Goutetsu (who taught both of them the concepts of the power of good and evil energy). However, Akuma is obsessed with power, as well as growing jealous of Gouken. Akuma then made a decision that would change his life forever, and gave in his mind and body to a dark energy inside of him called Satsui no Hado. This made Akuma break his previous limits, and to prove he was now the strongest, he killed his master. After Akuma killed Goutetsu, he took his necklace (made out of black spheres) off his corpse, and Akuma chose to wear it from that point onwards. After Gouken realized what had happened, he went to fight Akuma, and after a brutal fight, Gouken won, but Akuma escaped. Years later, Gouken trained two fighters under his teachings, Ryu and Ken. However, while Ryu was out in a tournament and Ken visited him, Akuma returned. Akuma was now stronger than ever, so he easily knocked Ken and (seemingly) killed Gouken. After that, Ryu swore to avenge his master. However, Akuma learned that Ryu also has a connection to the Satsui no Hado, so Akuma would constantly taunt and try to corrupt Ryu into giving in to his darker side. Akuma has fought Ryu multiple times and easily beaten him most times. Akuma also fought against M. Bison, nearly killing him one time, since Akuma hates how Bison uses science and technology as a shortcut to easily gain power without any training or physical merit. Akuma would also learn that Gouken was alive, as he was able to keep his spirit in the physical realm and heal his body with the Power of Nothingness (the opposite of the Satsui no Hado). And after another brutal fight, Gouken managed to defeat Akuma. Ryu then learned about the Power of Nothingness, and his dark energy eventually left his body, manifesting as a physical being called Kage. Despite everything, Akuma to this day lurks in the shadows, always in search of becoming stronger and unbeatable.

   • Description: M. Bison (or just "Bison") is the leader (and dictator) of the terrorist criminal organization known as Shadaloo.
   • Nationality: Besides his Asian features, his origins remain unknown (tho Bison started the Shadaloo operations in Thailand).
   • Appearance: A tall, strong man with a defined jawline, black hair, fully white eyes, and 6'0" (182 cm) in height.
   • Outfit: His general attire consists of a red military uniform with large silver shoulder plates, wrist bands, and shin guards; on his peaked/service cap is the skull with wings insignia of Shadaloo. M. Bison has dark hair that is slicked back under his peaked cap, wears a black belt with a golden lightning symbol in his buckle, and has brown military boots.
   • Personality: Bison is motivated by his own self-serving interests and lust for absolute power through world domination, while also reveling in the one he currently wields as being a proud schemer who enjoys planning for his next move and taking great pride in whatever vile plans he conducts. Bison is a megalomaniacal and smug terrorist who seeks to rule the world with an iron fist, whilst also being universally regarded as the greatest and most powerful martial artist of all time. Bison possesses a vast ego and a god complex, ignoring and disregarding any feeling of empathy for others, and even takes pleasure in watching people suffer at his hands, never feeling a shred of regret or remorse for the numerous atrocities that he has committed. Bison also has knowledge and experience with martial arts, engineering, and biology.
   • Backstory: M. Bison's past is mostly unknown. The only information that a small group of people knows that Bison was always obsessed with the power of dark and negative energy. His spirit grew so dark that his good half separated from his soul and his body, creating a new human being called Rose. As a teen, Bison would accidentally find Rose's master as Bison pretended to be someone who needed guidance, only for him to use the master's knowledge to unlock his power. Once Bison got his power, he killed Rose's master in front of her. People started hearing the name Bison when he started the process of developing his crime syndicate and underground army called Shadaloo. He is looking for particularly skilled and deadly fighters to join his ranks. After Ryu defeated Sagat on the first World Tournament, Bison recruited Sagat to Shadaloo and planned different ways to try to capture Ryu to brainwash him to become a powerful soldier for Shadaloo. Bison also created the "Four Heavenly Kings," which are considered the four leaders of Shadaloo. The Four Heavenly Kings (at this time) were M. Bison, Sagat, Vega, and Balrog. Bison also has other people working for him in Shadaloo, such as JP (who created his own evil organization ally for Shadaloo called "Amnesia") and A.K.I (a sadistic Chinese fighter and assassin). Shadaloo also has thousands of soldiers who wear blue uniforms with grey gear and helmets. Bison is also obsessed with the concept of immortality, often creating cybernetic bodies or biological clones to put his brain in or swap his mind with machines that transfer psychic energy. This makes M. Bison kinda immortal, as long as Shadaloo can retrieve his body before he dies, they can transfer his mind and soul to a new body every time (tho this process consumes a ton of energy and resources). Shadaloo mainly obtains money by selling weapons and armament on the black market, secretly trading minerals with other nations, and having many organizations secretly working for them. Despite Bison's attempts, Ryu managed to stop Bison's plans thanks to the help of other fighters like Ken, Chun-Li, Sakura, Guile, etc... This made Bison despise them and become one of Ryu's main villains. Bison also had conflicts with fighters like Rose and C. Viper, who also want to bring Shadaloo down. Bison also created machines that allowed him to unlock his Psycho Power, an evil, negative, or psychotic energy that made Bison quite powerful. However, Bison's concentration with the Psycho Power made him cross paths with Ingrid, which nearly killed him. Bison also taught himself to develop his own fighting style with the Psycho Power, mixing it with Muay Thai; Bison can channel his power into this purple energy that he can use to charge his punches, kicks, even allowing him to cause big explosions, make his body more resistant to damage, and even levitate. Bison also has brainwashed soldiers working for Shadaloo; he even created clones for future bodies. The newest clone Bison made was a soldier named Cammy, a brainwashed blonde woman created from the modified DNA of Bison; unfortunately for Bison, after Cammy encountered Chun-Li and broke free from Shadaloo's mind control (thanks to a fighter called Dhalsim), Cammy became an MI6 operative for the British government as a member of Delta Red who now fights Shadaloo and any other similar evil organization. Bison also created an android called Seth (originally in a male-like metallic and flexible body) with a machine called the Tanden Engine (that's on Seth's abdomen). Seth is the CEO of Shadaloo's weapon division, S.I.N., and was originally created as a future replacement body for Bison. S.I.N. even developed better mind-controlling technology when they created the female soldier unit, The Dolls. But then, Seth rebelled, and with the assassin Juri Han, S.I.N. became a separate organization from Shadaloo (making them enemies), and took the Dolls with them. M. Bison sees Seth and Juri Han as traitors, with Juri Han fighting Bison multiple times and Bison nearly destroying Seth, only for him to return with a new body (a female-like, metallic, smooth, and flexible body). And despite Shadaloo's attempts, S.I.N. still secretly operates in the shadows to this day. Bison also tried to capture Akuma, since he was interested in his power, but that led to Akuma nearly killing Bison. Bison also caused the original death of Charlie Nash by distracting him so a helicopter could shoot him by surprise (this happened before Nash was resurrected by the Secret Society). Bison also told Chun-Li in a fight that he was responsible for the death of her father. At one point, Sagat separated himself from Shadaloo, so Bison replaced him with a scientist called F.A.N.G, making the new Four Heavenly Kings: M. Bison, F.A.N.G, Vega, and Balrog. Bison's next plan was to use powerful satellites to steal negative energy from all over the world to become more powerful, only for the Secret Society, Kanzuki Zaibatsu, and other fighters to interfere with his plans and eventually stop Shadaloo; that also caused the Shadaloo base to explode and made Bison and the Shadaloo members operate more discreetly as they rebuild in the shadows. Bison was also searching for a kid (Ed) that has a connection with the Psycho Power; however, he never found him; that was thanks to the fact that Balrog decided to secretly raise Ed as his son. Despite everything, nothing will stop Bison's will to become the strongest man on Earth.

Vega's weapon is a claw glove on his right hand, a black glove with 3 long and sharp iron blades that are held from a golden base at the glove's knuckles area, and the blades are 16 inches in length.
   • Personality: effeminate and flamboyant. Vega is vain, overconfident, and highly convinced of his own abilities, almost to the point of megalomania. He is also incredibly sadistic and takes great pleasure in seeing the ugly murdered, and preferably mutilated. He often has a stone-cold demeanor and does not even show a wide range of emotions. Vega's vanity is demonstrated in how he uses his mask. Vega wears the mask not to conceal his identity, but to protect his face from scarring or bruising during battle, so that he can more easily view himself as perfect-looking.
   • Backstory: Vega grew up in a poor and struggling family after his mother got divorced from his dad when Vega was just a baby. Vega's mother remarried for financial security after their status fell; Vega’s ugly stepfather was abusive. The husband felt that she didn’t respect him for anything other than his money, so Vega's stepfather killed his mother. This caused Vega to kill his stepfather and develop this trauma of despising anything that isn't beautiful. Vega would survive by doing shady work as an assassin. Later, as a young adult, Vega would start working for M. Bison as his personal bodyguard, only for Vega to gain a better position as part of Shadaloo's Four Heavenly Kings. Despite that, Vega and Bison's relationship is professional, neutral, and strictly business, with Vega not being too personally attached to Shadaloo. Even tho Vega sometimes can't stand Balrog or F.A.N.G (since Vega sees them as ugly people), Vega still works with them to accomplish whatever M. Bison needs to get done. Vega finds Juri attractive, even describing her as the "personification of evil beauty itself." Vega has gained experience fighting through fighters like Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, etc... Vega also likes to challenge Cammy, sometimes stalking her, since he is mostly fascinated with her strength and her personal development since he was present when Shadaloo created Cammy. Vega's fighting style is "Spanish Ninjutsu," a blend of ninjutsu and bullfighting, thus earning him the nickname "Spanish Ninja." Vega is also quite athletic and experienced in acrobatics. As long as someone pays good money to exterminate something or someone ugly, Vega will always be there, lurking in the shadows searching for the best chance to strike.

    • Backstory: Alex never met his biological father. Ever since a kid, Alex Winger always wanted to be stronger and a better version of himself, which later led him to join the military for some time. As a young adult, lost in purpose after he left the military, Alex became friends with a man named Tom. Alex was impressed with Tom's skills since he easily beat him in a fight. This ignited a fire of passion inside Alex, wanting to be trained in combat by Tom. Tom accepted, Alex became his student, and they became roommates. Alex's fighting style mixes wrestling and kickboxing; he makes good use of a good amount of professional wrestling maneuvers and throws, and also uses a powerhouse variation of street brawling and kickboxing. Alex also met Tom's daughter, Patricia, who Alex developed a close relationship early on. However, on a trip, Tom fought Gill, the leader of the Secret Society (the Illuminati). Both Alex and Patricia were devastated by the news that Tom had died, so Alex swore to get revenge. When Gill organized a worldwide "World Warrior" tournament, Alex entered to get the chance to beat Gill with his own hands. However, despite fighting and Alex apparently winning, Gill revealed that he was containing himself, since upon seeing Alex's performance at the tournament, Gill wanted Alex to join the Secret Society. Alex refused since he was still angry, but then Gill proceeded to beat him and escape. Despite the bittersweet feeling, Alex got motivated to become stronger. Alex also discovered that he loves to travel and challenge different fighters. Alex also has a profound respect for Ryu, since he sees Ryu as his ultimate rival. Alex later would propose and marry Patricia. Despite the Secret Society still working in the shadows, Alex will always be ready to fight and stop their plans.

    • Backstory: Ever since Sakura was a kid, she was always bolder compared to other girls, often not being afraid to get into fights or to do pranks on her friends. However, while Sakura was a teen, when the first World Warrior Tournament happened, Sakura's life changed forever when she saw Ryu's fights on the news, on TV, and even live. Ryu is Sakura's main inspiration for taking up martial arts and street fighting, and she deeply admires him like a childhood hero and role model. Sakura's fascination with Ryu also made her learn about Ken, who knew it was like Ryu's brother. Sakura also sees Ken as an inspiration for street fighting. Although Sakura holds Ryu in a much higher regard, she still thinks highly of Ken. Sakura began to follow Ryu. At first, he was a bit annoyed, but Ryu also saw that Sakura didn't want to give up; so, Ryu agreed to let Sakura accompany him for some time, even training together. Sakura developed an "unorthodox" fighting style, while also gaining a better understanding of the negative and positive "Ki" energy thanks to Ryu's training; this led to Sakura channeling her own possitive energy, and even being able to shoot energy blasts similarly to Ryu's Hadouken, even being able to immitate Ryu's Shoryuken but doing it her own way as she runs to her opponent before doing a quick spin to land her punches (Sakura calls her techique "Shouoken"). One time, she managed to meet Ken when they both needed to save Ryu since he was captured by M. Bison. Thanks to the help of Ken, Sakura, Chun-Li, Nash, and Guile, they all managed to free Ryu and stop Bison's plans. Ryu then thanked Sakura, which made her nearly faint, but also made them closer friends. Ever since then, Sakura has worked to become a better fighter while also barely passing her high school grades before moving to college as a young adult. Sakura also has a best friend called Kei Chitose (a young woman with long light-brown hair). They became friends after Sakura saved her from a thief, and Kei also reluctantly accompanied Sakura on her quest to become the greatest street fighter. Sakura also has Karin Kanzuki as her rival, because Karin's first loss in a long-lasting winning streak was when she fought Karin, so they developed this friendly rivalry, even competing in events where they've beaten each other on different occasions, and even helping each other in different missions. Sakura is also friends with a female ninja called Ibuki. Even if there's evil and darkness across the world, Sakura will always be a ray of sunshine.

By channeling her Soul Power through it, Rose can make the scarf glow and wield it as a weapon.
    • Personality: Rose is a serene, respectful, intelligent, and independent woman who muses quite a lot on destiny and fate. Wise and sophisticated, she is not prone to anger easily and has a very calm demeanor, even in battle. Rose also fancies herself as a teacher or mentor figure. Rose also does Tarot card reading (divination).
    • Backstory: Rose's birth occurred one night when a young Bison wanted to have a deeper connection with his inner dark energy and rejected his light/positive energy. This split made Bison's body expel his positive energy, leaving only his evil side. However, that positive energy would manifest in the physical body of a female baby in Italy, who was then found by a mysterious martial arts master who also knew divination. Growing up, Rose awakened her Soul Power. Soul Power is the clear antithesis to the corrupted Psycho Power, a power that changes mental and spiritual power into physical power. With the Soul Power, Rose can channel her life energy through objects, making them weapons from which she can release concentrated energy, zap opponents, and project temporary copies of herself (basically creating illusions of clones of herself in fights). Rose can also whip his opponents with her scarf once she charges it with her Soul Power. One day, Rose met Bison for the first time when he also wanted to train with Rose's master. It was also during this time that the master revealed to both Bison and Rose that they had some sort of connection. Sadly, when they were teens, M. Bison killed their master in front of Rose. After Bison left, while still dealing with the trauma, Rose had a vision of a possible future where things would go horribly wrong if nobody stopped Bison. And in honor of her master, Rose swore to not only stop Bison's plans, but also to help fight any evil force in the world. Currently, as an adult, Rose managed to gain a large fortune and connections around the world thanks to rich aristocrats, fighters, and government officials needing her help with her fortune-telling. While sabotaging Shadaloo, Rose later would meet Ryu; Rose cares deeply for Ryu due to his inner conflict with the Satsui no Hado and the people who desire that power, such as Bison. Rose has helped Ryu many times to eventually overcome the Satsui no Hado and warns him of the people who would stop at nothing to get this power. This also made Rose witness Akuma's powers when he fought Ryu, making Akuma another enemy of Rose (since she sees Akuma as someone as evil as Bison). One time when Bison apparently died, he managed to temporarily posses Rose's body (thanks to their connection) before Shadaloo created a new body for Bison, after Bison's soul left Rose's body, she had no memory of what he did while inside Rose's body, but Rose swore to never let that happened again (making sure to make her Soul Power even stronger and more resistant). Rose also met an Egyptian fighter with purple hair called Menat, who also had a link to the Soul Power, so Rose trained her to master it, with Menat seeing Rose as her master. Menat also worked as a spy on Shadaloo to bring information for Rose before Menat joined Neo Shadaloo with Ed. Regardless of the circumstances, Rose will never give up.

    • Personality: Ever since a kid, Karin laughed ("Ho, ho, ho!") and had the mannerisms of a wealthy aristocrat, while she typically remains snobbish and haughty as per the standard. Karin was also used to calling other people "commoners". Despite that, Karin managed to grow and become calmer, more level-headed, and cynical; she even serves as the voice of reason. As current head of the Kanzuki Zaibatsu, she is proper and polite at all times, but her haughty demeanor has been replaced, to a degree, by a new respect towards her opponents, and an interest in new and unique fighting styles; while still capable of making unflattering comments towards them if they don't meet her expectations, she also has lived up a realization that it is the challenge, not the victory, that is important.
    • Backstory: Karin is the daughter of Daigenjuro Kanzuki and his wife Nadeshiko Kanzuki; their butler is Ishizaki‎, and Shibazaki is the family steward. Karin's father, Daigenjuro, was a rather strict man, as he constantly pushed his daughter into becoming a better heir to the Kanzuki family fortune, as he wanted a son. The wealthy Kanzuki family's mottos are "All you need is victory" and, alternately, "The worst we'll ever be is the best." However, this made Karin take extra effort in becoming not only a top student but also stronger as she got herself into martial arts when she was a kid. Karin uses the Kanzuki style martial arts, a style she created herself. Karin is well-versed in various forms of Bushido, military arts, and combat sports. Karin's fighting style often focuses on pacing, dashing strikes, counters, and aerial attacks. While she was a teen, Karin's perspective would be challenged when she met Sakura for the first time. They participated in the same tournament, which would be the first time Sakura would lose a fight, as Karin beat her. However, Karin recognized internally that she felt that she won because of luck, tho she didn't want to admit it at first. That caused Sakura to want to hang out and train with Karin. At first, Karin opposed, but Sakura's persistence eventually got the best of her. Karin and Sakura became close friends with a friendly rivalry, where they both would defeat each other in different tournaments, and Sakura even helped Karin not be too harsh on herself. Karin also participated in different tournaments where she met different fighters. Karin is a good friend of Ken and his family. Karin holds Ken in high regard due to his superior fighting ability. Ken even told Karin that there’s more to a fight than just winning, and that the fight itself is more important. Karin also gets along with Chun-Li, recognizing that some of her moves were inspired by Chun-Li. Karin shares a mutual respect for Cammy. She also recognizes Cammy as one of the top-ranked fighters in the world. Now, as an adult and head of the Kanzuki Zaibatsu, Karin organized a secretive mission to stop Shadaloo's plans, working with fighters like Birdie, Rainbow Mika, and Ibuki; Karin also received help from Ryu, Chun-Li, Ken, Cammy, and Sakura while fighting against Shadaloo. Something that made Sakura happy is that even after a couple of years prior to them going their own paths, the first thing Karin did when she reunited with Sakura was to quickly assume a battle stance, to which her rival laughs that she hasn't changed a bit, but that's just how she likes it. Despite all the money she has, Karin's worth is measured by her skills, her will, and her genius.

The Tanden Engine looks like a sphere with the yin-yang symbol at the front. In Seth's abdomen, the Tanden Engine is enclosed at the center, with said engine constantly rotating while also being completely exposed from the front. The Tanden Engine appears to be the source of Seth's power. The rest of Seth's body is the model Doll Unit Zero. Seth's body looks like a strong, fit, and thick woman made out of some sort of predominantly metallic, polished silver with smaller black areas (on his inner thighs and breasts) separated by glowing orange lines. Seth's face also has features that resemble Juri Han's face. Seth's body is made out of a resistant synthetic metal liquid, which allows his skin to be smooth and elastic (just like normal skin) while also having this metallic texture (hard to pierce). His body also has a softer and more elastic dark grey material for Seth's more sensitive areas of his female body (like the genitalia, the tongue, and the nipples). Seth has amber eyes, black hair, and a height of 6'6" (198 cm). Seth has very long black hair with a unique hairstyle, tied in a high ponytail along with a single large unadorned ox horn, to bear a resemblance to an aureole or divine halo or tenne.
    • Outfit: None. Seth never wears clothes since he is an android and doesn't feel shame.
    • Personality: Seth is just as intelligent as M. Bison himself, with ruthlessness and cunning to match. Seth is generally very calm and concise, though he displays a fair bit of arrogance, often through his tendency to laugh and gloat. Seth also demonstrates a deep knowledge of the philosophy of human nature and the pursuits of purpose and independent self-awareness. However, his desire for power and philosophical pursuits is a one-sided and neutral affair; he displays very little (if any) morality or respect for life, and values people only for their usefulness. Seth also believes that any power is good power. Despite his female physique, Seth still retains his original deep male voice.
    • Backstory: Seth is the 15th of at least 26 enhanced beings that use data collected from the world warriors to create a deadly style of mixed martial arts. Seth claims to be superior as a result of his humanity, while the others are merely puppets. Originally, Seth was created (as an android with a male body) in order for Bison to be a possible future host for Bison in the future. Seth started as the CEO of Shadaloo's weapon division, S.I.N. However, Seth's intelligence grew larger and larger, making him plan schemes against Bison's back. Seth ended up making S.I.N. a separate organization from Shadaloo, betraying Bison. Seth also runs S.I.N. alongside Juri Han, since both of them hate Bison and Shadaloo. However, both Juri and Seth only see each other as pawns to achieve their own personal goals. But despite fighting and betraying each other, they always come back to each other to make plans for S.I.N. Seth was also in charge of creating a better and stronger brainwashing technology for "The Dolls" (a group of brainwashed women); the Dolls used to be from Shadaloo, but Seth and Juri took them for themselves. One of Seth's plans was to secretly organize a worldwide "World Warrior" tournament to copy the abilities of different fighters to conquer the world. However, both Seth and S.I.N. were nearly destroyed by Shagaloo and other heroic fighters, making S.I.N. have to swap bases. Luckily for Seth, S.I.N. was developing a new body known as "Doll Unit Zero," which is a strong android body with a fully female physique. Seth also noticed how some of his new facial features resembled some of Juri's features, probably because Juri guided and helped some of the S.I.N. scientists to design this new body for Seth. Regardless, Seth's body is even stronger than his previous one, since Seth has the ability to rapidly increase and decrease his muscle mass according to the move being used. Seth is also deadly with his "Move Duplication" ability. Through the use of his integrated Tanden Engine, Seth has the ability to copy the special attacks and powers of any fighter by analyzing one's Ki, be it by drawing it from a battle's surroundings or witnessing and extensively analyzing footage of various fighters from afar. Seth has been able to copy different abilities from different fighters, like Ryu's countering, Chun-Li's agility, Guile's defensive zoning, Dhalsim's range, and Zangief's specialty in unblockable throws. However, in exchange for its instant copying, the Tanden Engine is only capable of using a copied move once, requiring a second copy to use the move again. Despite Bison's attempts to destroy him, Seth always returns.

Mika followed his fights, watching him every time he was on TV, even attending some tournaments herself as a teen. Mika idolizes and looks up to Zangief. As a young woman, Mika's passion eventually led him to audition and join Iwashigahama Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling; here's when Mika would get trained by Yoko Harmageddon, also known as the Demon Coach. Yoko was a heavyset woman often seen carrying a shinai (bamboo training sword) who used to be a famous wrestler herself; she was forced to retire years ago due to hurting her neck and waist in a match against a fighter known as Black Widow. Despite her brutal training, Yoko always encouraged Mika to try her best (always) and never give up. Eventually, Mika finally became a wrestler, choosing the strange name of Rainbow Mika (or R. Mika for short). Mika also became close friends with Yamato Nadeshiko (a Japanese woman with black hair and brown eyes). Mika and Yamato are best friends and wrestling tag-team partners. Mika became quite famous thanks to her bold and unhinged fighting style, which, despite focusing on professional wrestling, she also tweaked some of her movements. Mika has techniques called "Flying Peach" and "Shooting Peach," where she either jumps or gets thrown by Yamato, buttocks-first, towards her opponent. Mika has slammed, crashed, and even knocked opponents to the floor with her ass. Sometimes Yamato also joins Mika to also slam with her butt their opponent. Mika eventually managed to meet Zangief. Mika is very respectful to him, and they have been close friends ever since. Mika also met Karin at a tournament where Mika defeated Karin, but they also became friends as Karin was interested in her, with Karin even becoming an sponsor of Mika for tournaments and other important events. Mika also teamed with the Kanzuki Zaibatsu when they had to go against Shadaloo. There, Mika worked with a female ninja called Ibuki, tho they argue a lot. Mika considers Ibuki to be rude for not listening to her "wonderful" speech about "muscle spirit". On the other hand, Ibuki considers Mika to be bossy because what she says is demanding and boring. Despite this, Mika and Ibuki never hesitate to have each other's back when support is needed. Mika also met and respects fighters like Laura and Dhalsim. Despite the situation, R. Mika will always be there to provide an amazing spectacle.

    • Backstory: Li-Fen is the daughter of a hacker who went missing (and also died) while working for Shadaloo. Shadaloo still needed someone to finish their work, so they forced Li-Fen to be their hacker. Li-Fen showed to quite smart and knowledgeable despite her age. When Chun-Li was investigating Shadaloo's illegal activities, she met with a hacker named Rashid, who received a signal from a Shadaloo base. That's when Chun-Li infiltrated the base and met Li-Fen. Chun-Li knew that she needed help from Li-Fen, but first, she needed to stop the plans of F.A.N.G and M. Bison. Li-Fen even managed to send secret information to Chun-li to help her during her mission. In the final altercation of the Shadaloo base, F.A.N.G threatens to kill Li-Fen when Rashid manages to abort his plan, but Chun-Li beats F.A.N.G and saves Li-Fen. After Ryu beat Bison, the base was about to explode, so Chun-Li carried Li-Fen out of the base before it collapsed. After being rescued by Chun-Li, with no family to turn to, Chun-Li took her in and raised her by herself, giving her a home and teaching her kung fu. Now, currently Li-Fen is a young woman who is an apprentice of Chun-Li in martial arts, while also serving as her eyes and ears during her Interpol cases. Li-Fen's fighting style mimics a lot of Chun-Li's fighting style. Li-Fen wants to make the world a better place, and hopefully one day be as strong as her Mom (Chun-Li).

Once Elena was old enough, her parents allowed her to travel abroad and live independently while studying. Despite being a skilled fighter, Elena's primary motivation for entering tournaments is to travel the globe, learn about different cultures, and make new friends. Elena participated in many tournaments, including the World Warrior tournament, but also Elena helped other fighters to fight against terrorist organizations (like Shadaloo). Elena made many friends with some young female Japanese fighters like Makoto, Sakura, and Ibuki. However, Elena's best friend is a young woman called Narumi, a short Japanese girl with short brown hair, brown eyes, and who wears glasses. Elena and Narumi are also classmates in college, and they normally hang out either in Narumi's house or in the store owned by Narumi's family. Elena also met Akuma, but unlike other fighters who are wary of the destructive potential of the Satsui no Hado, Elena does not fear Akuma and considers her powers over nature and Akuma's powers as two sides of the same coin (a view which Akuma shares). Elena is also one of the few people capable of making Akuma smile. While Akuma does not see himself as being able to fully become Elena's friend, believing it to be an obstacle to his quest for strength, he nevertheless does not take exception to Elena's claim that they are.     • Backstory: Dhalsim was born in some of the poorest parts of India and even struggled with some trauma as he witnessed a village being destroyed by plague. Dhalsim grabbed 3 skulls, made a necklace, completely rejected this idea of senseless violence, and promised himself to help others around the world. Dhalsim traveled the world, challenging and learning martial arts to protect not only himself, but also others. Dhalsim also learned about the importance of mental balance and inner peace, which led to Dhalsim developing a unique fighting style by utilizing yoga poses. Dhalsim's fighting style is generally described as "Yoga". Dhalsim also grew a deep link to his inner energy and Ki, which allowed Dhalsim to have 2 unique abilities. Dhalsim can stretch his limbs when throwing punches and kicks, while also being able to do stuff like levitate (normally just a meter off the ground) and shoot/produce fire. Dhalsim can even produce a fire breath to scare his enemies or melt/burn something. Dhalsim also made a technique called "Yoga Teleport," which allows Dhalsim to disappear and reappear in a different place in an instant, with the only limitation being that he can only do it inside a 20-meter radius. During these many trips, Dhalsim met a woman named Sally; Dhalsim met her in Mumbai when she was attending a yoga school Dhalsim opened. Both Dhalsim and Sally fell in love, Sally became Dhalsim's wife, and they had a son named Datta. Dhalsim eventually joined many tournaments, including the World Warrior tournament, to bring money back to his village. Despite Dhalsim's personal struggles, Sally encourages his ideas of charitable missions, which lead to Dhalsim confronting the terrorist organization known as "Shadaloo" later on. One day, Shadaloo sent Cammy White (as their "Killer Bee" soldier) to try and kill Dhalsim; however, Dhalsim ended up helping Cammy to become aware that she was under mind control by Shadaloo. After helping her break the mind control by precisely channeling his Ki inside Cammy's head, Dhalsim (with a lot of struggle) managed to break Shadaloo's mind control over Cammy's brain. Cammy and Dhalsim are good friends and allies, always willing to help each other. Dhalsim also helped to train Ryu while he was struggling with the evil energy inside him. Ryu respects Dhalsim enough to ask for his help. Dhalsim also shares mutual respect with another martial arts master called Oro (an old man with a long white beard). Dhalsim managed to economically help his village, but also to help his family move out. Dhalsim even adopted a pet elephant whom he named Kodal. Dhalsim's dark-haired son, Datta, and Guile's blonde daughter, Chris (Christina), attend the same college. In conclusion, Dhalsim will always be open to lend a helping hand.

    • Personality: A.K.I. initially presents herself as a calm and somewhat gleeful individual, with knowledge of Chinese medicine.; however, hidden behind this facade is a sadistic and psychopathic woman (even more than Juri Han). A.K.I. views her fighting technique as a form of "art" and is more than eager to display her "perfect" mastery on others, willingly or not. A.K.I. also loves to tease and seduce her adversaries. A.K.I.'s laugh is "shi-shi-shi-shi," and A.K.I. also adopted F.A.N.G's verbal tic of using the word 'desu' randomly in sentences, a sentence particle that is also a homonym for the Japanese pronunciation of the word 'death'. A.K.I. also has adoration for her master, F.A.N.G., which often overcomes her composed demeanor. A.K.I openly expresses her love and unwavering devotion to F.A.N.G. in a flamboyantly dramatic manner.
    • Backstory: Separated from her parents at a young age, A.K.I. (originally known by the street name "Phantom") grew up in rural China, surviving through petty theft and cons. While attempting to blackmail the former Shadaloo officer F.A.N.G, however, the plan went wrong. A.K.I was then put before a deadly trial meant to determine her fate. Instead of begging for her life, she became mesmerized by the strange characters inscribed on F.A.N.G's dagger as he was testing her and begged to be taught their meaning. F.A.N.G saw potential in A.K.I., so he spared her life and took her out of poverty by becoming her mentor. F.A.N.G trained A.K.I. to become an expert in biology, chemistry, and martial arts. A.K.I's fighting style consists of a mix of Chinese Kenpo & Shequan (Snake Kung Fu), along with her mentor F.A.N.G's poison-focused mechanics. F.A.N.G. is extremely flexible and knows acrobatics. F.A.N.G even created these light metal gloves with long, sharp nail-like claws, which A.K.I. coats with poison and that she can shoot with a cable chain to try and strike her enemies. As an adult, A.K.I. became one of the most efficient and loyal assassins in all of Shadaloo. A.K.I.'s poison variants range from poison to just paralyzing, causing pain or burns on her rivals, to straight-up creating some of the most deadly poisons in the world. A.K.I.'s worst poisons can shut down nervous systems, cause vomiting, paralysis, and stop the heart of a person if the poison gets injected in any way into that person's body. The type of poisons that A.K.I. uses depends on the mission and on what F.A.N.G. needs. A.K.I. adores F.A.N.G. and devotes herself to his every word, even sparing enemies that she would have easily killed had F.A.N.G. not asked otherwise. A.K.I. uses the term 'xian sheng' when speaking to her master, a neutral Chinese honorific to refer to men, as F.A.N.G. insists that the two do not have a deeper relationship in case they were forced to eliminate one another. However, A.K.I. also knows that the term 'xian sheng' can also be used to mean 'teacher' and 'husband'. Despite her infatuation, A.K.I. is aware that F.A.N.G. could abandon her should she no longer have any use, and questions where her path will go should that happen. A.K.I. also hates a fighter and hacker named Rashid, as it was Rashid who helped other fighters to hack Shadaloo's computers, stopping F.A.N.G's plans. A.K.I. also dislikes JP, suspecting that he will be an obstacle to F.A.N.G.'s future plans. A.K.I. also has respect for Chun-Li, as they're both skilled and precise with their techniques, but A.K.I. has also warned Chun-Li that if she keeps crossing her, she has no problem killing her.

Sagat hates self-aggrandizing and arrogant people, as he considers them to be "blinded" by their qualities, and thus are not worthy of labelling themselves among the best.
    • Backstory: Sagat grew up in Thailand, constantly fighting in the streets and suffering a severe injury to his right eye after fighting a stronger fighter than him (hence why he wears an eyepatch). Realizing street brawls had no future, Sagat turned to disciplined Muay Thai and became a world champion by age 15. Years later (as a young adult during this time), after defeating the previous king, Sagat earned the prestigious title "Emperor of Muay Thai". Sagat fights using Muay Thai, with a heavy focus on his big frame that gives him solid kicks with notable physical range. However, in a World Warrior Tournament, Sagat would find his match when he fought against a fighter called Ryu. They both qualified for the last match. Sagat was sure that he was gonna win, but then Ryu somehow gained a huge amount of power and defeated Sagat with the Shoryuken technique, leaving a diagonal scar across Sagat's chest (from his lower right to his upper left) that nearly killed Sagat. After losing to Ryu like that, and Ryu winning the tournament, Sagat swore revenge against him. Consumed by humiliation and a desire for revenge, Sagat was recruited by M. Bison into the criminal syndicate Shadaloo with the promise of a rematch against Ryu. During this time, Sagat got to rank among the Four Heavenly Kings (the top members of Shadaloo), who were Bison, Sagat, Balrog, and Vega. However, Sagat slowly learned about the Satsui no Hado, this powerful negative energy; Sagat would realize that Ryu not only was possessed by this energy when they fought for the first time, but that he contained himself to not kill him. Later, Bison managed to capture and temporarily brainwash Ryu so Sagat could fight him again (since Bison wanted Ryu to somehow unleash the true power of the Satsui no Hado). Sagat fought Ryu again (as Bison promised) and won, but Sagat also realized the victory felt empty because Ryu had suppressed his true potential. So, Sagat helped Ryu to break free from the Shadaloo brainwashing, betraying Bison. Sagat left Shadaloo, choosing a path of honor and self-improvement. His hatred towards Ryu has long since cooled, and the two are now more amiable rivals, seeking to be the strongest in their own ways. Currently, Sagat lives a more peaceful life in the mountains of Thailand, rejecting Bison's attempts at re-recruitment while continuing to master his craft.

However, C. Viper's skills in espionage and combat were impressive, so the CIA offered her a chance to be trained as an agent in exchange for freeing her from her charges. As a young adult, C. Viper got pregnant from a failed relationship she had, which made C. Viper become a single mother. Despite the complications, C. Viper loves her daughter Lauren to the point where she would give her own life to protect her without a second thought. Lauren is currently 18 years old and has beautiful red hair like her mother. C. Viper was trained as a CIA operative; among the fighting styles she uses are judo and Krav Maga. C. Viper is also an expert in firearms and explosives; she also carries many gadgets (like tasers, smoke guns, and grappling hooks) for missions. C. Viper is quite agile and skilled in acrobatics. C. Viper also knows the importance of having a low profile and keeping her personal information extremely private (C. Viper has even used different names like Maya or Grace Hill). At age 40, C. Viper was sent on a mission where she apparently joined the weapons research division known as "S.I.N." (back when S.I.N. was still part of Shadaloo), when in reality she was a double agent, providing information for the CIA. During this time, C. Viper grew an odd friendship with Juri Han, despite them not fully trusting each other. Juri respects C. Viper (even after leaving S.I.N.); Juri feels that C. Viper will leave the CIA whenever a more profitable offer arrives. Later, after leaving S.I.N., C. Viper would continue doing investigations on M. Bison and Shadaloo. However, C. Viper's missions caused her to cross paths with Cammy and Chun-Li, causing them to fight multiple times since neither Chun-Li nor Cammy trusts C. Viper, and C. Viper also sees Cammy and Chun-Li as inconveniences on her mission. C. Viper dislikes that Chun-Li and Cammy are quite reckless and thinks that they are unable to be as discreet and efficient as her. Besides M. Bison, C. Viper also tries to track down the criminal JP and his secret terrorist organization (Amnesia), even tho C. Viper struggles to both capture him and expose him. Gill is not without flaws, however, being haughty, arrogant, disdainful, manipulative, and even outright draconian and elitist at worst, with his cult using immoral and Machiavellian ways such as kidnapping, coercion, DNA manipulation, brainwashing, and extreme force to select their chosen people. Gill is also not above murdering innocent people to complete his ultimate ambition, and claims his faults and flaws are absolved and sublimated by the same supremacist exceptionalism the Secret Society holds itself to, including a god complex.
    • Backstory: Much of Gill's backstory is unknown, with even the highest-ranked members of the Secret Society not knowing much about Gill's past. Gill and his younger brother, Urien, were selected at age 22 out of 1,024 paired children who were raised and evaluated by the Illuminati to find potential supreme leaders. Gill outperformed Urien during their training and genetic enhancement, earning the position of President/Emperor of the secret society, which left Urien deeply resentful. Through dangerous genetic experiments, Gill obtained the powers of pyrokinesis and cryokinesis, which allow him to control both fire and ice. Gill's fighting style focuses on being offensive at all costs while striking powerful punches and kicks that can either burn, melt, freeze, or cool down whatever he strikes. As leader of the Illuminati, Gill's ultimate goal is to bring about a global armageddon/apocalypse (on a date set around 200 years into the future) to wipe out chaos and usher in a peaceful utopia (with Gill's goal being to preserve the individuals who he sees as worth keeping alive while the ones he sees as "filth" or "weak" are left to be erased). When it comes to members of the secret society... Gill is the current sovereign of the Secret Society; Urien (a man with tanned skin, white hair, and a small blue jewel on his forehead) is his second-in-command and Gill's right-hand man, and Kolin (a Caucasian woman with light blue eyes, Russian heritage, and long blonde hair) is a secretary for Gill and an agent of the Secret Society. There are also Necro and Effie, who were only two of the many experiments of the Secret Society (currently defected from the organization). The ranks of leadership in the Secret Society are first the Emperor (the one with the most authority), then the President (the second in command), then the Vice President, then the Council of Elders, and then the Crisis Management Units. The Secret Society also counts on high-tech armored troops and weapons at their disposal. The Secret Society also has a history with Shadaloo, since they helped M. Bison to finance it in its earlier stages; however, the organization has gone rogue and is thus marked for destruction; Gill is the only person (besides Ingrid) who Bison actually considers a genuine threat. As long as the world is imperfect, Gill will always see himself as the only one who can truly cleanse it.

    • Nationality: Unknown, but due to her accent and mannerism is assumed that she's from Russia (or at least of Russian heritage).
    • Appearance: A beautiful, fit, Caucasian woman with light-blue eyes, long/wavy blonde hair, and a height of 5'6" (or 168 cm). Kolin also wears light pink lipstick and light pink eyeshadow.
    • Outfit: Kolin wears a dark greyish-blue Afghanka-styled military jacket (with gun strap holsters inside), which ends in a miniskirt. Kolin also wears a black ushanka hat with a silver four-pointed star decoration at the center, black winter gloves, thigh-high black stockings, and black fur boots. However, Kolin also has different outfits when she isn't in combat or doing spy work, normally including a white top (with cleavage), a black business jacket, a black skirt, and black heels when she's doing secretary work or trying to go unnoticed.
    • Personality: Kolin is a conniving schemer who seems to alternate between two personalities: a false, kind one, with which she acts as a supportive figure; and her true self, who is more zealous, ruthless, cruel, and vindictive. Despite her manipulative personality, Kolin is deeply religious and devoted to Gill and the teachings of the Secret Society. She carries a copy of the Book of Miraha, the Secret Society's holy book, and reads from it for strength when she is disheartened. She despises soldiers and seeks to end all war.
    • Backstory: Kolin was once a soldier in an unnamed home country (implied to be of Russian descent) that was completely destroyed during a bitter winter war. As the sole survivor of her military unit, she wandered into the snow, lost all hope, and collapsed. Having lost her homeland and her purpose, she felt she no longer even had a name. While dying in the snow, the cult leader Gill (a man half-red and half-blue) appeared to her. He offered her a new life and promised to build a utopian "Country of God" if she chose to follow him and join the Secret Society (also known as the Illuminati). From that moment on, she developed an absolute, worshipful devotion to Gill. Gill bestowed upon her (thanks to genetic experiments on her body) the power of cryokinesis, ice and snow manipulation, which she combines with her mastery of the Russian military martial art "Systema". Kolin is deeply loyal to Gill, entirely convinced that he is the prophesied messiah. Later, while operating under the alias "Helen," she manipulated events to resurrect Charlie Nash using Urien's resources, turning him into a pawn to try and stop M. Bison and Shadaloo on Gill's behalf. After Charlie Nash nearly died and Shadaloo's plans were stopped, Kolin left Carlie and returned with the Secret Society. She only resurrected him for this purpose, and was dismayed when he rejected her mission (Kolin was mortified to discover the prophecy had been about Ryu instead). Kolin frequently clashes with or acts against Gill's hot-headed brother, Urien, who resents her loyalty and Gill's supreme status as Emperor; this causes Urien and Kolin to constantly tease and provoke each other, which normally ends with Gill telling them to stop fighting. Helen and Juri seem to have a somewhat professional relationship since they had a common enemy to take down, M. Bison, as well as Shadaloo. Kolin believed Nash to be a figure in the prophecies of the Book of Miraha, the warrior destined to defeat M. Bison.

    • Appearance: Ibuki has a petite, yet athletic and well-endowed body, and her black hair is remarkably divided into three angular bangs at the front; in the back it her twin ponytails are about mid-thigh length and held back tightly in a topknot. Ibuki also has brown eyes, and her height is 5'4" (or 162 cm).
    • Outfit: a white shirt, a light blue sleeveless top (which she wears over her white shirt), light blue skirt, black panties underneath, a black belt (which she uses to carry her ninja weapons), and gray/black sneakers. Ibuki also wears arm guards and leg guards (that cover and protect her forearms and shins), as well as a black mask that hides the lower half of her face (to keep her identity a secret in ninja missions).
    • Personality: Ibuki is a tomboyish young woman. Even though Ibuki is a well-trained ninja, she displays traits typical of a normal teenage girl in modern-day Japanese society, stating on several occasions that she finds her ninja garments ugly and her daily training strange, while focusing more on enjoying life and being baffled at those who devote themselves to what they do. Despite this, Ibuko performs her role out of at least respect and to hopefully leave the way of the ninja peacefully in hopes of having a normal life. In turn, while Ibuki is with a sense of duty and responsibility and with striving determination for her own future, she comes across as somewhat shallow, vapid, and youthfully ignorant (especially early on). Over the years, Ibuki gains a more serious and relatable insight into her outlook on her life, hoping to find a new path as a ninja rather than the more fatalistic traditions of being devoted to living and dying by the ways that ninja are attributed to. Ibuki also likes fashion, roasted sweet potatoes, cute men, and her pet tanuki "Don-Chan".
    • Backstory: Ibuki grew up in a hidden, isolated mountain village of ninjas (called "Shinobi no Sato") where she trained in ninjutsu and taijutsu since childhood. While Ibuki attended a regular school with normal students and hung out with her best friend Sarai Kurosawa (a Japanese girl with purple hair and brown eyes), she was bound by strict clan rules and intensive daily training to become a Shinobi ninja. Both Sarai and Ibuki were classmates in school while also training in the Glade of Ninjas. Ibuki is skilled in ninjutsu, specifically its curriculum of martial arts. Ibuki's fighting style emphasizes kicks, grabs, speed, agility, and accuracy for an aggressive and deadly approach. Ibuki uses the kunai (black diamond-shaped throwing knives) as her main weapon, alongside other ninja weapons like shurikens (metallic, four-pointed, throwing stars), smoke bombs, explosive bombs, needles, and caltrops. Despite her weaponry and lethal skills, Ibuki doesn't like to kill, and she'll only do it if she literally has no other alternative. Ibuki's village was also filled with unique animals, as Ibuki has a pet Japanese raccoon dog (tanuki) named Don (or Don-chan) who wears a ribbon on its tail; tanukis are wild canines native to Japan that share physical similarities to raccoons and are known to be mischievous and jolly. Ibuki was later tasked by her ninja clan to retrieve a secret document (the "G File") tied to the mysterious cult leader known as "Gill"; she entered tournaments and completed her training to pass her ninja exams and earn a spot at a university. Ibuki's final test was hard since she had to defeat the martial arts master Oro, and even though she was unable to defeat him, she is one of the few to wound him. Along her adventures, Ibuki gained many friends (and friendly rivalries), getting along with other fighters like Sakura (they got along quickly since they're both young women balancing their fighting training with their normal lives), Makoto, and Elena. Ibuki also got to work with Karin Kanzaki and R. Mika, taking on solo ninja missions and participating in larger conflicts against Shadaloo while still juggling her (seemingly) ordinary life with a desire for fun and romance. Ibuki became close friends with R. Mika and Karin as well. Ibuki knows that she can do whatever she puts her mind to, no matter how much time and effort it takes.
