Marisa is a passionate, upbeat warrior that lives for battle. Yet, despite her intimidating stature and aggressive techniques, Marisa follows a code of sportsmanship and praises her opponents after the match. Elena is uncommonly tall for a woman; being 6' (183cm) tall. She has dark skin, short silvery-white hair and blue eyes. She is barefoot while fighting and has long, powerful legs. Many official artworks, mainly the SFIII ones, depict her finger and toenails painted sky-blue. Her attire consists of a white two-piece bikini-like outfit with pale red, sky-blue, gold and purple bands on her neck, arms, wrists, shins, and ankles. Elena is a young girl with a strong, pure spirit and a cheerful "tomboy" personality similar to Sakura, Ibuki and fellow rival Makoto (though not as brash and fiery-tempered as the latter), as she is normally seen smiling or laughing sweetly. C. Viper:

Appearance

C. Viper wears a specially designed Battle Suit for the tournament, developed and manufactured by S.I.N.. When inquired by an Executive as to the reason for her participation in the tournament, she states that she's the only test subject to fully utilize the suit's capabilities effectively, and thus is the prime candidate for the field test.

The suit is remarkable in the sense that it resembles an ordinary business suit, though two weapons lurk within the accompanying gloves and boots. The Battle Suit presumably does not protect the wearer from damage, as it was designed for stealth and ease of concealment. Her main classic suit became her nostalgia outfit for Street Fighter 6.

One of her alternate costumes in the Street Fighter IV games is a white science coat, black dress with a revealing top and black high-heeled shoes. In her original Street Fighter IV ending, she wears what appears to be a long black dress and black high-heeled open-toed shoes.

In her Shadaloo C.R.I. profile art, C. Viper wears a gray revealing catsuit with a green shoulder holster, a black arm band with a pouch and black boots. She also wears a matching black choker on her neck. She also wears this in every character prologue stories in Street Fighter V.

C. Viper's long red hair is now cut into shoulder length wavy style with two long jagged bangs and was layered at the back of her hair revealing its medium-length at the edge.

Personality

C. Viper's working personality is superior and condescending, as seen in her interactions with Chun-Li, Cammy, and Hakan. However, she is also genuinely interested in the inner workings and problems of the other fighters, as shown in her various win-quotes, but when it comes to her missions, C. Viper will not let anyone stop her from completing her goals.

As mentioned in her win quotes, her current personality is a far cry from her younger years. It is implied that she was something of a wildcat and a thrill-seeking delinquent as a teenager, before the events that got her to be a responsible and focused adult. In Juri's World Tour dialogue in Street Fighter 6, she makes the argument that this is C. Viper's true personality, as the two have been working as criminal business partners for years following the fall of S.I.N..

When C. Viper is not doing missions, she is shown to be a loving mother for her daughter Lauren, as shown in her Super Street Fighter IV ending.

Her attire consists of a white two-piece bikini-like outfit with pale red, sky-blue, gold and purple bands on her neck, arms, wrists, shins, and ankles. This makes her attire the most revealing for a playable female character in the Street Fighter series' history. In Street Fighter 6, her white bikini main outfit became as her nostalgia outfit. In one of the illustrations in World Tour when she spars with her brother Marcus, her white bikini top from her main outfit became strapless.

In her Shadaloo C.R.I. profile artwork, Elena's hair has slightly grown and is styled into a shoulder length bob. Her primary outfit remains largely the same. Her bands on her arm, leg, shin and ankles have two small bows hanging loose. She also has a gold bracelet in each sides of her wrists and ankles.

Much like Gill and his asymmetrical body, her revealing attire and the numerous colorful bands that adorn her body were likely designed by Capcom to display the graphical power of the CPS-3 board.

She has this outfit as her alternate costume in Street Fighter X Tekken and Ultra Street Fighter IV; in those games, she has a pink cellphone around her skirt, her socks each have a gold ring around them, and her bloomers/panties are shown to be blue. In her 3rd Strike ending, she was wearing a white high-neck sleeveless shirt, red pants and black shoes. She also carries a small black bag.

In a photo of Narumi and herself during the festivities in Japan, she was seen wearing a traditional blue kimono with white butterfly designs and a salmon pink obi tied on her waist, the skirt showing her right leg.

Her hair was cut short and slicked back and wears a sky blue headband on her forehead adorned with a yellow orange rose at the right.

In World Tour where she spends time with her friends in high school following their graduation and their graduation trip in Africa, Elena wears a brown swim top with gold Samoan designs on the left and a matching brown bikini with the same gold Samoan designs. She also wears a blue beaded anklet along with a silver loose anklet on her left ankle.

When Elena was a doctor in-training or a medical student to become a veterinarian while checking the health on wild animals after inspiring her father Jafari who was doctorate in medicine, she wears a safari outfit; a spring green short sleeved button shirt with two pockets, khaki shorts, and brown dress shoes and white socks. Elena's hair was pulled down in a ponytail and wears a safari hat with a loose rope in each side and carries a stethoscope.
