Strade Dad

Strade is a man of average height with wavy, chocolate-brown hair that reaches the back of his head. His eyes are bronze, and his skin is tanned. Strade has stubble on his face and a scar on the left side of his chin. He has a tattoo on his left bicep with the same symbol as the one on his shirt sleeve.

Based on his largely unknown past, it can be inferred that Strade has a number of psychological issues and hobbies. His charisma, a trait shared by many killers like him, is his main tool for luring victims, along with his laid-back attitude. As for his inclinations, Strade is the standard definition of a sexual sadist. This means he finds sexual arousal in causing others to suffer, which can also be seen in several of his endings. This factor is one of the reasons why the dripping red heart is achievable for his character, and only for him.

Strade is left-handed.

He is one of two characters in BTD to have a special heart, the other being Raer. Strade's special heart is red and bleeding, which can be seen upon reaching 100% love with the player.

Strade has a large pottery kiln where he disposes of the bodies of his victims.

In his final moments, Strade was unaware that he was dying and simply thought he was losing consciousness.

Strade hates guns. He considers them a stupid invention that ruins all the fun.

Strade has a fear of being confined or locked away.

Strade can speak Low German.

Although Strade is of German descent, he is not white.

There were jokes in the fandom about Strade being very fat and not showering, and fans assumed this was canon. However, Gatobob responded that he does shower, but it might be difficult to maintain it due to all the mess his streams leave behind.

Strade is not his real birth name. It seems like a placeholder name, like John Doe.

Strade's initial backstory is unknown. It can be assumed he's been killing for a long time, hence his skill and calm demeanor. At some point in his life, Strade kidnapped a young male fox-like beast named Ren. He apparently remained with him for several years, held captive by means of a shock collar and intimidation.

Most of the tools Strade uses to torture his captives are construction tools, including a nail gun, drill, hammer, saw, screwdriver, and so on. In BTD2, Ren reveals that he only had one gun because he believed guns kill people too quickly. Strade's occupation is never revealed in-game, although it's likely he's self-employed, thanks to his snuff streams. He also runs a small business, a shawarma stand. Gatobob has since revealed that he used to work as a mechanic.
