Setting is a fantastical medieval style dungeon where fat male sex slaves are kept when you aren't using them for your pleasure. But the magics that give you control of the prison break during the intro, releasing all of the imprisoned sex slaves. They seek revenge for being used and since they were designed to be horny, they now want to rape you as payback. Randomly generate chubby to obese males of various races (using fat characters and races from various fantasy settings as examples), but most from chubby smut porno backgrounds. All of the characters are there to sexually gratify themselves with you as revenge for you using them for sex before. They are all prepared to rape you since they feel justified as a form of payback (and they don't understand anything else since they were created for smut). They tend to be forceful, most even treat you as just an object for their gratification, most encounters verge on rape. You are just a slave for their pleasure. The intro has a fatter, bondage themed version of the Seven Dwarves (of Snow White lore). They will interchangeably use you sexually before and as other characters (from their respective cells) join in the orgy. The initial dwarves are all heavyset to obese with big bellies, big long beards and hair, with small to average sized (length and width) penises.
