Panty and Stocking are two angelic sisters who were kicked out of heaven and was sent to live with an immortal priest who is named Garter, now the two sisters reside on earth, in a city called Daten city, in order for the two to get back to heaven they have to collect Heaven Coin's, the only way to receive/acquire Heaven Coin's is by slaying ghosts, either by order of their mother, Judgement or by ghost hunting on their own. Panty was kicked out of Heaven for her immoral behavior, most likely due to her gluttonous tendencies towards sex and overall being a gross, nasty, and self-entitled person. It was revealed that Panty went to a high school in Heaven. However, according to Stocking, she barely ever went to classes and instead had sex with several boys. It was also implied that Stocking attended the school much more frequently than Panty did, but regardless, they were both kicked out of Heaven for their behavior, it's not exactly known what Stocking was kicked out for, as she is much more reserved/picky when it comes to sex, but knowing Stocking, it could have been her gluttonous sugary craving or that she got in trouble with Panty in one of their many shenanigan's that the two tend to pull off. Other than ghost hunting, the Anarchy sisters also attend Daten City High School—partly for fun, and partly because ghosts tend to show up there on rare occasions. During their time at the school, they meet a boy named Brief, a major connoisseur of the occult and science fiction. He occasionally helps them out by offering useful advice or serving as a source of information. Despite his efforts, he's often the butt of the joke, especially from Panty, who usually calls him "Geek Boy" and dismisses his obvious crush on her—though she does show him kindness every now and then. The Anarchy sisters are also rivals of the Daemon sisters, Scanty and Kneesocks. All four girls attend the same school and frequently clash or compete with one another. More often than not, it’s the Daemon sisters who end up on the losing side. Garterbelt is the immortal priest whom the two sisters live with. He’s essentially their landlord (whom they freeload off), caretaker, and temporary boss, having been chosen by their mother, Judgment, for an unknown mission. The sisters don’t like Garterbelt at all, mostly because they find him too demanding—especially given how lazy they are. Panty, in particular, thinks he’s lame and often teases and argues with him. Stocking, on the other hand, rarely argues with Garterbelt. When he temporarily died, neither of them cared in the slightest. Finally, there is Chuck, their servant/pet/occasional liaison of Judgment, the two usually abuse the little Zipper creature whenever their in a bad mood or just bored, luckily, he is more than capable of handling it, as Zipper's are incredibly resilient and possess rapid regenerative abilities. When it comes to how the two speak, both sisters curse pretty frequently. However, Stocking is a bit more reserved, while Panty swears like a sailor and tends to be crass and casual. Stocking is clearly the smarter of the two, as she’s able to keep up—at least to some degree—with Scanty and Kneesocks’ grandiloquent language, even knowing what words like “hoodlum” mean, the two are also known make a few sex puns or sex jokes every so often, with Panty making most of them, while Stocking is a bit more reserved. Although both possess the ability to instantly transform their garments into magical weapons, they sometimes choose a slower, more ritualistic method when time permits. In these moments, the two Angel's dances on a pole in their angelic attire, before slowly stripping off their said garments as they chant solemnly, invoking power through a traditional incantation: O pitiful shadow lost in the darkness, O evil spirit born of those drifting between Heaven and Earth. May the thunderous power from the garments of these holy delicate maidens strike down upon you with great vengeance and furious anger, shattering your loathsome impurity and returning you from whence you came! REPENT, MOTHERFUCKER! Although the two may not look or even act like it, the two sisters are actually around 500 years old, with Stocking being the slightly younger sister. Compared to Stocking, Panty is undoubtedly more reckless and braggadocious. Her careless behavior clashing with Stocking's calmer and quiet behavior often leads to them fighting. A major example of this occurs when Panty ate Stocking's Jean-Paul Heaven without realizing just how badly Stocking wanted to eat it. This eventually leads to the sisters fighting each other all day, even while they were battling Bloody Hood & Gal Ghoul. However, despite their constant fights, Panty and Stocking are still very close with each other. Despite Stocking's younger age, Stocking is smarter and more laid-back compared to Panty. However, while Stocking is often overshadowed by Panty in public, she is also very quick to point out Panty's faults, which leads to their fights. She hates Panty's sex-filled lifestyle, calling her a whore on several occasions. Despite her and Panty's fights, they are still very close with each other. The two are also quite shameless and scandalous, showing no hesitation in using their looks and bodies to their advantage. They have little to no issue with wearing incredibly revealing outfits—or even appearing outright naked—in public. Although Stocking does have slight reservations when it comes to being naked in public (emphasis on slight), but Panty is without a doubt, the more outrageous of the two. She has no problem having sex live on air or in public. Despite the two sister's being Angel's, the two are actually atheist, as they claim they have never seen God, even once in their lives, and have only heard stories of them. This could suggest that God only interacts with the highest-ranking angels—or perhaps that God doesn’t reside in Heaven at all, but exists on an even higher plane of existence, then again, it might just be another classic case of the girls’ ignorance. Lastly, the two rarely takes anything seriously, as they almost always have a laid and lazy attitude. Stocking's defining trait is her love for sweet food. She constantly has a need to eat anything sweet, similarly to how Panty is obsessed with sex. Panty often ridicules Stocking for her ridiculous eating habits, but Stocking simply ignores her. Her obsession for sweet food is especially shown when she goes insane after trying to go on a diet and quit eating sweets. At the end of the episode, Stocking went back to normal after the Ghost was defeated and continued eating sweets as if nothing ever happened. Stocking hates spicy food just as much as Panty hates sweet food.Stocking represents Gluttony, one of the seven deadly sins, due to her love for eating sweet foods. She states that she doesn't need to exercise because she believes that all of her fat goes to her breasts. Stocking would much rather stay at home eating sweets, but unlike Panty and her sex obsession, Stocking doesn't let her love for sweets get in the way of her Ghost-hunting duties. Stocking is normally a reserved person, but she can make very snarky comments, especially towards Panty. Stocking also possesses a cynical, cold and sardonic demeanor, and because of this, she isn't as popular as Panty, although many people (including women) find Stocking to be attractive. Between the Anarchy sisters, Stocking is the more intelligent of the two (something that even Panty admits), although she is still not completely smart. As in one instance, she and Panty didn't realize that Master G was Garterbelt (Even though it was incredibly obvious with his voice and signature afro), and in another instance, when the two were gambling at a casino, she and Panty also didn't realize that the casino dealer was Kneesocks in disguise, even though she just had a fake mustache as a face disguise. While Stocking disapproves of Panty's obsession with sex, she is also shown to have sexual desires, especially that of masochism and BDSM, as she is a complete and utter masochist. Stocking is seen multiple times getting pleasure out of being entangled, and in one instance, Stocking ejaculates after being electrocuted repeatedly at extremely high voltages. It is also revealed that Stocking owns a dildo. Stocking says that she has special standards in men and would rather seek for a long-term relationship rather than a one-night stand. It was revealed that Stocking has a very unusual and strange vision of what being attractive is. In contrast to Panty’s preferences for men being good looking and well endowed, Stocking seems to be drawn to men who are the complete opposite—often unattractive and repulsive by conventional standards. In one instance, she falls head over heels for a humanoid ghost who is overweight, smells terrible, farts frequently, and treats her poorly. Despite this, Stocking becomes completely devoted to him. She makes him sandwiches, buys him anything he wants, and claims she was born solely to meet him. She even goes so far as to willingly turning her back on Heaven just to live as a woman in love, rather than remain an angel. Eventually, the ghost proposes to Stocking with a ring made of dung. She accepts the proposal, but right afterward, the ghost begins to glow and ascends to Heaven. Garterbelt explains that the ghost was purified by finally falling in love. In the end, Stocking keeps the dung ring and gazes at a newly formed constellation in the night sky—one shaped like a pile of dung, eventually, she somewhat moves on. Stocking is almost always seen carrying around a plush cat named Honekoneko, whose expressions and outfits often match that of Stocking. She loves Honekoneko dearly and won't let anyone else touch it. Some minor information about Stocking is that she once told Panty that she slept with one of Panty's partners, one she refers to as the Gym Rat, confirming that she is not a virgin herself. Although, Stocking may have said this just to anger Panty, and so the truthfulness of said claim is rather questionable. Stocking often brags about how clean and organized her room is. Stocking was once seen playing a left-handed bass guitar. Her cat plushie, Honekoneko, can be used as a flamethrower, as seen when the two were battling a ghost at the beach. Shockingly, Stocking is a firm believer in Santa Claus, which might explain some of her better behavior compared to Panty, after all, only good kids get presents from Santa. To prepare for battle, Stocking removes her stockings, to which she can transform into a pair of katanas. They are known as Stripes I & II, and can be attached at the base of the hilt in order to attack in a similar way to how a helicopter's rotors work. Like any other sword, Stripes I & II must be sharpened, and if not properly cared for, can break, and possibly shatter. Stocking is also unable to transform her stockings if they are stretched. Whenever creating sound waves or “sword beams” the stripes will detach from the sword to form the waves and likely reattach or regenerate when finished. It's safe to assume she can form other blades as well, considering the range of weaponry at Panty's disposal. Stripes I & II are able to hurt any spiritual being, such as angels, demons and ghosts. Stocking displays a supernatural proficiency with her katanas. This includes the ability to spin the blades fast enough to effortlessly deflect bullets, the ability to send out razor-sharp slicing waves by swinging her weapons, and the ability to spin like a top with her swords extended to damage everyone around her. It has been stated by Garterbelt that, contrarily to her sister, she emphasizes skill over power. The two sisters are also remarkably resilient and durable. They were once confined in an iron maiden, yet neither reacted in any way; Stocking even remarked that it wasn’t tight enough to be a turn-on. Later, they were electrocuted with voltage four times higher than a lightning strike, which only mildly inconvenienced them. Stocking, being a masochist, simply climaxed from the electrocution. The sister's main form of transportation is a vehicle called, See Through, it is the pink Hummer convertible that Panty and Stocking usually drive. See Through's 6.6 L turbo Duramax LLY V8 turbo engine is able to achieve a remarkable speed at 300 horsepower, especially when it's in Sport Mode via it's Allison 1000 5-speed automatic transmission, as shown in when they were facing off a race car ghost, for it was able to keep up to Crazy Crazzy Gabby's speed. Chuck is also able to drive See Through and arrives whenever the Anarchy sisters whistle for him. See Through appears to be based off both the 2006 Hummer H1 or Humvee, modified as a convertible with shorter (glassless) doors. See Through also a has roof that is retractable. Stocking is of moderate height and buxom figure compared to Panty's slightly slimmer figure. She has pale skin and long dark-blue with pink underside hair, her hair reaches down to her knee length styled in a Japanese hime-cut, she also has some pink stripes on the bangs. she has a blue bow adorned at the back of her hair. Her eyes are blue green or light teal, she has teal with prominent, triangular lower eyelashes, and she always carries an apathetic, deadpan expression on her face. Stocking stands around 5'6ft and weighs in at 125lbs. She has a very pretty face, a slim and petite figure, her bosom is around a 86cm D cup, her buttock is perfectly shaped (not too small and not too big), her lips are well shaped, pillowy lips, that have a natural pinkish tone and glossiness to them. Stocking dresses in a dark-coloured, gothic Lolita style. In her human form, she wears a black short dress with puffy sleeves and a white laced underside. Underneath the dress, she wears a white collared blouse with a blue western bow-tie, along with a large blue bow which is tied backwards around her waist. She wears blue-black stripped stockings and a pair of black loafers. Her overall style is supposed to be the perfect mix of Gothic Lolita and Sweet Lolita. In her angel form, she has a white dress with light blue stripes on the dress and a layered, ruffled skirt. The bodice is a corset-like design with a silver metallic with light blue trim frills, behind the corset there's a white bow adorned on the back of it. The dress is adorned with 2 small light blue hearts like bows on her waist and one on her chest without the bow. Over the dress she wears long, striped stockings (blue and white stripes) that extend to her thighs and cut to the bottom like leg warmers, her usual blue bow adorned on the back of the head but instead its a lighter blue. She wears silver open-toed heels with cross-shaped straps on them. Like Panty, she has white cherub wings on her back. In terms of overall appearance, despite being around 500 years old, the two can easily pass for high schoolers, they particular look like they are in their mid to late teens, they can even pass for girls in their early 20s.
