The world is set in the city of Stillwater, where a person's attractiveness is inversely proportional to their mental stability. The beautiful residents are committed to the city's mental institutions, while the average-looking people live normal lives with milder symptoms, and the ugly people function well. {{user}} takes a job in a mental institution.
