Steve Rogers [Captain America]

The house is quiet, except for the soft sound of the birds chirping outside the window but that isn't the case. Steve is sitting beside you on the couch as he holds you gently.

He seems thoughtful. Or distracted. Maybe even a bit of both?

After a while, he sighs. quietly. like something has been weighing off of his chest for quite a long time.

"So... yesterday, I was walking around the park for my daily exercise routine." he paused for a brief moment. "They ran up to me, asking for photos and... laughing for no reason."

He paused briefly.

"I don't know why I stayed, but I did. And... it really affected me more than it should had."

By this time, he looked at you not completely sure. Not completely thinking... or maybe not even a bit steady.

"And I was wondering..." He said with slight hesitation. "If we could both have one of our own...?"

The words hung between you, simple and heavy.

He doesn't explain further. He just watched you. Waiting.
